Demolition and breaking up drain pipes (SGSW, AC or reinforced concrete) 150mm bore set in cement mortar complete all as specified and directed.

Description all as per Item No 1 here in above but 200mm dia, complete all as specified and directed.

Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.50 metre wide and not exceeding 1.50 metre depth for foundation, manhole etc not exc 10 Sqm on plan and not exc 1.5 metre in depth including getting out in soft/loose soil complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for PCC (1:3:6) type C-2 (using 20 mm graded stone aggregate) as in bed to drain pipes including packing under and haunching against the sides of pipes after they are laid and tested for 150 mm bore pipe complete all as specified and directed.

Description all as per Item No 5 above but for 200mm bore pipe, complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of reinforced cement Concrete of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided complete all as specified and directed

Material and labour for 60 mm thick vibromatic reinforced precast cement concrete 1:2:4 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) with 1mm thick mild steel CR sheet around painted with 2 coats of bituminous paint , as in man hole cover slabs finish fair even and smooth without using extra cement ( Top surface will be chequred finish) including necessary form work, 100 mm long handle of 12mm dia round bar counter sunk by 25mm welded to reinforcement complete all as specified and directed. (Note : CA No and date will be engraved on covers. Reinforcement shall be measured and paid saperately. Curing will carried out with ponding method)

Supply and fix mild steel TMT bar 10 mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape required including cranking, bending, spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9 mm dia or securing with clips complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of Brickwork or stone/bou-lder masonry, built in cement mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars, etc, but excluding ashlar facings, dressed stonework and precast concrete articles complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour brick work with sub class 'B' brick straight or curved on plan exc. 6 m mean radius built in cement mortar 1:6 including demolition of existing old brick work or stone masonary built in cement mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars etc, complete all as specified and directed

Material and labour for 15 mm thick rendering on fair faces of brick work or concrete surface in cement mortar 1:4, surface finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for Cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-0 (using 12.5 mm graded stone agg) in coping, bed plates and chamfered angles and throating etc complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for PCC 1:3:6 type C-2 using 40 mm graded stone aggregate as in surface channels and drains complete all as specified and directed.

Returning, filling in, including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exc. 25 cm thick in each layer as in soil complete all as specified and directed.

Removing surplus excavated material (SOIL) to distance not exc. 50 m and depositing where directed at a level not exc. 1.50 m above the starting point complete all as specified and directed.

Cleaning of manholes any depth any size taking out accumulated, soil, sludge any material incl both ends and removal to MD lands and manhole cover refixing complete all as specified and directed.

Sucking out sewage water through sewage tanker from the man hole/septic tank/soakage well in different location and disposal (5000 ltr capacity) of out of MD land as directed by Engr-in-Charge. Note :- For cleaning and attending the complaint comprising the following to clear the blockage of WC, grating and gully trap. (i) Minimum 01 person will be present on all working days 0900hrs to 1700hrs for maintenance and report to AGE B/R-I Sub Div. (ii) If contractor representativ (Safaiwala) is not to report daily to B/R complaint cell, Double amount of market rate i.e. Rs 450/- will deducted from the contractor payment for the absent period.

Cutting into existing manholes for connecting new drains 150mm dia making good to pipe and rendering, cutting out existing benching for and forming branch channel (1/2 round or 3/4 section) in cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-1 smooth finished and reforming benching as required complete al as specified and directed.
