Wiring for light /power plug / circuit wiring/ sub main wiring with PVC insulated copper wire in PVC conduit/casing caping as reqd. (supply of PVC conduit/casing caping wire in dept. scope) upto 3 × 4.0 mm² inclusive of earth copper wire.

Checking of Earthing, Split pin, Check pin etc. in angle of safety point of view of Fan rectification including overall cleaning replacement of split pin, check nut etc. where required.

Installation of TPN switches from 32 AMP to 125 AMP

Installation of TPN switches from 240 AMP to 300 AMP

Surface cable of 3/4 core wiring on the wall, channel etc (materials will be supplied by dept.)

CABLE LAYING: -laying of PVC/XLPE armoured /un armoured 3/4 core at a depth of 900 mm with brick supporting at side and top. work involve cutting of trench, back filling ramming etc. [Brick, Sand & other materials will be Dept. Scope]

Checking, testing, installing, repairing, replacing and maintenance of street light fittings located at different location in the Plant and different components including attending the loose connections.

Checking, testing, installing, repairing, replacing and maintenance of Emergency DC light fittings located at different location in the Plant and different components including attending the loose connections.

Replacement of 1 or 2 pole MCB, Kit Kat fuse base unit up to 64 amp. MCB or fuse base will be supplied by departmentally.

Replacement of 3 or 4 pole MCB MCB or fuse base will be supplied by departmentally.

Temporary power supply connection / disconnection at different location (material collection from plant store and safe return to plant in contractor scope)

Maintenance of Battery banks including cleaning of terminals and maintaining electrolyte level.

Provision of earthing with connection complete in all respect with GI pipe medium density 'B' class (Blue) confirming to IS 1239 part I length 3 mtrs., bore 50 mm. Digging pit and refilling it with charcoal and salt in successive layer . Masonry enclosure of 45cm × 45cm × depth 1 feet (inside) with thickness 10 cm should be provided at top, hinged MS cover, water funnel etc. as per drawing and IS 3043. Grouting of a GI strip of size 6mm x 50mm with holes in nearest point on wall and connection with earth electrode . (All material will be supplied by the contractor)
