COMPREHENSIVE MAINTENANCE OF AIR HANDLING UNITS AND IMPROVEMENT/REPAIR/REPLACEMENT OF UNSV SPARE PARTS AND ALLIED WORKS AT NAVAL DOCKYARD VISAKHAPATNAM UNDER GE (I) (DM) VISAKHAPATNAM

Material and labour for cleaning of AHU duct grills, filters on monthly basis comprising of thoroughly cleaning by air blow with electric air blower and water jet dripping up the AHU complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for servicing of air handling units comprising of thoroughly cleaning of body and cooling coils by air blow with electric air blower and water jet dripping up the AHU, painting with one coat of synthetic enamel paint on internal and external surface to the body and alignment of the blower and shaft greasing the pedestal bearing adjustment of `V' belts tension including replacement of trunking canvas with zip refixing the belt guards in position all as specified and directed.

S&F loading solenoid coils suitable for upto 40 TR capacity AC plant including taking down complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for cleaning of AHU room on monthly basis comprising of inside wall, ceiling, floor with suitable brush/broom/wiper, removing wild vegitation inside the building complete all as sjpecified and directed.

Supply and fix belt driven set with pullys, bearings etc suitable for 20 HP motor blower including taking down the old unserviceable belt driven set all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix filter section consists of profiler with 10 microns of particles 90% efficiency stainless steel drain pan suitable for 600 x 600 x 50 mm nylon mesh including taking down the old unserviceable filter section all as specified and directed.

Supply, fabricate and erect MS supports (such as channel, angle, flats etc.) to supply/return air duct including painting to steel surfaces with two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of zinc chromate primer including dismantling existing corroded MS supports all as specified and directed

Supply and fix chilled water MS galvanisesd pipe line of 125 mm bore medium grade 4.85 mm thick with flanged joints with flange of 10 mm thick and rubber gasket of ‘Neoprene’ make, nuts, bolts and washers including taking out corroded pipe line complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for taking out damaged insulation portion of existing refrigerant line/chilled water pipe line of following sizes, and cleaning the pipe and insulation with thermocole pipe section TF quality waterproof around pipe and fixed with GI wire mesh, plastering with cement mortar 1:4, 15 mm thick, finished smooth and duly painted with two coats of cement based paint and removing dismantled materials from Dockyard premises all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix butterfly valves of following sizes in pipe lines of AC plants with necessary modification to flanges, welding, nuts & bolts as required at site including dismantling existing unserviceable valves all as specified and directed

Material and labour for complete checking, servicing/ rectification of electrical circuits for all units and control wiring with proper lugging of AC plant control panel including replacement of fused indication lamps with new ones, cleaning of all power contacts, rectification of minor defects in Ammeters and Voltmeters, testing and commissioning all as specified and directed. Note :- Material such as indication lamp, ammeter, voltmeter will be measured and paid separately.

Material and labour for repairs and servicing of blowers including dismantling, replacement of worn out bearings and checking of alignment complete all as specified and directed

Supply and charging of R-22 gas all as directed.

Material and labour for disconnecting, taking out the blower motors of following capactities from air handling units, tranportation to workshop and removing the existing winding and rewinding with new super enameled copper wire of same gauge and same number of turns after thorough cleaning of stator body and rotor applying insulating varnish, drying up by heating for improving ohmic valve, reassembling the motor by replacement of both end bearings, including painting with one coat of synthetic enamel paint, reinstalling on its original position connecting up, testing all as specified and directed :-

Material and labour for repairs and overhauling the blower motors of following capacities by disconnecting and taking out, replacement of worn out bush/ball bearing, lugs, studs, bolts etc., re-installing in it's original position including painting the motor body with one coat of synthetic enamel paint, connecting up, testing all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix filter section consists of profiler with 10 microns of particles 90% efficiency stainless steel drain pan suitable for 500 x 630 x 50 mm nylon mesh including taking down the old unserviceable filter section all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix in repairs pilot solenoid valve to the refrigerant system, reconnecting the refrigeration piping including ,leak testing, brazing to the pipe line, necessary copper tubing etc whereever required all as directed.

Supply and fix following expansion valve of Sporlon make with necessary modification, brazing, leak testing and commissioning including taking out the old unserviceable expansion valve all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix compressor motor pulleys, bearings etc. suitable for 30 HP motor including taking down the old unserviceable all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for replacement of AHU bottom sheet including neccesary brazing/welding/tinkering work complete all as specified and directed. Note :- Rates include GI sheet and bearings.

Material and labour for insulation with 10 mm thick open cell nitrile rubber insulation for duct acoutsic insulation complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for insulation with 12 mm thick closed cell nitrile rubber covered with aluminum foil for thermal insulation to total ducting complete all as specified and directed.

Supply, fabricate and erection of supply and return air ducts of any size and shapes made out of GI sheet of 0.71mm thick including jointing, reviting, GI nuts, bolts and washers as required at site including taking down the old corroded duct of any size on wall/roof any height complete all as specified and directed.
