Replacing cladding AC roofing sheet with UPVC sheet at CCF plant

Dismantling A.C. roofing sheets of all sizes at all locations up to 20M from existing ground level for roofs/ cladding by carefully unbolting, lowering, conveying and stacking them without damaging collecting, sorting and stacking roofing bolts of the dismantled sheets, including all labour charges,scaffloding charge, hire for hand cart/ tempo van / lorry, conveying charges, all safety protection works to workers including all safety measures like safety net, safety belt, helmet, goggles / face shield, safety shoes, life line for hooking safety belt at contractors risk and cost, approved by engineer in charge and safety engineer including obtaining safety permit approval from concerned sections before work starts on each day , machineries, pipe lines, cables etc., at contractors risk and cost, as per approval of TCC

Dismantling steel work in single sections and built up sections, including dismembering and stacking within 50 metes lead in: R.S. Joists, channels, angles, tees and flats, trusses, raftes purlins etc of all sizes and shapes at all locations and elevations upto 20m from ground level including scaffolding charge.

Structural steel fabrication and erection at site for roof purlins, truss members etc., using light weight sections,MS section supplied from Stores, including painting two coats with chlorinated rubber paint above one coat of primer, setting and fixing to position by welding/ bolting, all safety precautions to men and materials, at contractor's risk and cost, all labour charges, hire for tools and plants, all other incidental expenses etc., complete.(Required GI section and paint will be issued by TCC)

Fixing roofing, side cladding with UPVC sheets or any other roofing sheets of required size and shape in required position, lifting sheets to position, bolting with self driven fasteners SDF 55 mm screws class 3 of roofix, roofing bolt with rubber washer,etc. sealing bolt holes with sealants, all safety precautions for men and materials, at contractor's risk and cost, all labour charges and all other incidental expenses, all cost of screws, rubber washer, sealants etc complete.(Required UPVC sheets will be issued by TCC)

Providing protection netting below the truss level using heavy duty nylon nets as supplied from Company, tying to columns, reinforcing netting using nylon ropes wherever requried, as required for men working above roof for sheet dismantling and re-roofing, making nets to the required sizes, structures and tying to required places, removing whole netting after work, all labour charges, all safety precautions, at contractor's risk and cost, and all other incidentals etc., complete.

Engaging Male workers for executing miscellaneous items of work at all locations and elevation , including all labour charges ,ESI , PF KCWWF contributions and all other benefits payable , hire for tools and PPE's all safety precautions and work permit system etc. complete as per the instruction of Engineer -In-Charge
