Part - A portion (AE-VJA section)

Attend the following activities in AE-Vijayawada juridiction (Sri Venkateswara swamy Temples, Kalyanamandapams and Institutions etc.,) for a period of 1year. (4 Nos / 12 Months)

(a). Switch ON/OFF the lights & Fans and Check the lights/ street lights/fans and all electrical equipments and the same is put in working condition, any lights/ fans etc., are not functioning the same is to be replace with new one. Note: The materials is to be arranged by the department.

(b). Switch ON/OFF the centralized AC system in the above Kalyanamandapam without fail and observed the cooling effect in the said place . Incase, there is no effective cooling the same is to be intimate to the concerned for rectification.

(c) Attend the emergency electrical works in the temple, Vedapatasala and Schools and hostels and the same is to rectified and put the system in working condidtion.

(d). Switch on the DG set when main supply failures and switch off the same when the main supply restored and enter the Electrical parameters, Diesel consumption, DG ON and OFF times in a separate register for verification of the TTD officers.

(e) Check the DG set, changeover, diesel oil, battery,etc in every day and put the same in working condition.

(f).Put the water in to all earth pits every day in the above temple without fail.

(g) cleaning of ceiling fans, lights etc., when ever required and put the same in neat and clean.

(h). computer applications like preparation of statements, estimates, work slips, EMD & FSD Bills, correspondence letters, etc., The above said persons will be located at Tirupati office head quarter.

Note: 1. The above work required for Semi skilled work mans for 2 shifts- i.e. 9 AM to 6 PM, 6 PM to 9 AM = 2 nos x 2 locations = 4 nos

SERVICE CHARGES

Attend the following activities in AE-Vijayawada juridiction (Sri Venkateswara swamy Temples, Kalyanamandapams and Institutions etc.,)

Service charges towards deployment of man power for non migrated existing workers for a period of 11 months.

Service Charges for man power deployment shall be minimum of Rs.500/- / month per person and maximum of 5% of the basic wages for corresponding worker. Any tender with values excess of 5% of basic wages or less than Rs.500/month will be rejected summarily.

The above mentioned number of persons is inclusive of off duties for 11 months

the tenderer shall quote his offer for above considering all the activities indicated in the scope of work including labour force to be deployed by the tenderer for the satisfactory service levels including transportation, taes and overheads etc., as applicable and required for satisfactory performance of the contract.

Initially for one month, the contractor has to pay wages including ESI, EPF, etc., and as per the wages in Schedule-A in the tender document duly certified by the Charted Accountant. The same procedure shall be continued for subsequent months also.

Employer contribution of ESI & EPF as applicable at the prevailing rates per worker per month shall be paid

for wages more than ₹15,000/-, EPF @ 13% & ESI @ 3.25 % shall paid on ₹15,000/- only

Whenever, there is enhancement of wages, the same to be implemented as the same will be reimbursed by TTD

Only persons belong to Hindu Religion shall only be engaged.

TTD will not provide any accommodation for their workers during maintenance period and they will not be permitted to stay at site / premises after completion of shift duties. It is the responsibility of the contractor/firm to make alternate arrangements for transport and accommodation to their workers / staff away from the premises.

The price quoted shall be excluding of GST.

TTD shall be authorized to deduct any taxes as applicable from the bidder

Monthly: The following documents should be furnished by the contractor for arranging monthly payment

a) Documentary evidence that payment is made to personnel through their bank accounts.

b) ESI, EPF payment challans of the preciding month where TTD has reimbursed the employeer contribution of ESI & EPF

d) GST payment challans/invoice of the month / Quarterly as the case may be since the rate quoted should be inclusive of all taxes applicable.

Supply and installation of 14 Feet Diameter Permanent Magnet Synchronous Motor High Volume Low Speed (HVLS) Fan, equipped with an 800W energy -efficient PMSM motor. The fan shall be fitted with 6 Nos. aerodynamically designed airfoil blades, each having a 172 mm blade width high strength Magnalium Alloy 6063-T6 with ABS winglet and air volume of 530000 CMH, Minimum 76 RPM, weight - 38 Kg. The fan shall be complete with a digital variable - speed controller. Supply, and installation of chemical anchor fastners complete with anchor rods, nuts, washers, sleeves, and all associated accessories required for secure fixing and support applications. The scope shall include drilling of holes, cleaning, injection of chemical adhesive, fixing of anchor bolts/rods, curing, tightening, alignment.
