Head load Cartage of the following poles from road side to construction site (rates are per Pole / Km. including loading/unloading at both points) SP-55 (Galvanised)

Head load cartage of small material. Rates are per Km/Quintal including loading and unloading.

Fabrication of M.S. Channel Angle iron after cutting in required sizes with drilling of holes upto good finish for top channel, bracking and special type bracket etc. as per RESPO schedule and local approved drawing.

Erection of STP double pole support including excavation of foundation of pit of size 0.9x0.6x1/5th of length of pole in mixed soil for lt/ht supports with backfilling of earth & grouting of pole supports with cement concrete in size 0.45x.0.45x1/5 mtr length of supports with cc ratio 1:4:8 with cement, corse sand and stone ballast. muffing/plinthing of pole 300 mm above ground level of size 0.45x0.45 mm in cc ratio 1:3:6 as per upcl construction manual

Making trench with trenchless technology with laying of cable in HDPE pipe including cost of hdpe pipe (at least 160 mm outer dia, 6 mm thickness) at 2 mtr depth 9.1mm material grade PE80/PN6

Laying of HT cable in HDPE pipe

Making open trench in rocky area including laying of cable in trench of 2 mtr depth below ground level and connecting hdpe pipe over a cushion of 120mm thick sand covering all around cable protected with bricks on sides and on top

Supply and laying of HDPE pipe 160 mm outer dia 9.1 mm thickness material grade PE80/PN6

Laying of cable for pole rising etc

Supply and fixing of GI pipe (with socket) 6 inch dia at points of road crossing, cable rising at pole etc ( B class jindal make)

Supply and fixing of earthing for cable at different pole structure by 450x450x10mm GI plate vertically 3m below the ground level with alternate layers of charcoal & salt atleast 200mm thick around connected with g.i strip running till top of pole complete.

Painting of new/existing poles with channel including one coat primer and two coat silver paint and red asian paint of superior quality on upper side of pole

Supply and fixing of RCC route marker including material cost

Fixing of MS channel, angle and all accessories on existing/new double pole

Filling & fixing of end termination cable j.kit

Filling & fixing of straight through j.kit

Laying sagging jumpering and stringing of acsr panther conductor

Fixing and grouting of stay set including digging of pit in size of cc 1:4:8 (0.3x0.6x0.6) mtr including nozzeling, fixing, tensioning and tightening complete.

Fixing of ms earth rod including excavation, inserting of earth rod in soil and connection of earth wire
