Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.5 m wide and not exceeding 1.5 m in depth for foundation of pole, laying of cable etc in soft/loose soil and getting out complete all as specified and directed.

Returning filling in, including spreading, leveling, watering and well ramming in layer not exc 25 cm with soil obtained from excavation complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for providing dry river sand as in sand cushioning to UG cable including punning gently complete all as specified and directed. Note: Depth after punning shall be measured and paid separately.

Removing excavated material (Soil) not exc 50 mtr and depositing where directed at a level not exc. 1.5m above the starting point complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and laying sub class old 'B' burnt bricks, size of brick 230 x 115 x 75mm, laid as cable protection cover complete all as specified and directed.

Removing rubbish to a distance exc. 1.5 Km but not exc. 5.0 Km out side MD land complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only, liquid water proofing compound mixed as per manufacturer instructon mixed in cement concreter or cement mortar complete all as specified and directed.

Removing existing water proffing /black top treatment from parapet wall, removing material to a distance exc. 1.5 Km but not exc. 5.0 KM out side MD land complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for water proofing treatment to non accessible roof slabs by applying one coat of cold bituminous primer @ 0.30 litre/sqm and conforming to IS-3384, laying APP based polyster modified membrane reinforced non wooven polyster of 3.50 Kg/Sqm (minimum), 3mm thick with plain polythene finished and sealing all the overlap 75mm in length side and 100mm in width side of membrane by torching including applying one coat of bituminous aluminium paint over membrane all as specified and directed .

M&L for cutting uneven surface of concrete and reinforcement from drop of fins, facias, chajjas using necessary scaffolding and making good disturbed portion icluding form work with rendering cement plaster, 10mm thick in cement mortar 1:3, finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down screed bed/rendering in cement mortar from top of roof slab , cleaning,sweeping and washing the surface with water and prepare the surface for new rendereing.

M&L for 40 mm thick (average consolidated thickness) PCC (1:2:4) type B-0 using 12.5 mm graded stone aggregate mixed with liquid water proofing compound as per manufacturer instruction, laid in slope 1:30 on roof as in padding, finished even and fair complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for rendering 10 mm thick on on fair faces of concrete surfaces as on PCC padding in CM 1:3 mixed with liquid water proofing compound as per manufacturer instruction and finish the surface even and smooth without using extra cement for laying APP membrane at non-accessible roof (mumty) all as directed. (Note :- water proofing compound shall be measured and paid sepretally)

Taking up or down steel tubing and connections complete all as specified and directed for the 20mm bore of pipe complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for cutting chases for fixing of GI Pipe of any size on wall/plinth and including PCC work for making good the disturb surfaces of wall and plinth, including white wash for matching the existing wall complete all as specified and directed.

S&F, cable route indicator for LT, 6mm thick CI plate of size 100mm dia welded to MS angle iron 50mm x 50mm x 6mm embedded in PCC 1:3:6 type C-1 block size 150mm x 150mm x 160mm complete all as specified and directed.
