Providing arrangements for all festivals of Sri Venkateswara Swamy and Sri Chandramouleswara Swamy Temples in Andhra Ashramam, Rishikesh, Uttarakhand State for the year 2026-27

Hire charges for erection and removal of MS pipes Pendals with MS pipes 40 mm dia for vertical, horizontals bracings and roofing. The pendals are firmly fixed with bracings and with necessary frame work/rope etc., and the roof covered with thick white ceiling cloth along with all round frills (jallars) including anchoring to the ropes to the ground with suitable anchoring and necessary watch and ward against theft and fire accidents and incidental charges etc. complete as directed during execution. The rate quoted is including conveyance of all materials (Transportation charges) and labour charges for fixing etc., complete . The rate is for below mentioned calendar days.(The rate for pendals will be paid as per area of pendals measured on covering plan area).

Hire charges for providing Rain proof shelters of different spans with clear height of 14' at the ends and suitable height at centre with central unsupported span of ranging 30' to 60'. The shelter shall be provided with adequate MS girders, trusses, purlins, bracings, tie rods, anchorages, bolts & nuts etc., suitably designed with necessary anchors to the ground to withstand heavy wind and rain. The shelter shall be firmly tied with cross anchors at all required places using MS strands etc., using necessary bolts, nuts, etc., The entire roof shall be covered suitably with GI sheets / Aluminium sheets / Galvalume sheets firmly fixed to the purlins etc., with necessary bolts/screws, washers etc., so as to have perfect rain proof roof. Covering shall be made such that the shelter shall be totally rain proof during heavy rains and the rain water shall be properly drained off. (This rate is applicable when structure is provided using roof trusses) Necessary rain water collection facility and drainage arrangement shall be made. The rate is including conveyance of all materials and labour charges for fixing etc., complete. The relevant conditions pertaining to providing pendals applies.

Hire charges for providing white ceiling cloth for decorating the pendals and Mandapam with necessary frame work with decorative frills (jallars) around and border and decorative frills (jallars) at the centre with red or green colour or any other attractive colour wherever necessary etc., complete as directed during execution. The ceiling cloth should be pure white in colour and with out any patches and preferably new or neatly washed and should be in good condition through out the Festival or Ustvam period and should be removed after the same is over and should be repaired or replaced as and when tornout by any means including due to rain with out any extra cost. The rate quoted is including conveyance of all materials and labour charges for fixing etc., complete. The rate is for below mentioned calendar days. All the relevant conditions pertaining to pendals are applicable for this item also. Note: If, there is any deviation in the usage of good quality of cloth effecting the pleasing appearance and if the contractor fails to rectify it as per the directions of Engineer in charge, a penalty will be imposed by the Engineer in charge.

Hire charges for providing bunting cloth of white or red or green colour to the Casurinas or Eucalyptus posts etc., complete to the full height and cloth used preferably new or neatly washed and should be in good condition through out the Festival or Ustvam period and should be removed after the same is over as directed during execution and should be repaired without any extra rate if the cloth is spoiled due to any means. The Contractor should allow the Electric and flowers decoration over the cloth done Departmentally without any claim. The rate quoted is including conveyance of all materials (Transportation charges) and labour charges for fixing etc., complete. Note:- If, there is any deviation in the usage of good quality of cloth effecting pleasing appearance and if the contractor fails to rectify it as per the directions of Engineer in charge, a penalty will be imposed by the Engineer-in-Charge. Hire charges for erection & removal of side wall up to required height with frill type cloth of approved make and colour with back supporting cloth fixed to frame as directed during execution for the function, the Side curtains should be neat and with good appearance in all days , if spoiled in any manner and the same should be replaced immediately. The rate quoted is including all incidental charges & other taxes as applicable etc., complete. The rate is for below mentioned calendar days .The rate is for below mentioned calendar days. Hire charges of colour carpets including cost of charges for spreading and folding after completion of the Festival / Function etc., as directed during execution. The rate quoted is including conveyance of all materials. The rate is for below mentioned calendar days. All the relevant conditions pertaining to pendals are applicable for this item also.

Writing the sign boards, Direction boards and painting Rangolies over C.C road etc., with two coats of back ground one coat primary & one coat synthetic enamel paint over the sign boards with printing two coats with synthetic enamel paint over the back ground. The rate includes cost of paint, labour charges, scaffolding etc., required for the work. The paint should be done with first quality synthetic enamel paint of approved colour and make as directed during execution.

Wall painting with plastic emulsion paint One or more coats on old workof approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade

Supply and fixing of glow sign Vinyl stickered Text / sign (or) picture of different sizes directly on the glass door artitions/Sheets/Floors/Roads/walk ways/walls etc., as directed during execution using glow sign radium stickers one layer including cost and conveyance of all materials etc., complete.

Digital design, Supply and erection of flex sheet boards with back support of frame work made with 25mm x 25mm MS square pipe (light weight) to erect all the specified places as directed by the department. The cost is including all materials, labour for printing, erection at specified place including cost and conveyance of all materials, labour charges etc., complete as directed by the department .

Labour required for other maintenance works for roads cleaning, vegetation growth cleaning, cleaning of chajjas, carriying of vahanam gatotopam for brahmostovams and repairs of doors windows, man holes etc., as directed during execution.

Hire charges for supply of Brass sofas two seaters VVIPs including transportations etc. complete. The rate is including maintenance, watch and ward, against theft and fire accidents, repairs and replacement etc., complete during the said period. Rate is including all taxes, Transportation etc., complete . *The relevant conditions of the foot note mentioned at the end of these items/chapter applies. The relevant conditions pertaining to providing pendals applies.

Hire charges for providing Three Seater VIP Sofas as decided by the department, including conveyance, loading and unloading etc. complete. The rate is including maintenance, watch and ward, against theft and fire accidents, repairs and replacement etc., complete during the said period. Rate is including all taxes, Transportation etc.,complete. *The relevant conditions of the foot note mentioned at the end of these items/chapter applies.

Hire charges for providing steel dinning tables of size 1’6” x 6’0” x 2' 6" height and as decided by the department, including loading and unloading. The rate is including maintenance, watch and ward, against theft and fire accients, repairs and replacement etc., complete during the said period, transportation etc., complete.

Hire charges for supply, spreading and removing of PVC chairs including loading and unloading. The rate is including maintenance, watch and ward, against theft and fire accidents, repairs and replacement etc., complete during the said period. Rate is including all taxes, Transportation etc., complete. *The relevant conditions of the foot note mentioned at the end of these items/chapter applies.

Note:-( For all items)

1. Erection should be completed before two days of Festival/ Utsavam as directed during execution for Pendals, Barrication and Dias.

2. Suitable tying arrangements shall be made such that the pendals/shelters laid shall withstand heavy wind & rain.

3. Proper slopes shall be maintained for smooth drainage of rain water.

4. The shelter provided shall be capable to support necessary illumination, PA system, decoration work, display TVs etc.,

5. The agency shall allow the electrical / flower decoration/ PA system etc., over the shelter/barrication/ ceiling cloth etc., without any extra cost.

6. Adequate watch and ward shall be provided by the agency at his cost and dept. will not be responsible for any loss due to thefts/accidents etc.,

7.All the sharp projections shall be adequately covered with rubber sheet to avoid possible injuries.

8. The rain proof shelters provided shall be leak proof.
