Removing excavated material not exceeding 50 mtr and depositing where directed at all level not exc 1.50 mtr above the strating point Complete all as specified and directed.

Repairs of valve chamber by cleaning and removing small bushes inside and surrounding the valve chamber and necessary brick works with PCC block masonry in cement mortar 1:6, 15mm thick plastering in cement mortar 1:4 PCC bearing/coping will 1:2:4 type B-1, PCC foundation of 1:4:8 type D2, painting with weather coat antifungal paint of 2 coats inside and out side including dismantling of unserviceable MS sheet cover, S & F new MS sheet cover of 3.15mm thick with 2 coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide to steel surface and locking arrangements, including necessary welding 60 cm x 60 cm x 60 cm (internal dimension) complete all as specified and directed.

Repairs to AC, 3 phase, 415 Volts, 50 Hz Electric monoblock 5 HP pumping motor including rewinding of starter of the motor, transport burnt motor to civil work shop, removing burnt / unserviceable windings completely including insulation material and rewinding stator with super enamelled copper wire of standard specification with standard insulation material complete and fixing back to original position and testing, commissioning etc including replacing defective bushes, bearing by new one complete all as specified and directed.

Repairs to AC, 3 phase, 415 Volts, 50 Hz Electric monoblock 10 to 12.5 HP pumping motor including rewinding of starter of the motor, transport burnt motor to civil work shop, removing burnt / unserviceable windings completely including insulation material and rewinding stator with super enamelled copper wire of standard specification with standard insulation material complete and fixing back to original position and testing, commissioning etc including replacing defective bushes by new one complete all as specified and directed.

Repairs to AC, 3 phase, 415 Volts, 50 Hz Electric monoblock 15 HP pumping motor including rewinding of starter of the motor,transport burnt motor to civil work shop, Removing burnt / unserviceable windings completely including insulation material and rewinding stator with super enamelled copper wire of standard specification with standard insulation material complete and fixing back to original position and testing, commissioning etc including replacing defective bushes, bearing by new one complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for removing existing Centrifugal pump set from base frame after disconnecting suction & delivery lines replacing bearings, repairing and grinding the shaft etc complete and reassembling and fixing back to original position and testing, commissioning etc for the capacity of 5 HP pump set complete all as specified and directed:- Notes :- (1) Replacement of major parts will be measured & paid separately; (2) Any minor part if required will be provided by contractor without any extra cost & cost of same deemed to the included in unit rate.

Removal of existing submersible pump set of any capacity from the existing borewell (by using any method) of any depth and transporting to workshop for checking and bringing back after repair, reinstalling of submersible pump set in the borewell including testing and commissioning complete all as specified and directed. Note : (i) The quoted rate shall be deemed to include the cost of any T&P or machinery required for carrying out the work (ii) Replacement/Repair will be measured seperately.

Repairs to AC, 3 phase, 415 Volts, 2900 RPM Electric Submersible pumping motor upto 15 HP capacity. Dismantling of burnt motor, cutting and taking out burnt startor winding from motor, cleaning the startor and rewinding with super enamelled water proof copper wire of original gauge/size including re-assembling complete all as specified and directed. Note- Removing, lifting and refixing are not included in the unit rate quoted but same are deemed to be included in Ser No.46.

S & F for submerssible cable ,flat, PVC insulated copper conductor stranded type, 1100 volts grade of size 3 core 6 sq. mm size, including jointing of cable with proper kit, connecting to motor and starter with suitable thimble including dismantling the old one complete all as specified and directed.

S & F in repairs pressure gauge, 100/150 mm size, fitted on delivery side of pump set , including all necessary items required & dismantling the old one complete all as specified and directed.

S & F in repairs Single phase preventer and connected to existing starter, suitable for centrifugal pump set of capacity 10 to 15 HP of any make complete all as specified & directed.

Servicing and maintaining pumping installation by tightening the gland of pump ,replacing rubber coupling ,bushes and clearing the leakage of sluice valves,Spindle, NRV's, aircock, pressure guage by tightening gland etc. complete at Coast Guard Pump houses comprising 5 Nos pump set of capacity 5 to 15 HP complete all as specified and directed.

Preparation of old painted surface of installation by removing all dirt, dust, grease, oil etc and painting complete Pump set including accessories with two coats of synthetic enamel paint of approved colour over a coat of red-oxide primer all as specified & directed for the following size pump and motor and connected items sluice valve and delivery/suction pipe line, etc complete all as specified and directed. in CG Area pump houses, Goa comprising of the following :- a) Pump & motors upto 15 HP capacity b) Sluice valves c) NRVs

S & F PVC insulated copper conductor stranded type, FRLS, 1100 volts grade of size 10 sq. mm single core electric cable, including connecting motor to starter with suitable thimble, laid in the PVC conduit including dismantling old one complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for bacteriological and chemical analysis of water sample at DIRECTORATE OF HEALTH SERVICES, ENVIRONMENTAL AND POLLUTION CONTROL WING, PANAJI- GOA complete all as specified and directed. (NOTE : (a) The water sample should be carried in sterilised bottle/watercan which are to be collected from the SCIENTIFIC OFFICER, ENVIRONMENTAL AND POLLUTION CONTROL WING, PANAJI- GOA) by the contractor (b) Testing to be carried out every six months (c) The following pump houses will be measured seperately:- (i) CGRA pump house (ii) TRV Pump house (iii) 39.37 Acres Pump House (iv) Tech Area Pump House

Supply only chloroscope for measurement of chlorine level in water showing indication 01.,0.2,0.5,1.0,1.5,2.0 and above including box type indicator showing indication along with 02 Nos test tubes reagent all as specified and directed.

Cleaning of under ground water storage sump of 20000 gallens litres capacity at CGRA pump house having the following process as under complete all as specified and directed:- (a) Dewatering the tank including all dirt dust and mud. (b) Desilting and removal of dirty water and sludge with wire brush inside wall and floor surface to remove impurities. (c) Cleaning of walls,ceiling and bottom of tank by high pressure water jet and bleaching powder. (d) Removing,shifting mud/impured material to a distance 10m away from sump. (e) Writing the capacity and date of cleaning with white and black enamelled paint as directed. Note : Bleaching powder,paints etc shall deemed to be included in unit rate
