Dismantling of old AC sheets of roof and monitor truss and stacking it in the designated area with in MFL premises to a maximum distance 4 KM as per the instruction of E.I.C.

Dismantling of truss and purlins (maximum Height : 12 meters) and moving the same to scrap yard within 4 KM inside MFL premises and stacking it properly as per the instruction of E.I.C.

Dismantling of rail mounted Electric Hoist of 3 MT cap. Along with its accessories (maximum Height : 12 meters) and moving the same to the designated area within 4 KM inside MFL premises and stacking it properly as per the instruction of E.I.C.

Dismantling of Electric Hoist RAILS along with its structural span (maximum Height : 12 meters) and moving the same to the designated area within 4 KM inside MFL premises and stacking it properly as per the instruction of E.I.C.

Dismantling of ceilings, walls, columns, lintels, beams, slabs, boulders, RCC/PCC floors/mats etc., by jack hammer or any other tools and or by manual means. (All dismantling shall be carried out as per the instruction of the Engineer-In-Charge only)

Dismantling of all types of brick works

Excavation work in excavation in all types of soil including setting out, levelling, dewatering and shoring, dressing the side and bottom including all lifts and levels compacting the excavated bottom, all complete for depth from ground level but not exceeding 1.5 m.

Construction of Independent pedestals, rafters, columns, lintels, ties etc

Supplying and filling crusher sand (6mm downwards) up to any depth under floors, around foundations plinths etc in layers not exceeding 200 mm thickness and compacted so as to achieve at least 95% relative density as per IS 2720 including spreading, watering, compaction dressing., royalty etc all complete

Filling soil up to any depth under floors , around foundations plinths etc in layers not exceeding 200 mm thickness and compacted so as to achieve at least 95% relative density as per IS 2720 including spreading , watering, compaction dressing, etc all complete

Providing and laying reinforced cement concrete of grade M-25 (using 20 mm. nominal gauge graded stone aggregate) machine mixed and mechanically vibrated and finished to a fair face but excluding the cost of centring, shuttering and reinforcement in foundation and plinth, for rafts, footings, bases of columns, pedestals, beams, walls, columns, slabs, machine and equipment foundations, pile caps, box sections, pipe supports, floors etc., complete in all respects as per direction of Engineer-in- Charge.

Supply of high yield strength deformed steel reinforcements for all type of RCC works, sizes ranging from 6MM to 24MM as per design requirement along binding with 18 - 22 SWG annealed wire, high yield strength deformed steel reinforcements for all R.C.C. works including Painting the TMT rod with corrosion resistance paint.

Cutting, bending, hoisting, placing in position and binding with 18 - 22 SWG annealed wire, high yield strength deformed steel reinforcements for all R.C.C. works including all necessary handling at all heights and depths complete in all respects and as per direction of the Engineer-in Charge.

Providing and laying plain cement concrete, machine mixed and mechanically vibrated in foundations, plinth, under floors, etc., 1:4:8 (1 cement: 4 coarse sand:8 graded stone aggregate 20 mm of nominal size)

Providing, fabricating, erecting and fixing in position with bolts and nuts, nails and ties, etc., centring and shuttering materials true to line and level, including strutting, propping, staging etc. with chamfering the corners of columns and beams etc., wherever required including making joints in the shuttering fully leak-proof, i/c. striking, dismantling and removing the aforesaid assembly after concreting is over, including all labour and materials complete in all respects and as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge

Steel for Columns, Ties, Purlin, Roof & Monitor truss Structure & Electric Hoist railings

Supplying of structural steel (IS 2062) viz. Beams, Channels, angles, tees, plates, flats, rounds, squares etc. of various sizes as per design.

Lifting, Leading, Fabrication and erection in position of the above structural steel items including aligning, and levelling. Specialy embedded plate should be fixed properly including levelling, straightening, cutting, welding, bending to shape, bolting and painting works (Primer 2 coats of high build Red oxide Zinc Chromate primer, Finish coat -2 Coats of Bus green enamel.) The rate shall include the cost of all materials including consumables, labour, tools & b tackles, crane hiring charges, scaffolding, wastage etc., as per the design. No extra on this account will be paid for. The rate shall also include preparation of fabrication shop drawings for MFL's approval, Design check certification of structural sufficiency issued by the reputed structural engg. consultancy, complete in all respects.

Supply & installation of customized self sacrifing zinc anodes of not less than 5kg/piece with mounting clamps for corrosion protection in steel structures.

Re installation of dismantled old Electric hoist & its rails with required fasteners, mounting plates pads etc.,

Cement Fibre Roofing Sheet

Supply of Corrugated / plain Fibre Cement Roofing Sheets as per the specification given below including required accessories excluding ridges & hips: Thickness :6 mm Width:1050mm, Length:1500-3000 mm (To suit site condition) Make : Ramco / Everest/ Charminar

Installation of the above with 'J bolts (SS 304) of size 8mm diameter and or GI Self tapping screws of required size: to suite site condition inclusive of GI cap & EPDM washers and nuts complete in all respects

Providing and fixing ridges and hips in cement fibre sheet roofing with GI J and L hooks, bolts and nuts 8mm dia with GI washers complete with 6mm thick sheet

Providing and fixing crimp curves eaves for the above

Supply and providing TATA Blue scope gutters on the eaves to drain out water safely to the down take pipes. The cost includes all fixtures and fasteners including sealant , testing for leakage etc

Brick/block works

Construction of brick/ block masonry wall 200mm thick in cement mortar 1:3 as shown in the drawings, the cost includes scaffolding

Providing 12mm thick cement sand plaster 1: 4 for internal plastering over the brick/ block work walls and existing walls

Providing 20mm thick cement sand plaster 1: 4 for internal plastering over the existing RCC floor

Providing and applying two coats at all levels with cement paint (Ace or equivalent approved brand , manufacturer and colour) on the internal surfaces including scaffolding , preparation , curing etc

Providing and applying two coats at all levels with Acrylic paint (Snowcem or equivalent approved brand, manufacturer and colour) on the external surface including scaffolding, preparation , curing etc

Doors, Windows & Partitions

Providing false ceiling including all hangers and frame work in stainless steel/aluminium

Providing and fixing Aluminium partition as per the drawing including all fitting and fixtures including a aluminium door as shown in the drawing

Providing and fixing powder coated aluminium (Minimum thickness of powder coating 50 micron) work for windows of with extruded built up sections like Z sections or other sections of approved make conforming to IS 733 and IS 1285 fixed with rawl plugs and screws or with fixing clips including necessary filling up of gaps at junctions, at top, bottom and sides with PVC/neoprene felt etc. Aluminium snap beading for glazing/ panelling, CP brass/ stainless screws including supply and fixing of hinges, glazing 6mm thick etc complete with all fittings

Aluminium door double swing door , the cost includes frames, shutters all fixtures and fasteners

Fabrication and Erection of Fire Hydrant

The existing fire hydrant line at the entrance of the chlorination building to be extended further (50 M Approx.) inside upto the storage location with necessary isolation valves and monitors for the fire hydrant.
