Earth Work :

Demolishing brick work including stacking of serviceable material sand disposal of unserviceable materials with all lifts and upto a lead of 50metc. complete as per direction of the Engineer- in-charge:

Dismantling tile work in floors and roofs laid in cement mortar including stacking material within 50 meters lead. For thickness of tiles 10 mm to 25 mm

Dismantling old plaster or pointing, raking out joints, cleaning and preparing the surface for re-plastering or re-pointing including disposal of rubbish to the dumping ground with all leads and lifts etc. complete as per direction of the Engineer- in-charge.

First class brick work in superstructure above plinth level upto floor five levelincluding cost of all materials as required complete In cement mortar 1 :4

Earth work in excavation by mechanical means (Hydraulic excavator)/ manual means in foundation trenches or drains(not exceeding 1.5 m in width or 10 sqm on plan) including dressing of sides and ramming of bottoms, lift upto 1.5 m, including getting out the excavated soil and disposal of surplus excavated soil as directed, within a lead of 50 m.

Filling available excavated earth (excluding rock) in trenches,plinth, sides of foundations etc. in layers not exceeding 20cm in depth, consolidating each deposited layer by ramming and watering, lead up to 50 m and lift upto 1.5 m. -All kinds of soil

Supplying and filling in plinth, under floor, foundations etc. with sand (fine) from local quarry with all lifts including spreading in horizontal layers, watering, grading to required slope, ramming, consolidating and compacting each layer by using plate compactor or by any suitable method complete.

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding cost of centering and shuttering 1:4:8 (1 cement: 4 fine sand: 8 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominial size)

Providing and fixing 1st class quality ceramic glazed wall tiles conforming to IS : 15622- 2017 (thickness to bespecified by the manufacturer) of approved make in allcolours, shades of any size as approved by Engineer-incharge in skirting, risers of steps and dados, laid over 12mm thick bed of cement mortar 1 : 3 (1 cement : 3 finesand) jointed with ordinary cement slurry includingpointing with white cement mixed with pigment ofmatching shade etc. all complete as per direction of theEngineer in-charge.

Painting with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture of required colour to give an even shade [Payment shall be made after submission of Test Certificate issued by the Manufacturer]: Two or more coats on new work over an under coat of suitable shade with ordinary paint (primer) of approved brand and manufacture
