To qualify for award of this contract each tender in his or her in the last 5 years (2020-21 to 2024-25) should have satisfactorily completed (at least 90% of the contract value of on going works) as prime contractor at least one similar of work as Building works/Repair work value not less than Rs. 46.20 Lakhs (usually not less than 50% of the amount put to tender under this contract.) Work done Certificate issued by an Officer not below the rank of Executive Engineer of the concerned division work of the previous year shall be updated to 2025-26 by giving weightage of 10% per year to bring it to the price level of financial year in which the tenders are invited

Latest copy of the Income Tax return for financial year 2024-25 (Assesment year 2025-26

The tenderer should complete the provisions of the contract labour (Regulation and Abolition Act 1970) and the corresponding Karnataka Rules 1974

The intending bidder should have achieved a minimum financial turnover of not less than Amount put to tender i.e. Rs.92.40 Lakhs in at least two financial years during the last 5 years reckoned back from 2025-26 (turnover during 2020-21 to 2024-25 only will be considered) duly updating the financial turnover at 10% per year to bring it to the price level of financial year in which the tenders are invited per annum upto 2020-21. Audited profit and loss statement (with year wise turnover statement) certified by a practicing Chartered Accountant with Compulsory UID number along with copy of Income Tax returns filed for the two years indicated above shall be furnished

Liquid Assets and or availability of cridet facilities of not less than Rs. 27.72 Lakhs (Credit lines/ letters of credit / certificate from banks) for meeting the fund requirements etc., (usavaly the equivalent of the estimated cash flow for 3 months in peak construction period

Tenderers who meet the above specified minimum qualifying criteria, will only be qualified, if their available tender capacity is more than the total tender value. The available tender capacity will be calculated as under Assessed available tender capacity AxNx2.5- B

Scanned signature of the bidder along with phone number / authorised representative in case of a from or company, to be attached while uploading the bid documents. Also in case of authorised representative, scanned copy of power of attorney should be uploaded & the original should be produced at the time of opening of tender

If there is more than one number of eligible L1 bidders, then bidder selection will be done by lottery process at Division office level and the decision of the tender inviting authority is final in this regard

Joint Venture tenders not allowed

During the time of technical evaluation, if the employer finds that any certification / information furnished is false, such bidders will be disqualified and barred from participation in the bid

The intending bidders are advised to visit the site of work before submitting their tenders

If any bidder fails to satisfy the conditions mentioned at Para 1.1 to1.2 above, such bids shall be rejected
