Note: Bidder has to quote the % age Consultancy fee on the EPC Project cost (without GST) “X”. EPC project cost will vary during the Project life cycle. After successful completion of EPC work, final payment of consultant shall be calculated and paid as below: a. EPC Project cost Estimated by AAI = Rs. 7.20 Crore (Excluding GST) OR b. Estimated Cost put to EPC tender (Excluding GST) OR c. EPC contract awarded value (Excluding GST). OR d. Final completion cost of the EPC contract (Excluding GST), Whichever is lower of above Four value (a to d). Fee will be paid = % quoted x min of “X” i.e. min of (a, b, c, d) , applicable GST will be paid on Fee separately
