Demolition above G.L. up to floor two level including stacking of serviceable materials and disposal of un-serviceable meterials with in 20mtrs lead. In cement mortar. un-reinforced cement concrete upto 15cm thickness.

Providing from work with steel plates 3.15mm thick weled with angle iron in frame 30x30x5mm so as to give a fair finish including levelling centering, shuttering strutting and propping etc. With wooden battens and ballies, hight of propping and cenring below supporting floor two ceiling and removal of the same for instu- reinforced concrete and plain concrete work in:- (a) column piller and post up to floor two level

b) beam contilever, bressumers soffit landing etc.

Providing & laying cement concrete work 1:1.5:3 (1cement: 1.5sand: 3graded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size) and curing complete excluding cost of form work and reinforcement for reinforced concrete work in all hight. a) Columns, pilasrs, posts and struts, square, rectangular or polygonal in plain.

b) Suspending floors roofs landing & shelves and their supports, balconies, beams, girders, bressumers and their cases (except spiral cantilever upto floor two level.

Repair to plaster in patches of 2.50 square meter under and upto 10 to 15 mm thick i/c cutting the patch in proper shepe rakimg out jionts preparing and plastering the surface of the wall complete i/c disposal of rubish to the clumping ground all complete as per diraction of Engineer -in- charge with cement 1:4 (1cement 4 sand )

Providing and laying cement concrete flooring 1:2:4(1cement:2sand:4graded stone agregate 20mm nominal size) and curring complete including carriage of materials ,labour ,tool and plants through all modes of transportation with in all leads and lifts, and as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Dismentling old pilaster or skirting raking out joits and cleaning the surface for pilaster i/c disposal of rubbish to the dumping ground with in 50 mtr lead including carriage of materials ,labour ,tool and plants through all modes of transportation with in all leads and lifts, and as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

15mm cement plaster in singale coat on the rough side of brick/concrete/stone walls for interior plastring upto floor two level including arrrises, internal rounded angles, chamfers and/or rounded angle not exceeding 80mm in girth and finished evehn and smooth in cement mortar 1:6(1cement :6sand) including carriage of materials ,labour ,tool and plants through all modes of transportation with in all leads and lifts, and as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Prooviding wood work in frames of doors, windows, clearestory windows and other framed and fixed in postion. 2nd Class hard wood/sal wood.

Providing & fixing panelled glazed or panelled and glazed shutters for doors windows and clearstory windows including black enamelled iron butt hinges with necessary screws. 35mm thick 2nd. Class teak Wood.

Prooviding 40 X 3mm flat iron hold fast 40cm. Long including fixing to frame with 10mm dia bolts, nuts and wooden splug and immeging in cement concrete block 10x10x15 cms. 1:3:6 (1cement: 3sand: 6graded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size).

Providing and fixing aluminium tower bolts (barrel type ) anodized transparent or dyed to required shade & colour.(a)100x10mm

Prooviding and fixing aluminium finshed brass handles with nuts and secrews etc complete. (a) 125mm. including carriage of materials ,labour ,tool and plants through all modes of transportation with in all leads and lifts, and as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Distempering (two coats) with oil bound washable distemper of approved brand and manufacture and of required shade on undecorated wall surfaces to give an even shade over and including a priming coat with distemper primer of approved brand and manufacture after thoroughly brushing the surface free from mortar droppings and other foreign matter and also including preparing the surface even and sand papered smooth priming coat with distemper primer.

Finishing wall with water proofing cement paint Apex of Asian brand and manufacture and of required shade on decorated wall surfaces (two coats) to give an even shade after thoroughly brushing the surface to remove all dirt and remains of loose powdered materials.

Appling priming coat on new wood and other wood surfaces after and including prepairing the surface by thoroughly cleaning oil grease, dirt and other foreign matters sand papered knotting Ready mixed pain brushing red oxide/zink oxide chrome including carriage of materials ,labour ,tool and plants through all modes of transportation with in all leads and lifts, and as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Painting two coat (excluding priming coat) on new steel and other metal surface under coat with ready mixed paint brushing to give an even shade including cleaning of all dirt, dust and other foresign matter with ready mixed paint otyher than white including carriage of materials ,labour ,tool and plants through all modes of transportation with in all leads and lifts, and as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing & laying cement concre 1:4:8 (1cement: 4sand: 8graded stone aggregate 40mm nominal size) and curing complete excluding cost of form work in foundation and plinth including carriage of materials ,labour ,tool and plants through all modes of transportation with in all leads and lifts, and as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Balla feature painting complete in all respect including carriage of materials ,labour ,tool and plants through all modes of transportation with in all leads and lifts, and as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge..

Lettering with black Japan paint of approved brand manufacture including carriage of materials ,labour ,tool and plants through all modes of transportation with in all leads and lifts, and as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing tor steel reinforcement for RCC work including bending, binding and placing in position complete upto floor two level including carriage of materials ,labour ,tool and plants through all modes of transportation with in all leads and lifts, and as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge..
