Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.50m wide and not exceeding 1.50 m in depth and getting out in Soft / loose soil complete all as specified and as directed.

Returning, filling in, including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25cm thick of excavated soil complete all as specified and as directed. Note: A deduction of 10% shall be made from total computed volume of filling to cater in bulk irrespective of machinery used for ramming.

Removal of excavated material [Soil] to a distance exceeding 250m and not exceeding 500 m and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5 m complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for Cutting / Chipping the spalling/ loose concrete of any thickness in Slabs, Beams, Columns, Fins, Facias, Parapets & Chajjas etc. including necessary preparation of surfaces by trimming, cleaning the surfaces to receive new concrete and removing the debris outside MD land all as specified and as directed.

M & L for Providing Precast Cement Concrete Solid Block Masonry of 1:3:6, Type C1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate exceeding 100mm width with plain or interlocking joints set in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for Non-Shrink, Cementitious Micro Concrete of Grade with comressive strength not less than 50 N/ Sq.mm at 28 days as in structural strengthenig such as encasement buildtups, jacketing, etc. in columns, pillars, piers, beams and similar structural members using Rendroc RG' manufactured by M/s. Fosroc Chemicals India [P] Ltd. or its equivalent in M/s. Sika India Pvt. Ltd. or M/s. STP Ltd. or M/s. Choksey Chemicals Pvt. Ltd. or M/s Bostik India Pvt. Ltd. modified with 12mm graded, clean, saturated surface dry crushed stone aggregate in the ratio as per manufacturer's instructions, complete all as per manufacturer's instructions including providing double scaffolding and safety measures as required and as specified. Note: [a] Form work and reinforcement shall be mesured and paid separately under relevant items if this Schedule. [b] Measurement shall be considered for circumference at centerline of core thickness

M & L for RCC M-30 Design Mix, using 20mm graded stone aggregate as in Stairways [except spiral staircases], Chullah hoods, etc. including steps [square or spandrel], string pieces, carriages, etc., complete, any section straight or winding, but excluding landings; RCC water tanks up to 1500 Litres including water proofing admixture mixed as per manufacturers recommendations complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for RCC M-30 Design Mix, using 20mm graded stone aggregate as in Slabs supported on walls, beams, columns, landings, shelves and the like including water proofing admixture mixed as per manufacturers recommendations complete all as specified and as directed.

Use and waste of form work to sides of pillars, posts, struts, piers, columns and stanchions of any shape / cross section for fair finished surfaces of concrete complete all as specified and as directed.

Use and removal of steel formwork to soffits of suspended slabs such as roof slabs, floor slabs, landings and similar work not exceeding 200mm thick [horizontal or sloping] including rough finished surfaces complete all as specified and directed.

Use and removal of steel formwork to staircases with sloping or stepped soffits including risers and stringers [excluding landing] for fair finished surfaces of concrete complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for Powder coated aluminium sections [Minimum 50 Micron thick] of approved colour for Doors, Windows, Ventilators, Partitions with frame and shutters fully or partly glazed, sliding / openable including necessary jointing cleats, glazing clips, rubber beading, neoprene packing, anodised aluminium snap beading, screws, anodised aluminium fittings such as handles, aluminium butt hinges, aluminium sliding bolts, aluminium tower bolts, stainless steel friction hinges, locking arrangements, stoppers, etc., complete all as specified and as directed. Notes: [a] The size of aluminium sections shall be all as specified in relevant IS code and MES Schedule Part - I. [b] Panel inserts such as Glass / Particle board / Gauze shall be measured and paid separately at supply only rates. [c] Weight of aluminium sections shall only be accounted for payment purpose. Weight of aluminium Handles, Butt Hinges, aldrop bolts & Tower Bolts shall not be accounted for payment purpose. [d] The unit rate quoted shall be deemed to include for cost of jointing cleats, glazing clips, rubber beading, neoprene packing, anodised aluminium snap beading, screws, anodised aluminium fittings such as handles, aluminium butt hinges, aluminium tower bolts, stainless steel friction hinges, locking arrangements etc., and fixing only of panel inserts of glass / particle board / gauge etc.

Supply only 12mm thick Prelaminated Particle Board, both Side Decorative Choice Lamination, Medium Density, Interior Grade complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply only 5mm thick sheet glass, ordinary quality in squares exceeding 0.5 Sq.m in each pane complete all as specified and as directed.

S & F Door Closer Hydraulically Regulated, Designation No. 2 universal type, suitable for aluminium door shutters of weight between 36 to 60 Kg complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for drilling 25mm dia x 450mm deep holes in Reinforced Cement Concrete footings, columns, beams, slabs, stairs, walls, etc. with suitable equipment as directed by the Engineer-in-charge including grouting the holes with epoxy cementitious grouting material to facilitate anchoring of reinforcement bars, balusters, newels, rag bolts, etc into the core concrete including working platforms, equipment, machines, skilled manpower etc. complete all as specified and as directed. Notes: [a] In case reinforcement or coarse aggregate is encountered during drilling holes in concrete, further drilling shall be stopped and holes shall be re-drilled at different location. Failed / suspended drilled holes shall not be considered for measurement and payment. [b] Reinforcement bars shall be mesured and paid separately under relevant items if this Schedule.

M & L for Vitrified Tiles, Double Charged, Coloured (Dark shade), Premium Quality, of size not exceeding 0.36 Sq.m, 9-10 mm thick as in Floors, set and jointed in cement slurry and pointed flush using polymer based cementitious tiling joint filler to match the shade of the tile including screed bed or bedding layer of mortar 15 mm thick in Cement Mortar 1:4 complete all as specified and as directed. Note: The colour / shade / design of tiles shall be as approved by GE.

M & L for 10mm thick rendering in Cement Mortar 1:6 on concrete surfaces or fair faces of brick work surfaces finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for 10 mm thick rendering in Cement Mortar 1:4 on concrete surfaces or fair faces of brick work surfaces , including finishing the top surface even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for rendering 10 mm thick in Cement Mortar 1:4, including mixing water proofing compound as per manufacturers instructions and finishing the top surface even and fair to receive finishing coat complete all as specified and as directed. Note: Water proofing compound will be measured and paid separately.

M & L for 10mm thick rendering with Polymer Modified Mortar made using single component Shrinkage Compensated Polymer Modified Fibre Reinforced Cementitious Repair Mortar such as Renderoc SP 40 of M/s. Fosroc Chemicals India [P] Ltd. or equivalent in M/s. Sika India Pvt. Ltd. or M/s. STP Ltd. or M/s. Choksey Chemicals Pvt. Ltd. or M/s Bostik India Pvt. Ltd. including finishing the surfaces even an smooth complete all as per manufacturer's instructions, all as specified and as directed.

Supply only approved integral water proofing compound [ISI Marked] all as specifid and as directed.

Supply only crystalline water proof admixture in powder form for mixing in concrete, with property of self healing/ sealing micro cracks, pores and capillaries in concrete and effectively protecting the concrete against water penetration and the effects of deterioration during the lifetime of the concrete.

M&L for two coats of latex power SBR based multi purpose polymer for water proofing and repair in composition of one part of latex SBR, four parts of water and eight parts of cement on RCC columns, beams, chajjas, slabs, etc. including necessary preparation of surfaces as per the manufacturer's instructions complete all as specified and as directed. Note: The water proofing treatment works shall be carried out by the contractor through authorised applicators of the manufacturers only.

M & L for preparing newly plastered Wall surfaces by using vaccume based sanding machine and applying two coats of Acrylic washable Distemper by using auto roller/airless sprayer, over a coat of alkali resistant primer over two or more coats of Cement based Wall Care Putty on walls by using multipurpose mixture for proper mixing of putty and putty sprayer for application of putty including rubbing with sand paper to obtain a smooth surface complete all as specified and as directed. Note:- The contractor shall carryout Distempering & allied works under subject work through the Authorised Applicator of the manufacturer only. The lowest bidder shall submit MoU from manufacturer to provide technical support and trained persons for carrying out Distempering & allied works through their authorised applicators before commencement of the work to GE for approval.

M & L for Complete removal of existing treatment of any description on ceiling surfaces by using vaccume based sanding machine, removal of nails and applying two or more coats of Cement based Wall Care Putty on walls by using multipurpose mixture for proper mixing of putty and putty sprayer for application of putty including rubbing with sand paper to obtain a smooth surface and making good any undulations on the surfaces and applying two coats of Acrylic Washable Distemper by using auto roller/ airless sprayer over one of alkali resistant primer on wall surfaces complete all as specified and as directed. Note:- The contractor shall carryout Distempering & allied works under subject work through the Authorised Applicator of the manufacturer only. The lowest bidder shall submit MoU from manufacturer to provide technical support and trained persons for carrying out Distempering & allied works through their authorised applicators before commencement of the work to GE for approval.

M & L for Two coats of Weather Proof Exterior Emulsion Paint [100% Acrylic] by using auto roller/ airless sprayer over a Coat of Exterior Primer of same manufacturer as that of paint on newly plastered walls/ ceiling, pillasters, bands, borders, soffits of chajjas and projections including necessary preparation of surfaces by using vaccume based sanding machine complete all as specified and as directed. Note:- The contractor shall carryout Exterior Emulsion Painting and allied works under subject work through the Authorised Applicator of the manufacturer only. The lowest bidder shall submit MoU from manufacturer to provide technical support and trained persons for carrying out Distempering through their authorised applicators before commencement of the work to GE for approval.

M & L for two coats of Synthetic Enamel paint over one coat of Red Oxide / Zinc Chrome Primer on new steel surfaces over 10cm width or girth including preparation of surfaces complete all as specified and as directed.

Demolition of Brick / Stone Masonry built in Cement Mortar including all quoins arches pillars etc and removing rubbish to a distance not exceeding 1.50 KM complete all as specified and as directed.

Demolition of Unreinforced Cement Concrete in ground floors and Pavings not exceeding 15cm thick [below or above ground level] and removing rubbish to a distance not exceeding 1.50 KM complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down Cement Plaster of any description on brick or stone walls or concrete surfaces etc including raking out joints, hacking for key scrubbing down with water etc and removing rubbish to a distance not exceeding 1.50 KM complete all as specified and as directed.

Note for Serial Item No. 1 to 51: [a] The rates quoted by the contractor shall be deemed to include the cost of the following and nothing shall be paid extra on these accounts:- [i] The work shall be carried out up to Six [06] Storey/ 24 metres height by providing double scaffolding and safety measures as required and removal of the same on completion complete all as specified and as directed. [ii] The special repairs to RCC/ Steel Structural Members shall be got carried out under the supervision and guidance of Consultant [i.e. M/s D2D Consultant]. A certificate from Andhra University shall be obtained by the contractor to the effect that ‘Special repairs to RCC/ Steel Structural Members have been carried out as per Standard Engineering practice and as per relevant IS and found that the structural members are sound’ and the same shall be submitted by the contractor to GE before claiming RAR/ Final Bill payment. The contractor shall also obtain a written guarantee for effectiveness for a period of 10 [TEN] Years from the certified date of completion of entire work from the manufacturer and submit the same to GE before claiming payment. [iii] A minimum of three Pull out tests shall be conducted for the reinforcement bars anchored in each column, beam and footing as per IS 11309 in presence of suitable Andhra University Professor and necessary satisfactory test certificate in this regard shall be submitted to the GE before claiming RAR/ Final Bill payment. [iv] Providing double scaffolding and safety measures as required and removal of the same on completion and disposal and depositing the demolished material out of MD land complete all as specified and as directed.
