Taking down ceiling fans 1200/1400 mm sweep & removing/cleaning of dust properly, oiling and greasing of bearing including re-fixing and connecting up with all requisite accessories complete all as specified and directed.

Re-winding of ceiling fan burnt motor of 1200/1400 mm sweep including internally and externally cleaning of fans and removing the burnt coil and re-winding of fans by super enameled copper wire of appropriate size and re-assembling the fans and connecting with flexible copper wire of one mtr length and testing after repair complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down exhaust fan of 450/300 mm sweep and removing/cleaning the dust properly including oiling and greasing complete all as directed.

Re-winding of exhaust fan burnt motor of 450/300 mm sweep with appropriate size of super enameled copper wire, including re-assembling the fans and connecting with flexible copper wire of one mtr length complete all as directed.

Supply and Fixing in repairs bush of ceiling fans of any size complete all as directed.

Supply and Fixing in repairs insulating rubber real including Supply and replacing nuts, bolts with washers complete all as specified and directed

Cutting of wall for fixing exhaust fan of PVC/Iron fan of size 250/300/450 mm including fixing requirment at site by grouting fully threaded bolt and nuts including connection complete with one meter copper wire and repair complete, painting of wall all as directed & specified by Engr-in-Charge.

Taking down carefully existing Aluminum/Copper point wiring (light/ Fan / Socket/Power Point) complete fittings etc. making good to disturbed surface of wall/Floor etc to match the existing surface/ finishes all as directed.

M&L for concealed point wiring for one light/ fan/ bell point controlled by one switch with1.5 Sqmm (Nominal area) PVC insulated, unsheathed, stranded copper, conductor cable FRLS (1100Volts grade) drawn in and including PVC conduits of 20 mm dia with all fittings and accessories alongwith PVC insulated cable with copper conductor of size 1.5 Sqmm as earth continuity conductor including fixing of 1. 2mm thick MS sunk terminal box duly flushed to wall with 3mm thick plastic laminated/ebonite sheet cover fixed with screws,cap and washers incl. making good the disturbed surfaces complete all as directed & specified by Engr-in-Charge.

Notes :- (i) For Serial No 01 to 14: The contractor has to complete the work assigned for said items with in 10 days from issue of fan through gate pass failing in which recovery at the rate of Rs. 25 per day per complaint shall be deduct. (ii) For Serial No 15 to 68 : The Contractor has to complete the work assigned for above items with in 72 hours failing in which recovery at the rate 25 Rs. Per day per complaint(iii) The contractor has to maintain a separate complaint slip book and complaint register for attending complaint. The contractor rep have to collect daily complaint slip from the E/M complaint cell on the same day at 09 AM and get them signed from user after completing the job and submit to E/M complaint cell. (ii) Tenderers may note that amount as given in schedule of credit will be deducted from the total amount to worked out the net contract sum at the time of Acceptance of tender.
