M&L for Preparing of existing black top surfaces by brushing with wire brushes for removing caked mud etc. sweeping with brooms and finally fanning the cleaned surface with gunny bags to remove all loose dirt etc complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

M&L for 50mm thick Premix bituminous, macadam including 4.5% paving bitumen as binder content (VG-40) by weight of total mix with rock dust filler 2% as per design mix using mechanical paver laid/rolled and compacted with 8 to 12 tonne power roller to required gradient andcamber (consolidated thickness) complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

M&L Applying evenly a priming/tack coat of Paving bitumen with bituminous primer @ 5 kg per 10 sq metre including preparation of BM surface complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

M&L for Applying bituminous premixed semi dense asphalitic concrete 40 mm consolidated thickness with 5.5% using paving bitumen binder content by weight of total mix rolled and compacted with 8 to 12 tonne power roller to required camber and gradient to achieve a uniform smooth surface complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for Moorum/red bajri filling in floors or pavings, laid in layers n exc. 10 cm thick, spread, levelled rolled and compacted to required gradient and camber to a true surface including watering complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

M&L for sane stone kerb of dressed squarred stones of size 20cmx30cm dressed so that the maximum depression from straight edge held against the dressed surface shall not exceed 6mm for top and exposed surfaces of sides and 20mm, usedas edging of road complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

M&L for marking 2.5cm thick centre line, side line, stop line,dashes,arrows, brackets & similar work on road surfaces as per IRC pattern with thermo plastic paint of approved quality & make with 8% glass beads laid at temperature of 160 degree centigrade with a special applicator machine complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

S&F as in reair cat eye solar reflective type of metal body alloy of size 100mm x 100mm x 20mm with PAMA striplens reflector of model No. DA 972.0 fixed with and incl MS stud of suitable size as per manufactures instructions complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

S&F as in reair solar cat eye aluminum alloy shall (100% water proofing design according to 65) of size 125mm x 125mm x 25mm (shank 65mm) of high efficiency Mono rystafie solar panel 2.4V/ 0.3 watt one NI-ed rechargeable battery (1.2V/ 1600MA) consisting of super bright LED with 10,000 to 18,000 mcd completed as per manufactures instructions etc complete all as specified and directred by Engr-in-charge.

S&F as in reair metal tubular dealineator made out of ABS round body fitted with 2 Nos 65 mm dia highly reflective reflectors made out of PMMA and mounted on 45/50 mm dia mild steel pipe of 600 mm height duly powder coated and thermo plastic elastomer 3 bands of green, red and yellow reflector radium tape of 25 mm wide strips with anti theft steel net for reflector protection including embedding in PCC 1:2:4 (150x150x300mm) type B1 complete all as specified and as direcded by Engr-in-charge.

S&F as in reair retro reflective Cautionary /warning sign boards of equilateral triangular shape having each side of 900 mm with support length of 3650 mm and made up of 2 mm thick aluminium sheet, face to be fully covered with high intensity encapsulated type heat activated retro reflective sheeting conforming to type - IV of ASTM-D 4956-01 in blue and silver white or other colour combination including subject matter, message (bi-lingual), symbols and borders etc. as per IRC ; 67:2001, pasted on substrate by an adhesive backing which shall be activated by applying heat and pressure conforming to class -2 of ASTM-D-4956-01 and fixing the same with suitable sized aluminium alloy rivets @ 20 cm c/c to back support frame of M.S. angle iron of size 25x25x3 mm along with theft resistant measures, mounted and fixed with 2 Nos. M.S. angles of size 35x35x5 mm to a vertical post made up to M.S. Tee section ISMT 50x50x6 mm welded with base plate of size 100x100x5 mm at the bottom end and including making holes in pipes, angles flats, providing & fixing M.S. message plate of required size, steel work to be painted with two or more coats of synthetic enamel paint of required shade and of approved brand & manufacture over priming coat of zinc chromate yellow primer (vertical MS-Tee support to be painted in black and white colours). Backside of aluminium sheet to be painted with two or more coats of epoxy paint over and including appropriate priming coat including all leads and lifts etc complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Demolition Concrete in ground floors and pavings n exc 15 cm thickness (below or above ground level) complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

M&L for 75 mm thick PCC , (1:4:8) type D-2, (using 40mm graded stone aggregate) as in sub base for floor complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Providing and laying 60mm thick factory made chamfered edge cement concrete paver block of M-35 grade with approved colour, design & pattern as in footparth, parks, lawns, drive ways or light traffic parking etc., of required strength, thickness & size/ shape, made by table vibratory method using PU mould, laid in required colour & pattern over and including 50mm thick compacted bed of fine sand, compacting and proper embedding/ laying of inter locking paver blocks into the sand bedding layer through vibratory compaction by using plate vibrator, filling the joints with sand and cutting of paver blocks as per required size and pattern, finishing and sweeping extra sand complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Providing and laying at or near ground level factory made kerb stone of M-25 grade cement concrete in position to the required line, level and curvature, jointed with cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement: 3 coarse sand), including making joints with or without grooves (thickness of joints except at sharp curve shall not to more than 5 mm), including making drainage opening wherever required complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

M&L for two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a priming coat including preparation of new concrete surfaces of any description over 10cm girth or width, not otherwise described complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.
