Earth work excavation in foundation trenches in all kinds of soil including dressing of sides and ramming of bottoms including all leads and lifts, de-watering and disposal of excavated soil as directed by Engineer incharge.

Boring, providing and installing bored cast-in-situ reinforced cement concrete pile of specified diameter and required depth below the pile cap of specified cement concrete to carry a safe working load not less than specified, excluding the cost of concrete and Steel reinforcement but including boring with casing and or bentonite solution and temporary casing if required of appropriate length for setting out and removal of the same and the depth of the pile to embeded in the pile cap etc. all complete incl. removal of excavated earth/slash with all leads and lifts incl. demolishing of pile head upto specifieed cut off level length of pile for payment shall be measured from top to shoe to the bottom of pile cap (450mm dia of required depth).

Vertical load test of pile in accordance with IS 2911 (part-IV) incl. installation of loading plateform and preparation of pile head/construction of test cap with specified grade of concrete incl. dismentaalling of test cap aftertest ect. complete as per thespecification and directions of engineer Incharge.

(i) Intial test incl. providing boring, reinforcement and concrete of required grade complete pile to be embeded below cut off level of required length and dia complete, single pile upto 100 ton load capacity.

(ii) Routine test on existing piles upto 100 ton load capacity

P/L, of dry stone soling 75 mm nominal size duly hand packed with ramming, dressing, watering and compacting all inclusive leads, lifts, loading, un-loading, cost and carriage of material involved complete incl. dewatering etc.

P/L, in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering & shuttering. All work up to floor V- level in 1:4:8 (1cement: 4 coarse, sand: 8 graded stone) for Pile and Grid Beam aggregate of 40 mm Nominal size (Crushed) all inclusive leads, lifts, loading, un-loading, cost and carriage of material involved complete incl. dewatering.

P/L, in position reinforced cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering & shuttering. in 1:1.5:3 (1cement: 1.5 coarse sand: 3 graded stone aggregate of 20 mm Nominal size Crushed in foundation, upto Plinth level etc all inclusive leads, lifts, loading, un-loading, cost and carriage of materials from approved nearest sources to site of work complete incl. dewatering etc.

P/L, in position reinforced cement concrete of specified grade upto Floor V-Level excluding the cost of centering & shuttering. in 1:1.5:3 (1cement: 1.5 coarse sand: 3 graded stone aggregate of 20 mm Nominal size Crushed in foundation, raft ,Plinth Beams, Grid beams, Floor Beams, columns, suspended floors, stairs etc all inclusive leads, lifts, loading, un-loading, cost and carriage of materials from approved nearest sources to site of work complete incl. dewatering etc.

Centering and shuttering incld. strutting ,propping etc. and removal of form work for Foundations, footings, bases of columns, Grid beam, plinth beam, plinth, Floor Beam, columns, Suspended floors, stair, edges of the slab etc complete Incl. dewatering.

Reinforcement for R.C.C work incld straightening, cutting, bending, placing in position and binding all complete:- (Thermo Mechanically Treated Bars.). Incl Dewatering etc.

P/L, in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering & shuttering. All work up to Floor V- level in 1:3:6 (1cement: 3 coarse sand: 6 graded stone aggregate of 20 mm Nominal size (Crushed) all inclusive leads, lifts, loading, un-loading, cost and carriage of materials from approved nearest sources to site of work complete Incl. Supply/Filling of sand under floors incl. Water compacting and dressing all leads, lifts and carriage complete incl. dewatering.

Brick work with F.P.S bricks of class designation 75 in cement mortar 1:6 (1 cement: 6 coarse sand). up-to floor V level including cost and carriage of all the materials invovled.

Providing wood work in frames of doors, windows, clerestory windows and other frames wrought framed and fixed in position (Kail wood).

Providing and fixing 35mm thick glazed shutters for doors,windows and clerestory windows including ISI marked black enameled M.S butt hinges with necessary screws including cost of glazing and necessary beading complete( Kail wood)

Providing & fixing panelling or panelling and in panelled or panelled for doors (Area of opening for panel inserts exculding portion inside grooves or rebates to be measured). panelling for panelled for panelled and glazed shutters 25mm-40mm thick ( Kail wood).

Providing and fixing 4mm thick glass panes of approved make including wooden beading of required size and section with necessary nails etc. complete.

Providing and fixing 35 mm thick wire gauze shutters using galvanised M.S. wire gauze of average width for aperture 1.4 mm in both directoin with wire of dia. 0.63 mm for doors, windows and clerestory windows with hinges and necessary screws (Kail wood).

15mm thick cement plaster on rough side of single or half brick masanory in walls/ceiling in 1:4 mix (1 cement 4 course sand) for including cost and carriage of material complete.

15mm thick cement plaster on fair side of brick /concrete masanory exterior in 1:4 mix (1 cement 4 course sand) for including cost and carriage of material complete.

12mm thick cement plaster on walls/ceilings in 1:4 mix (1 cement 4 sand) including cost and carriage of material complete.

Providing and fixing rolling shutters of approved make, made of 80mm wide M.S. laths interlocked togather through their entire length and jointed togather at the end by end locks mounted on specially designed pipe shaft with bracket plates,guide channels and arrangements for inside and outside locking with push and pull operation complete with hood cover and spring of required size, incl. applying one coat of steel primer compete.

Providing and fixing of stainless steel railing of required size, section and pattern including fixing of blusters on each step of tread and nevel posts and horizental tubes of required section minimum with two strands at required spacing complete in all respects incl. Main front vertical post (design to approved by Engineer incharge).

Providing and Fixing of anti-skid vetrified tiles of required size and pattern (8mm-10mm) with water absorption less than 0.08% and conforming IS: 15622 of approved make in all colours and shades laid on 20mm thick cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement: 4 coarse sand) incl. grouting the jointing wiht white cement and matching pigments etc. complete

Providing and fixing of 18mm thick machine cut, mirror polished Granite laid over 20mm thick bed of cement sand mortar 1:4 mix in floors, stairs, dado, walls etc incl. filling of joints with white cement and matching pigment. All inclusive complete.

Providing and applying white cement based wall putty in walls /ceiling of average thickness 2 mm, of approved brand and manufacture, over the plastered wall surface to prepare the surface even and smooth complete.

Providing and applying of 75mm wide plaster of Paris (POP) cronice of approved brand and manufacture over the wall, ceiling, columns, beams, edges, corners etc. surfaces including scoff holding charges, with cost & carriage of materials complete.

Applying one coat of water thinable cement primer of approved brand and manufecture on wall surface.

Painting Plastic emulsion paint in walls/ceiling of approved brand & Manufacture to give an required shade two or more coats complete.
