Improvement to Saruali MIP under ERM in Telkoi Block of Keonjhar District for the year 2025-2026

Clearing and grubbing light jungle (covered with plants less than 30 cm. girth and open space between 50% to 70% on premeasurement including disposing of the debrishes clear of works site with supply of all equipments, tools and plants labour required for the work etc. complete as per direction of the Engineer in charge.

Dismantling brick or stone masonry in lime of cement mortar upto all height including stacking the debris clear of work site with all leads, lifts and delifts with supply of all labour etc. complete in all respect as directed by the Engineer-in-charge

Excavation, loading, unloading and carrige by mechanical means of all kinds of soil including moorum, stoney earth, gravel etc. interspread with boulders up to 1/2 cum in size with all lifts and delifts including trimming of slopes and bed to design section and depositing the excavated materials away from work site as per the specification and as directed by the Engineering-in-charge.

Filling foundation and plinth with sand including watering and ramming etc complete and including cost, conveyance, royalty and taxes of all materials and supply of all labour and T&P required for the work etc. complete in all respect as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

CC M-15 grade (As per design mix) with crushed granite coarse aggregate of size 20 mm and downgraded quarried & free from weathered skin of approved quality mixing by concrete mixer including hoisting , lowering and laying concrete in position to proper slope and level and compacting by Vibrator ensuring quality control aspects and in layers not exceeding 0.15m in depth finishing the exposed surface smooth including watering, curing for required period with cost, conveyance, royalty and other taxes of all materials supplying all labour and T&P materials required for this item etc. complete in all respect as directed by Engineer-in-charge

Supplying, straightening, cutting, bending, binding and tying the grills and placing in position for fabrication and fixing of reinforcement including lapping where necessary including cost conveyance & supply of binding wire with all leads, lifts from bending yard to placement spot with cost & conveyance and all taxes of steel bars of any reinforcement supplying all labour and T & P required for the work etc. complete in all respect as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing fitting and fixing of weep holes in abutments and wing walls concrete apron as per approved design and specification including cost, conveyance, all taxes of all materials and supply of all labour and T & P required for the work etc. complete in all respect as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Rough stone dry packing in approns and revetments to all heights and thickness using departmental stone including filling interstices with small stones by edging and hammering to proper slope and level with all labour & T&P materials required for the item complete as directed by the Engineer-in-charge. (1/6th volume to be deducted towards voids.)

Providing regid shuttering with box type steel shuttering plates with keys for intermediate construction joints in rafts of weirs ,barrages and dam blocksincluding cost of all materials and labours , T&P complete as directed by engineer in charge.

Providing fitting and fixing salitex board including cost, conveyance, all taxes of all materials and supply of all labour and T & P required for the work etc. complete in

Labour charges for laying, fixing and collar jointing RCC spun pipes with necessary twisted and coaltarred hemp yarn including chulking and filling with cement concrete(1:2;4) and finishing the same smooth and curing including cost, conveyance, royalty and taxes all materials with all leads and lifts complete as per the direction of the Engineer-in-charge.(Including cost & conveyance of RCC spun pipes). 150mm dia NP3 RCC Hume pipe

Filling the gaps of foundation and plinth with excavated earth with all leads and lifts including breaking clods to maximum 5cm.to 7cm.in size and watering and ramming etc. complete in all respect as directed by the Engineer in-charge.

Earth work in approved type of soil from borrow area by mechanical means loading into and transportation by transporting vehicles and unloading the soil with all leads, lifts and delifts on properly prepared and scientifically approved surface of dam and cut-off trench including dewatering whenever necessary and spreading and leveling the earth in layers of 15cm thick including re-handling of soils if required removal of all undesirable materials including all organic materials and breaking the clods to maximum 5cm to 7cm size and making ready for watering and rolling with light HRR up to all height of dam or dyke from the stripped surface above down stream filter blanket or cut-off trench as the case may be as per the design, drawing, specification including all leads, lifts, de-lifts & cost of materials, all taxes, royalties, with mobilization and demobilization, supplying , maintenance of all machineries and equipments, with all materials, labour and T & P required for the item including stripping of borrow area, construction, maintenance, watering and lighting of haul and approach roads from borrow area to work site, cost and construction of coffer dam inclusive of supervision charges including illumination of work site when ever required till completion of work in all respect as per the direction of the Engineer-in-charge. (Measurement of the fill to be taken on the finished, compacted, approved level section.)

Fine dressing and turffing the slopes of the earth dam with approved quality of compact dub grass including collection and supplying the same for approved site, including loading and unloading, conveyance charges royalty and other taxes on all materials, with all leads, lifts and delifts and as per the approved designs, drawings, specifications and including mobilization and demobilization with all incidental charges to complete the item of work and supplying of all machineries and equipments and their running maintenance charges, inclusive of materials and labour and T & P required for the work, including supervision charges, cost of watering and making arrangements for survival of the grass till its full growth etc. complete in all respects as per the direction of the Engineer-in-charge (Measurement will be taken after full survival of growth of grass).
