Installation of Solar LED Lights within Jurisdiction of TDA Kokernag

Supply, transportation, manual carriage, installation, testing and commissioning of 12 Watt White LED based Solar Street Lighting System conforming to MNRE Specifications (Annexure–A), complete with inbuilt MPPT charge controller and having the following minimum specifications: • PV Module: 75 Wp under STC. • Battery: Minimum 12.8 V, 30 Ah Lithium Ferro Phosphate (LiFePO4) battery. • Light Source: High efficiency LED compliant with IES LM-80 standards. • Duty Cycle: Automatic dusk-to-dawn operation. • Ingress Protection: Minimum IP-65/IP-66 protection rating for luminaire and battery housing. The system shall include provision of a hot dip galvanized metallic mounting frame fabricated from minimum 35 mm × 35 mm × 5 mm MS angle sections for mounting the SPV module(s). The mounting structure shall be securely fixed to the pole at an inclination of 30° from horizontal, facing true south, complete in all respects. The complete Solar Street Lighting System shall conform to the latest applicable MNRE/BIS/IEC standards and specifications issued by Government of India. The PV module manufacturer shall be ALMM approved. The item shall further include supply and erection of 6.0 metre long Class-B GI Pipe /pole of 76 mm Outer diameter, 3 mm thick , complete with welded base plate of size 220 mm × 220 mm × 12 mm, including nuts, bolts, clamps and all standard accessories as supplied/recommended by the manufacturer. The scope shall also include construction of RCC foundation in cement concrete 1:2:4 of size 0.40 m × 0.40 m × 1.30 m depth, including 0.30 m projection above ground level, reinforced with minimum 4 Nos. 12 mm dia longitudinal MS reinforcement bars and 8 mm dia MS rings/stirrups spaced at not more than 150 mm centre to centre, complete for proper fixing of pole. The item includes all labour, T&P, consumables, carriage, erection, civil works and allied materials required for complete installation, testing and commissioning of the system in all respects to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-Charge.
