Disconnecting of HT supply from main HT panel after proper switching of 11 KV VCB discharging the supply. Complete drain out of transformer oil from transformer No. 2 to empty oil drum by oil machine, dismantling of conservator tank all protection relays cable end boxes vent pipes and other items as required.

Lifting and lowering the transformer core and coil with the help of heavy loader labour.

Removing the HT and LT winding from the core. Insulating and tightening the HT and LT winding with the help of F class insulation.

Cleaning of transformer oil tank and removing of sludge settled in the bottom with the help of vacuum pressure cleaning machine thoroughly, cleaning of core and winding of transformer with hot oil and proper safety precaution to prevent the winding damage as required,cutting of old overheated insulation of winding damage as required, cutting of old overheated insulation of winding and re-insulation of weak point with the help of HT insulation material and proper taping etc.

Replacement of top cover gasket, vertical vent gasket and missing hardware to stop the oil leakage.

Replacement of silica gel.

Replacement of winding protection pad.

Repair of cooling fins, replacement of cooling fins gasket and oil seal for stopping the leakage.

Complete assembling of transformer cleaning of complete transformer tightening of all connection of incoming and outgoing side and testing & checking of IR test with megger of winding & cable of both sides with HI pot machine.

Filling of transformer oil to up to top up level as required to make power.

Dehydration & filtration of complete transformer oil and checking the di electric strength up to 50 KV at site as required.

Complete cleaning and chemically washing of oily and muddy transformer body and painting of transformer with enamel paint.

Dismantling of HT panel, Cleaning & dust blowing of HT panel with the help of Air blowing & MTO.

Servicing of VCB,cleaning the complete VCB with cleaning solvent and heating the complete VBC & removing the moisture, Repairing of Mechanical system, repairing of lever, lock & lubrication & greasing the mechanical system for smooth operation ON & OFF, Checking the complete VCB with HT megger and Hi pot testing .Assembling the same.

Heating the HT bus bar and remove the moisture and checking the bus bar with Hi pot testing. Insulating the bus bar with moisture proof epoxy paint.

Calibration of relay with primary injection set.

Heating the complete HT CT set and remove the moisture and checking the CT with Hi pot testing Calibration the HT CT with secondary injection set.

P/Fixing of indicating lamp.

Replacement of power pack.

Insulating the bus bar supporting HT insulator.

Assembling the complete panel & testing on load at site.
