RequiredIncome tax Clearance Certificate: The contractor shall furnish their copy of Permanent Account Number (PAN) card and copy of latest income tax returns submitted along with the proof of receipt.

RequiredFirm registration / TGGENCO registration.

RequiredExperience certificate in similar nature of works. The firm/Contractor should have experience in installation, testing, commissioning and servicing Inspection and trouble shooting of GE make PLC systems and has to enclose the experience certificate for the above mentioned works related to GE make PLC systems.

RequiredIn case of PEMD Holder of TGGENCO, the contractor has to produce valid relevant documents or has to pay EMD as specified in the bidding document.

RequiredIn case of registered SC/ST/Waddera Societies and individuals belonging to unemployed SC/ST/Wadderas has to produce the caste certificate for exemption of EMD.

RequiredUdhyog aadhar holder/ MSME Holder/ ISI holder should produce the valid relevant documents for exemption of EMD.

OptionalThe contractor shall comply with the statutory labour rules and regulations i.e., EPF, ESI, etc., as may be current and shall furnish the returns and information as may be specified from time to time. Agreement will not be concluded without above statutory norms.
