REPAIR AND REPLACEMENT OF CONCERTINA COIL, BARBED WIRE AND CHAIN LINK FENCING AT AF STN UNDER GE (AF) JAMNAGAR NO. 1

Demolition of brickwork or stone/ boulder masonry / PCC block masonry, built in cement or cement lime mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars, etc., but excluding ashlar facings, dressed stonework and precast concrete article, etc., including removal of debris outside MOD land, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material & Labour for pre-cast cement concrete block masonry type C-1,1:3:6 (20mm graded aggregate) with solid blocks, exc. 10 cm in width and setting in cement mortar 1:6, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material & Labour for Complete removal/Taking down cement plaster/cement lime mortar on brick/stone walls etc., including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc., including removal of debris outside of defence land, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material & Labour for rendering 15mm thick on fair faces of brick work or concrete surface of wall in cement mortar 1:4, finished even and smooth without using extra cement, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material & Labour for applying Two or more coats of 100% Premium acrylic emulsion paint having VOC less than 50 gm/litre and UV resistance as per IS 15489:2004, Alkali & fungal resistance, dirt resistance exterior paint of required shade (Company Depot Tinted) with silicon additives @ 1.43 litre/ 10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 0.90 litre/ 10 sqm over new/old surfaces (exterior weather coat) paint in normal/camouflage pattern as directed by Engr-in-Charge of any tint as approved over one coat of primer, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply & Fixing in repair Plain, galvanised, mild steel sheeting, in ridges, hips, valley gutters, drip, boundary wall and straight flashings (length and girth as fixed) of thickness n less than 0.80mm with grade of zinc coating 275, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Excavation in post holes in soft and loose soil not exceeding 0.5 cum getting out, returning filling in and ramming earth or broken rubble mixed with earth around in layers not exc 25cm watering and removing surplus materials to a distance not exc 50m and making good surface, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material & Labour for PCC 1:4:8 type D-2 (using 40mm graded stone aggregate) as in foundation filling and mass concrete, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material & Labour for PCC 1:2:4 type B2 (using 40mm graded stone aggregate) as in foundation filling and mass concrete, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply & Fixing in repairs galvanised. 2 strand, steel barbed wire 2.24mm dia barbed with 2mm dia barbs at 75mm spacing’s and straining and fixing to any type of standard rails straining bolts, including, securing or tying at crossings with and provision of galvanised mild steel wire, staples or steel pins, etc. as directed (each line wire to be measured), complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
