Dismantling fencing wire mesh, any type and in any position and including removing unserviceable material,outside of A 1 defence land complete all as specified and directed. .

Dismantling posts / struts (wood, steel or RCC) any section including taking out embedded portion from concrete / brick masonry etc and making good disturbed ground and disposing rubbish off the premises of site of work complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of cement concrete (unreinforced) of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for and including removing unserviceable material,outside of A 1 defence land complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of brick work or stone / boulder masonary built in CM including all quoins, arches, pillars etc but excluding ashlar facing, dressed stone work and precast articles etc and including removing unserviceable rubbish material,outside of A 1 defence land complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down cement or lime plaster from brick or stone walls etc including racking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water and including removing unserviceable material,outside of A 1 defence land complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for PCC 1:4:8 type D-2 (using 40 mm graded stone aggregates) as in foundation / filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and directed

S & F mild steel structural work as in fencing posts and struts fixed independently cut and bent to shape as directed including all necessary welding, drilling holes, notching for wire, flat iron for securing barbed wire or chain link fencing etc quality conforming to Fe 410-O or Fe-310-O complete all as specified and directed.

S & F Mild steel round bar 12 mm dia cut to length, bent to shape as required Fe-410W (Gde E-250) quality 'A' in available length for chain link fencing complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repair galvanised 2 strand, steel barbed wire 2.24mm dia, barbed with 2mm dia barbs at 75mm spacing and straining and fixing to any type of standard rails, straining bolts, including securing or tying at crossing with and provision of galvanised mild steel wire staples or steel pins etc as complete all as specified and directed. Note :- Each line of horizontal / vertical / diagonal wire to be measured for the purpose of payment.Note:-barbed wire will be procured from approved manufacturers as approved by AGE(I) and contractor shall qoute the rates for galvanised wire(as per IS) of barbed wire

Supply only chain link fencing of 3.25 mm dia galvanized steel wire 100 mm x100 mm mesh as in chain link fencing including provision of binding wires, 10 mm dia bar on fencing, welding etc and laid / fixed in position complete all as specified, shown on sketch No P-2 and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note:- Only clamps, nuts & bolts, straining bolts, 10 mm dia bar, F I strip shall be measured and paid for separately under respectively item of Schedule `Note:-chain link fencing will be procured from approved manufacturers as approved by AGE(I) and contractor shall qoute the rates for chain link fencing (as per IS) of chain link fencing

Fixing only chain link fencing including line wires, any mesh size and type to any type of standards rails, straining bolts, etc. including provn of galvanised mild steel binding wire of 0.9mm dia annealed complete all as specified and directed.

S & F mild steel screw bolts (machine made) 5 to 10 mm dia and not exceeding 5 cm long with hexagonal or square head at one end and other end screwed or both end screwed, each screwed end to be fitted with washers and one hexagonal or square nut complete all as specified & directed.

M & L for walling of random rubble stone masonry, un-coursed, well bonded, bedded, solidly hearted and built in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for raised pointing to RR or Polygon rubble uncoursed or brought upto course in cement mortar 1:4 complete all as specified and directed. complete all as specified and directed.

M&L Brickwork with sub class ‘B’ (old size) bricks, straight or curved on plan exceeding 6 metre mean radius built in cement sand mortar 1:6 complete all as specified. complete all as specified and directed.

All as per item No 17 above here in before but except bricks. Note: old serviceable bricks as obtained from demolition under item No-04 here-in-before will be used.

M & L for plain cement concrete Type B-1(1:2:4) (using 20 mm graded stone aggregate) in cills, steps, parapets , copings, bond stone, bed plates, hold fast, water through and the like including weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles & throating as directed including necessary form work as required complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for Rendering 15 mm thick in CM 1:4 on fair faces brick or concrete surfaces and finishing surfaces even & fair complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for preparation of New or previously un-treated steel surfaces over 10 cm width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over one coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and directed.

S&F 110mm PVC (SWR) pipes single socketed hevay duty ISI Marked , in any length as in weep holes with rubber ring joints, laid in trenches or in floors, complete all as specified and directed

S&F for rolled mild steel framed work as in doors or gates of angle or other section with gusset plates, rails, braces, flat iron etc., complete, drilled for fixing of steel sheeting or other covering. Doors, etc. to be prepared for hanging or sliding with and including either hooks and hinges or steel hanging door fittings (exclusive of steel sheeting or other covering, running rails and guides) and hanging; also fastening and fixing complete all as specified and directed.

&F for mild steel work as in bands, straps, supports or stays for rainwater, ventilating pipes, including bolts, if required: hooks (stay), heavy, for large gates; hook and pintle hinges: large hasps and staples; chains; hand made sliding bolts; clamps; hold fasts; wall ties; hooks for hanging fans; plain angle cleats for securing purlins to wood trusses or rafters; knee piece inserts; two way and three way straps, plate washers and similar small articles conforming to Fe-290 Gde-E-165 I).complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of newly plastered surface of external wall all as prescribed by manufacture of paint and applying two coats of exterior anti fungal acrylic emulsion paint (walmista of Berger paint or equitant in Asian paint, Nerolac etc having three years of performance warranty) over a coat of exterior water based primer of same make all as specified and prescribed by manufacture of paint and as directed at site by Engineer-in-Charge. Note:- 1. The newly plastered surface must be prepared in a manner so that there should not be any impression of dent and it should be made even all as per manufacture instruction before application of emulsion paint. The cost of all materials, T&P and labour required for preparation of surface are deemed to be included in the rates quoted. (ii). The work must be got executed through authorised applicator of manufacture after concluding an MoU with manufacture for company back guarantee by the contractor. The authorised applicator of manufacturer shall be got approved from GE/ AGE (I) before commencement of work. (iii). All the material to be incorporated in the work shall be brought by contractor to MES store yard which will be subsequently issued by deportment for incorporation in the work to ensure the quantity to be consumed all as per recommendation of manufacture. (iv). after carrying out preparation of surface the same shall be got approved from GE /AGE (I) before application of distemper for each building. (v). The colour / shade will be all as approved by GE / AGE (I) (vi) The cost of Scaffolding wherever required are deemed to be included in the rates quoted by the contractor
