Eligibility Criteria

Tenders from Joint ventures are not acceptable.

Bidders shall not be under a declaration of ineligibility for corrupt and fraudulent practices issued by Government of Karnataka

The bidder is required to ensure browser compatibility of the computer well in advance to the last date and time for receipt of tenders. The departments shall not be responsible for non-accessibility of KPPP portal due to internet connectivity issues and technical glitches at bidders end

It shall be the responsibility of the Bidder to ensure credit of Tender Processing Fee and EMD into the respective receiving bank accounts of e-Procurement on or before the last date and time of bid submission.

EMD Payments through e-Payment mode shall be made as one single transaction and payments made in part are liable for rejection.

As per karnataka state government order LD/300/LET/2006 Bangalore dated 01-01-2007 and Govt letter No.PW/134/BMS /2007/dated 27-07-2007, a sum amounting to 1% of the bill amount will be deducted towards constructions labour welfare fund.

Royalty on construction materials and other taxes will be deducted as per prevailing Govt orders

Total value of civl engineering works executed and payments received in the last five years (year-wise)

All the documents to be uploaded shall be neatly scanned and the documents scanned shall be in original

Reports on the financial standing of the tenderer, such as profit and loss statements and auditors reports for the last five years

Qualification and experience of the key technical and management personnel in permanent employment with the tenderer and those that are proposed to be deployed on this contract, if awarde

Any discrepancies observed in the documents uploaded by the tenderer the tender shall liable to rejected.

All the Formats prescribed in the bid documents shall be filled in complete manner. ( section 3 & 4 of the bid document ) and shall be uploaded properly, signed by Tenderer . Necessary Certificates shall be uploaded along with the formats wherever required. General documents Section can be used for this purpose.

Earnest Money Deposit will have to be in any one of the forms as per the instructions in the financial bid document and shall have to be valid for 45 days beyond the validity of the tender.

Tenderers are requested to read the Bid Documents before submission of their bid.

Department will not supply any materials

The cost of the Tender form shall not be refundable.

The employer is not responsible for any delay in accessing KPPP Portal

The Employer reserves the rights reject one or all tender without assigning any reasons

Further particulars, if any, required by the Contractor can be had from the office of the Executive Engineer, PWD Division Chikodi during office hours on all working days. It may be noted that if any of the dates mentioned above happened next working day will holds good in lieu of the dates mentioned

The Tenderer are should be present during opening of the tender and also submit the uploaded documents duly attested by the Gazetted Officer not below the Rank of Executive Engineer

Contractors should Registered in KPWD and copy should be uploaded in KPPP Attested by the Gazzeted officers not below the rank of Executive Engineer

GST shall be paid to the tendered amount separately.(As per prevailing rates GST will be Paid Separately )

The Increase in G.S.T shall not be paid in the extended period of Contract for which the contractor alone is responsible for delay as determined by the authority while granting the extension of time

Difference amount should submit at the time of Agreement.

Financial turover of previous years shall be given a weight of 10% per year to bring them to the price level of the 2026-27 in the Technical Qualification Criteria mentioned in the next section

If no bid received auto extension will be done by KPPP Portal itself for 2 days

Unique Document Identification Number (UDIN) form practicing Chartered Account is preferred

As per Government Circular No. FD/263/EXP-12/2022,Dated 11/05/2022 L1 tenderer EMD amount is forfeited and tender will be rejected

This bid documents clause no 34.4 to be implemented as per deligation of power vide GO NO PWD 423 FC-1 2018 Banglore dated 24.09.2018

Any Deviation/error/Mistake found in units of items, they should be read as in the unified SR 2023-24 and rates shall be quoted accordingly

The Project Completion period is 3 months and the Tenderer should maintain work during the defect liability period, which is (1) One year after successful completion of the work.

The Tenderer shall achieved in at least two financial years an average annual financial turnover from financial year 2021-22 to 2025-26 of Rs. 4.83 Lakhs (not less than the estimated cost under this contract)

The Tenderer shall obtain similar the workdone certificate such as Building Repair work from financial year 2021-22 to 2025-26 (50% of the Amount Put to Tender i.e., Rs. 2.42 Lakhs) in the prescribed format from the Competent Authority not below the rank of Executive Engineer(District Level Officer)and scan the Original Certificate and attach the scanned file to the Bid.

The EMD of Rs.13,000/- shall be paid in full through e-payment in favour of Executive Engineer, PWD, Chikodi Dn, Chikodi
