Cutting in earth work in all heights and depths in all kinds of clasification of soil including saturated soil comprising of pick, jumper and blasting work both in soft and hard rock with chiseling wedging out of rock (where blasting is prohibited) and their intermediate classification of soil setting out time to the required line, side slopes trimming bottoms and level as shown in the drawing as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge at site and sorting out useful/un-useful materials and stacking the same in all leads and lifts and transportation of un-useful materials to required width or on approved dumping sites through all modes of transportation including head load or animal transport or mechanical means along with its levelling fine dressing and carriage of all labour machineries, materials, tools equipments and safety measures and incidentals necessary to complete the work by mechanized means and or labour if required all useful materials such as stones, shingles, aggregates, sand slates shall be sorted out and stacked along site of work. Any loss to the public/private property during the course of execution shall be absolute responsibility of the contractor which shall be duly compensated by him in all cases.

Excavation in foundation, trenches, etcetera in earth work in all kinds of classification, of soils such as pick work, jumper work, blasting work saturated soils including chiseling or any other mixed variety of soils, dewatering and / or removal of slush and other incidentals, lift up to any height stacking excavated soil up to all leads and lifts clear from the edge of excavation and then returning the stacked soil in 15cm (fifteen centimetre) thick layer when required into plinths, sides of foundation etcetera consolidating each deposited layers by ramming and watering and then disposing of all surplus excavated earth to the disposal point within all leads and lifts complete in all respect as per direction and satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Filling in plinth with sand under floors including watering, ramming, consolidating and dressing complete including with in all leads, lifts, carriage of material and other incidental charges complete in all respect as per direction and satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing form work with steel plates 3.15mm (three point one five millimetre) thick welded with angle iron in frame 30x30x5mm (thirty into thirty into five millimetre) so as to give a fair finish including centering, shuttering, strutting and propping etcetera with wooden battens and ballies for all heights of propping and centering below supporting floor to ceiling upto all height and removal of the same for in-situ reinforced concrete and plain concrete work in :

Flat surface such as soffits of suspended floors, roofs, landings and the like upto any thickness including carriage of materials within all leads and lifts complete in all respect as per direction and satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Stair cases with slopping or stepped soffits, excluding landing but including carriage of materials within all leads and lifts complete in all respect as per direction and satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Beam, cantilever, girders and lintels, sides and soffits of beams beam haunching cantilevers girders bressumers and lintels of any depth including carriage of materials within all leads and lifts complete in all respect as per direction and satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Edges of slabs and breaks in floors and walls of any width including carriage of materials within all leads and lifts complete in all respect as per direction and satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and laying cement concrete 1:4:8 ( one cement : four sand : eight graded, crushed stone aggregate 40mm (forty millimetre) nominal size) mechanically mixed and curing complete excluding cost of form work in foundation and plinth including carriage of materials within all leads and lifts complete in all respect as per direction and satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and laying cement concrete 1:6:12 ( one cement : six sand : twelve graded, crushed stone aggregate 40mm (forty millimetre) nominal size) and curing complete excluding cost of centring and shuttering in foundation and plinth including carriage of materials within all leads and lifts complete in all respect as per direction and satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and laying cement concrete 1:2:4 (one cement : two sand : four graded, crushed stone aggregate 40mm (Forty millimetre) nominal size) mechanically mixed and curing complete excluding cost of form work in foundation and plinth including carriage of materials within all leads and lifts complete in all respect as per direction and satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and laying cement concrete 1:2:4 (one cement : two sand : four graded, crushed stone aggregate 20mm (twenty millimeter) nominal size) mechanically mixed and vibrated and curing complete excluding cost of form work and reinforcement for reinforced concrete work in suspended floor, roofs, landing and shelves and their support balconies beams girders bressumers and cantilevers upto floor all level including carriage of material within all leads and lifts complete in all respect.

Providing and laying cement concrete 1:2:4 (one cement : two sand : four graded, crushed stone aggregate 20mm (twenty millimeter) nominal size) mechanically mixed and vibrated and curing complete excluding cost of form work and reinforcement for reinforced concrete work in stair cases (except spiral stair cases) excluding landing but including preparing of the surface and finishing of nosing upto all floor level including carriage of material within all leads, lifts and other incidental charges complete in all respect as per direction and satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and laying damp proof course 38mm (thirty eight millimetre) thick cement concrete 1:2:4 (one cement : two sand : four graded/crushed crushed stone aggregate 20mm (twenty millimetre) nominal size) and curing complete including carriage of materials within all leads and lifts in all respect.

Providing Tor steel reinforcement for RCC work including bending binding and placing in position including cost of binding wire complete in all floors including carriage of materials within all leads and lifts complete in all respect as per direction and satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Second class brick work using common burnt clay building bricks of approved kiln in foundation and plinth in mud mortar including carriage of materials within all leads and lifts complete in all respect as per direction and satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Square rubble masonry coursed with hard stone of approved quality/quarry in foundation and plinth including racking out joints in cement mortar 1:5 (one cement : five sand) and curing complete including carriage of materials within all leads and lifts complete in all respect as per direction and satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing weep hole in brick masonry/ stone masonry / plain reinforced concrete abutment , wing wall, return wall with 100mm dia.(one hundred millimetre diametre) PVC pipe extending through the full width of the structures with slope of 1V:20H (one vertical isto twenty horizontal) towards drawing face complete as per drawing and technical specifications clauses 614,709,1204.3.7 including carriage of material and otherother incidentals as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing wood work in frames of doors, windows, clerestory windows and other frames wrought framed and fixed in position second class deodar wood including carriage of materials within all leads and lifts complete in all respect as per direction and satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and fixing 40mm (forty millimeter) thick second class deodar wood panelled glazed or panelled and glazed shutter for doors, windows and clere story windows including black enamelled iron butt hinges with necessary screws including carriage of materials within all leads and lifts complete in all respect as per direction and satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and fixing 40mm (forty millimeter) thick second class deodar wood wire gauge shutters using galvanized MS wire gauge of IS gauge designation 85g (Eighty five) gauge with wire of diameter 0.56mm (zero point five six millimeter) for doors, windows and clerestorey windows including bright finished black enamelled iron hinges with necessary screws including carriage of material with in all leads, lifts and other incidental charges complete in all respect as per direction and satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and fixing 10mm (ten millimetre) thick antiskid water proof stain and impact resistent heavy duty viterified tiles Kajaria/Ashian/Johnsons or equivalent 600x600x10mm (six hundred into six hundred into ten millimetre) manufactured of approved shade and colour in flooring treads of steps and landings laid over 12mm (twelve millimetre) thick cement mortar 1:3 (one cement : three sand) jointed with cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of tiles as required complete as per specification including carriage of material within all leads, lifts and other incidental charges complete in all respect as per direction and satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and fixing 10mm (ten millimetre) thick antiskid water proof stain and impact resistent heavy duty viterified tiles Kajaria/Ashian/Johnsons or equivalent 600x600x10mm (six hundred into six hundred into ten millimetre) manufactured of approved shade and colour in skirting and dado laid over 12mm (twelve millimetre) thick cement mortar 1:3 (one cement : three sand) jointed with cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of tiles as required complete as per specification including carriage of material within all leads, lifts and other incidental charges complete in all respect as per direction and satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Steel work welded in built up sections, trusses and framed work including cutting, hoisting fixing in position and applying a priming coat of red lead paint:-

In beams, joists, channels, angles, tees, flats with connecting plates or angle cleats in main and cross beams, hip and jack rafters, purlins connected to common rafters and the like complete as per design including carriage of materials within all leads and lifts complete in all respect as per direction and satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Painting two coats (excluding priming coat) on new steel and other metal surface under coat with ready mixed paint brushing to give an even shade including cleaning the surface of all dirt, dust and other foreign matter with enamel paint other than white including carriage of materials within all leads and lifts complete in all respect as per direction and satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Applying priming coat over new wood and wood based surfaces after and including preparing the surface by thoroughly cleaning oil, grease, dirt and other foreign sand papering and knotting. Ready mixed paint brushing wood primer pink including carriage of materials within all leads and lifts complete in all respect as per direction and satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Painting two coats (excluding priming coat) on new wood and wood based surfaces with ready mixed paint brushing to give an even shade including cleaning the surface of all dirt, dust and other foreign matters sand papering and stopping. Ready mixed paint other than white including carriage of materials within all leads and lifts complete in all respect as per direction and satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge.

6mm (six millimeter) thick cement plaster to ceiling with cement mortar 1:4 (one cement : four sand) including curing and carriage of materials within all leads and lifts complete in all respect as per direction and satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge.

15mm (fifteen millimetre) cement plaster in single coat on the rough side of brick/concrete/stone walls for interior plastering upto floor all level including arrises, internal rounded angles, chamfers and/or rounded angles not exceeding 80mm (eighty millimetre) in girth and finished even and smooth in cement mortar 1:3 (one cement : three sand) including curing and carriage of materials within all leads and lifts complete in all respect as per direction and satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Distempering (two coats) with oil bound washable distemper of approved brand and manufacture and of required shade on undecorated wall surfaces to give an even shade over and including a priming coat with distemper primer of approved brand and manufacture after throughly brushing the surface free from mortar droppings and other foreign matter and also including preparing the surface even and sand papered smooth priming coat with distemper primer including carriage of material with in all leads, lifts and other incidentals complete in all respect as per direction and satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing plinth protection 50mm (fifty millimeter) thick in cement concrete 1:3:6 (one cement : three sand : six graded, crushed stone aggregate 20mm (twenty millimetre) nominal size including finishing the top surface of concrete smooth including curing complete and carriage of materials within all leads and lifts complete in all respect as per direction and satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing under layer for plinth protection of 75mm (seventy five millimetre) thick (unconsolidated) bed of dry brick/stone aggregate 40mm (forty millimetre) nominal size with rammed and consolidated and grouted with fine sand including preparation of ground including carriage of materials within all leads and lifts complete in all respect as per direction and satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge.
