14.9 Dismantling doors, windows and clerestory windows (steel or wood) shutter including chowkhats, architrave, holdfasts etc. complete and stacking within 50 metres lead : 14.9.1 Of area 3 sqm and below.

14.23 Dismantling old plaster or pointing, raking out joints, cleaning and preparing the surface for re-plastering or re-pointing including disposal of rubbish to the dumping ground with all leads and lifts etc.complete as per direction of the Engineer- in-charge.

12.1) 12 mm cement plaster of mix . 12.1.) Cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 fine sand)

12.2) 15 mm cement plaster on the rough side of single or half brick wall of mix: 12.2.2) Cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 fine sand) .

10.42 Providing and laying 1st class quality vitrified floor tiles in different sizes (thickness to be specified by the manufacturer) with water absorption less than 0.08% and conforming to IS: 15622 - 2017, of approved make, in all colours and shades, laid over 20mm thick cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 fine sand), jointing with grey cement slurry @ 3.3 kg/ sqm including grouting the joints with white cement and matching pigments etc. all complete as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge.10.42.3 Glazed Vitrified Tiles (Glossy / Mat Finish/ Anti-Skid) 10.42.3.1 Size of tile 600 mm x 600 mm.

10.41 Providing and laying 1st class quality ceramic floor tiles in different sizes (thickness to be specified by the manufacturer) of 1st quality conforming to IS : 15622 - 2017 of approved make in colours such as White, Ivory, Grey, Fume Red Brown, laid over 20 mm thick cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 fine sand), Jointing with grey cement slurry @ 3.3 kg/sqm including pointing the joints with white cement and matching pigment etc. all complete as per direction of the Engineer in-charge. 10.41.1 Mat Finish Tiles/ Anti-skid Tiles/ Glossy Tiles 10.41.1.1 300 mm x 300 mm in all shades and designs.

12.31 White washing with lime to give an even shade. 12.31.1 New work ( three or more coats ).

12.35 Distempering with 1st quality acrylic distemper (ready mixed) having VOC content less than 50 grams/ litre, of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade [Payment shall be made after submission of Test Certificate issued by the Manufacturer] : 12.35.1 New work ( two or more coats) over and including water thinnable priming coat with cement primer.

12.41 Finishing walls with acrylic smooth exterior paint of required shade of approved brand and manufacture [Payment shall be made after submission of Test Certificate issued by the Manufacturer] : 12.41.1 New work ( two or more coats applied @ 1.67 litre/10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 2.20 kg/10 sqm).

12.39 Finishing walls with water proofing cement paint of required shade of approved brand and manufacture. [Payment shall be made after submission of Test Certificate issued by the Manufacturer] : 12.39.1) New work ( two or more coats applied @ 3.84 kg/10 sqm)
