M&L PCC 1 : 3 : 6 type C1, 50mm thick ( by using 20mm graded stone aggregate) for plinth pretection finishing even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Cement concrete 1 : 2 : 4 type B1 (using 20mm graded aggregate as in surface channels and drains complete all as specified and directed.

Extra for forming fair finished drain or channel 30cm inner girth in cement concrete, using extra cement, including forms, moulds, mitred / stopped ends etc complete all as directed.

Dismantling floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not acking) and removing rubbish off the premises.

M&L for non-skid colour ceramic tiles 7 to 8 mm thick area of each tile exceeding 0.06 Sqm but not exceeding 0.11 sqm, in floors etc set and jointed in neat cement slurry over and including provision of screed bedding layer 15mm thick in CM 1 : 6 complete all as specified.

M&L glazed ceramic colour tiles in vertical surface 350x250x7mm / 450 x 350 x 7mm set and jointed in neat cement slurry over and including provision of bedding layer 10mm thick in CM 1 : 4 complete all as specified. .

S&F GI tubing medium grade galvanised, with all fittings and fixed complete to walls or ceiling or laid in floors 15mm dia bore.

All all as per item No 11 above but 20mm dia bore.

S&F gun metal, globe or gate valves,20 mm bore. with iron wheel head, screwed both ends for iron pipe and fixed.

M&L stop valves 15mm bore dia, cast copper alloy screwed down high pressure, with crutch or butterfly handle, screwed both ends for iron pipe or for unions

M&L for three coats of white wash on new surface of wall including preparation of surface complete all as specified and directed.

All all as above item No 29 but 8mm and over as in stirrups

Returning filling in, including watering and well ramming in layers not exc 25cm thick in loose / soft soil

Removal of surplus soil n exc 50m and depositing where directed at a level n exc 1.5m above the starting point

Surface excavation n exc 30cm deep and averaging 15cm deep and getting out in any type of soil complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 100 mm thick Cement concrete type D 2, 1:4:8 (using 40 mm graded stone aggregate) in sub base of floor/ sub base .

M&L for Machine pressed precast concrete interlocking paver block any shape and size confirming to IS 15658-2006 of 80mm thickness, M-40 Grade with grey cement & pigment complete all as specified.

M & L for Sand filling under floors or in foundations including watering and consolidation

M&L Plain Cement Concrete Type B1 1:2:4 (using 20 mm graded stone aggregate) cills and other similar bands, plinth courses, parapets, copings, bed plates and the like including weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating as directed including use and waste of form work.

E/M PORTION Excavation in trenches, not exceeding 1.5 metre wide and not exceeding 1.5 metre in depth for poles, laying of electric cable and GI tubing (where provided for protection of cables) and getting out trimming the sides, forming bottom surface to required level in any type of soil complete all as specified and as directed.

Returning, filling in , including spreading, leveling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25 centimetre thick after laying and testing of cable complete all as specified and as directed.

Removing excavated material not exceeding 50 metre and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5 metre above the starting point complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for Brick protection with sub class ‘B’ bricks old size, laid dry, flat over cable, perpendicular across the cable in trenches complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for Sand cushioning with layer of fine sand 80 mm thick before laying of cable and 150 mm thick after laying of cable in trenches complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply & Fix double Cylinder, heavy duty, 450-500 PSI, single gun vehicle washing pump with single phase 220-240 V, 3 H.P Electric motor (Make - Crompton Greaves or equivalent) 1440 R.P.M complete with pressure tank ,pulley, base frame & asses.complete all as speci fied and directed by Engineer - in Charge. Note :- Pump should be of ISO 9001-2000 Certified Co.

Cutting and screwing to existing MS / GI steel tubing for alteration or addition to pipe line of 40 to 50mm bore with new fittings and fixtures complete all as directed by Engineer-in-charge

Supply and fixing of unserviceable GI tubing medium grade 25 mm dia with all fittings complete laid in trenches / on walls / on ceiling / roof etc incl necessary suitable size of MS clamps / saddling on walls / ceiling etc complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.
