SH:I - Design, Supply, Installation, Testing & Commissioning (DSITC) Design, Detailed Engineering, Supply, Installation, Testing and Commissioning of Grid Connected Solar PV Power Generation Plant of 150 KWp capacity with structure made up of aesthetically appealing hot dip GaIvanised GI steel structure of min. 85 micron with PV modules of minimum 540Wp, Mono PERC half cut, Minimum Efficiency: 20.90%, suitable for 1500 VDC, fixed in anodized aluminium frame complete as required including elevated structural support systems, foundation for all components after proper soil investigation/treatment as per site conditions, proper Communication, Data, Control, Power Cables & Safety System for reverse power protection, min. IP65 rated DC DB/JB for connection of modules to inverters through DC copper cables of suitable capacity laid in heavy duty CPVC/UPVC /HDPE pipes, Power Conditioning Units, String Monitoring Units, Meters, Surge & Lightning Protection System (as per NBC 2016), Earthing of modules & structures, Water cleaning system with proper drainage, LT/HT evacuation & injection at suitable injection point as per site conditions through cables, switchgears of suitable capacity for minimal voltage drop/losses, End terminations including modification of existing LT Panel (if required) (cable laying should be in HDPE pipes of suitable size as per site conditions, MNRE guidlines & revelent IEC 62548 & IEC 61215 ,62804), Auxiliary & Control Supply System, Data Acquisition system (complete with Hardware, Software, Switchgear, Cabling, Air Conditioning of room etc.) for local & remote monitoring, communication & control cabling alongwith providing Fire Extinguishers of required numbers & capacity, LED type Lighting for general illumination in the car shed i/c wiring / cabling, MCBs, DBs, Switchs etc, Plant Solar Radiation & Environment Monitoring System, Shadow Analysis, Glare Analysis for safe flight operations, Clearance from DISCOM and approvals from other Statuatory Agencies, Transportation & Insurance of material etc. and any other items/accessories/clearances/services required for successful commissioning of power plant on "Turnkey basis" complete in all respects as per the technical specifications, terms & conditions specified in the tender document and handing over the Solar PV Power Generation System to AAI. The complete system shall be under Defect Liability Period (DLP) of 02 years. Location: Silchar Airport, Assam.

SH:II - All Inclusive Comprehensive Maintenance Contract (AICMC) All inclusive Comprehensive Maintenance for 05 years (after completion of DLP of 02 years) and Operation for 7 years (from date of commissioning & Handing over) of the above installed complete Solar PV Power Plant with all installations/accessories as mentioned in Item No-1 including providing of required manpower for Operation & Routine maintenance (min. 01 no. skilled Technician) including cleaning of modules, monitoring / recording the solar energy generation data and maintenance of proper records etc. as required as per the directions of EIC. 1st Year (During DLP ) 1.70% of SITC Amount

All inclusive Comprehensive Maintenance for 05 years (after completion of DLP of 02 years) and Operation for 7 years (from date of commissioning & Handing over) of the above installed complete Solar PV Power Plant with all installations/accessories as mentioned in Item No-1 including providing of required manpower for Operation & Routine maintenance (min. 01 no. skilled Technician) including cleaning of modules, monitoring / recording the solar energy generation data and maintenance of proper records etc. as required as per the directions of EIC. 2nd Year (During DLP ) 1.78% of SITC Amount

All inclusive Comprehensive Maintenance for 05 years (after completion of DLP of 02 years) and Operation for 7 years (from date of commissioning & Handing over) of the above installed complete Solar PV Power Plant with all installations/accessories as mentioned in Item No-1 including providing of required manpower for Operation & Routine maintenance (min. 01 no. skilled Technician) including cleaning of modules, monitoring / recording the solar energy generation data and maintenance of proper records etc. as required as per the directions of EIC. 3rd Year ( After DLP of 2 years ) 1.88% of SITC Amount

All inclusive Comprehensive Maintenance for 05 years (after completion of DLP of 02 years) and Operation for 7 years (from date of commissioning & Handing over) of the above installed complete Solar PV Power Plant with all installations/accessories as mentioned in Item No-1 including providing of required manpower for Operation & Routine maintenance (min. 01 no. skilled Technician) including cleaning of modules, monitoring / recording the solar energy generation data and maintenance of proper records etc. as required as per the directions of EIC. 4th Year ( After DLP of 2 years ) 1.97% of SITC Amount

All inclusive Comprehensive Maintenance for 05 years (after completion of DLP of 02 years) and Operation for 7 years (from date of commissioning & Handing over) of the above installed complete Solar PV Power Plant with all installations/accessories as mentioned in Item No-1 including providing of required manpower for Operation & Routine maintenance (min. 01 no. skilled Technician) including cleaning of modules, monitoring / recording the solar energy generation data and maintenance of proper records etc. as required as per the directions of EIC. 5th Year ( After DLP of 2 years ) 2.07% of SITC Amount
