Supply and Installation of Welded Mesh Panel Fencing (powder coated material 80 micron) made of GI wire TATA make (4mm dia.) mesh size 50x200mm and panel size 1200mm x 1500mm must be manufactured from wire rods rolled only from secondary refined steel (at least LRF treated). Wire rods should strict|y conform to the requirements of IS 7887 and IS 280.Only hot dip galvanized wire should be used in making the fencing product. Zinc used for galvanizing should be of at least 99.95% purity for better corrosion resistance. In the galvanizing process, the Zinc bath should be free from addilion of lead. When tested as per ASTM B117, secondary coated GI wire should display time to reach 5% red rust, at least 2 times that of normal GI wire of same Zn coating level. Powder coated fence post (RAL 6005) with 80 micron thickness of dimension 60 x 40 x 2 mm and finished length 1200 mm above foundation plate / Concrete (Hot dip GI RHS ) of TATA make, spider clamps, Base plate and SS 304 mushroom carriage nut bolt with security nul to be supplied . Powder coating must withstand 1000 hours of salt spray test. The rate is inclusive of Installation of fencing post with all fitting, fixtures, Nut, bolts, spider clamps, base plate with PCC Concrete footing of Size 250 x 250 x 300 mm deep with M25 grade of concrete or 1:1:2 nominal mix including cleaning of ground, excavation of foundation trench, laying of 75 mm thick PCC (1:3:6) of size 350 x 350 mm for resting PCC footing, 12 mm thick ply shuttering, backfillig of trench, disposal of surplus earth, cleaning of site after work etc. all complete as per specification of PWD SOR Vol - I & direction of Engineer - in- Charge. NOTE : 1) THE RATE SHALL BE INCLUSIVE OF GST @ 18%, LABOUR CESS @ 1% AND ALL OTHER TAXES.
