Picking 5 cm to 10 cm old metalled surface and sectioning - 1 sq.m

Earthwork excavating & depositing on bank with initial lead of 10m & initial lift of 2m in hard stiff clay, stiff black cotton, hard red earth, shales, murrum, gravel, stoney earth and earth mixed with small size boulders SS 20 A including laying and spreading in layers of 250 mm loose thick each , sectioning , watering and compacting etc, complete as per MOST 301 - 305.

Providing and laying Gravel including cost and conveyance of gravel from approved sources to work site including labour for spreading , watering and compacting by power roller to achieve the required protect density at 100% compaction at optimum moisture content and hire & fuel charges for power roller, water sprinkler and all other incidental charges such as traffic barricading and providing danger lights etc., complete

Providing and laying of prime coat using Emulsion at the rate of 7 Kg per ten square meter over the WBM surface preparatory to another bituminous construction over it.

Providing and laying Tack coat over WBM surface(treated with primer) using 2.5Kg of bitumen emulsion RS-1 for 10sqm for preparatory to another bituminous construction over it including cost of material, labour charges, rentals for machinery, fuel and all other incidental charges etc.,

Providing Bituminousmacadam 50mm thick including all cost and conveyance of all the Materials all other Labour charges etc Comlete

Providing and laying Bituminious concrete to 25mm thick using 0.13cum of 19.00-9.50mm. 0.17cum of 9.5-2.36 and below with 50.3kgs of VG30/VG40 heating the bitumen and aggregates to required temperature and mixing them in required temperature in central hot mix plant 20-30 ton capacity, carrying the mix by tipper trucks to paver site, spreading the mix to uniform thickness of 40mm with mechanical paver to the specified grades and cross sections and consolidated by 8-10 tonnes vibratory/phenumatic roller to the required density etc., including labour for attending to paver to site etc.including hire charges and fuel charges foe 20-30t CMP with bitumen boiler, tipper trucks,paver finisher/9m paver finisher,vibratory/phenumatic roller and all other tools and plants required, including fuel and all other incidental charges etc., complete as per specification using CMP as per clauses 507 of MORTH Part-5 .
