Supply of 800 mm dia. M.S. pipe fabricated out of 10mm thick M.S. sheet and having a total length of 4 mtr and collar of 0.40 meter. (DJB SOR 26.1.28)
Charges of JCB with fuel, operator & helper for excavation of earth & other related works as required at site, refilling the pit after completion of work.(DSR Civil 2021 0020)
Charges of Suitable heavy Duty heavy duty D.G. set upto 62 KVA for site requirement & other works as required at site with fuel & operator (2 No. D.G.set X 3 shift for 8 hrs).
Hiring of Long boom crane (DSR Civil 2021 0028)
Charges of gas cutter with oxygen & L.P.G. Gas cylinder. (2 No's x 3 Shifts)
Manual Labour for various works like excavation, fitting, fixing and taking out 800mm dia di Pipe etc.. Providing support to welder , gas cutter etc.
Making safety arrangement at site for labour, helpers machinery etc. to avoid any mis-happening at the time of work.
Lighting arrangement at site of work for executing the work during night hours including electric material etc as per site requirement..
Making Lead joint of 800mm dia the job includes supply of spun yarn and lead, packing tools and expert fitters & all the T&P required, joint filling chemical cement, M-Seal, helper, fitter, manual labour etc. for making the joint leak proof.
Cutting of 1 no. window in M.S. pipe and welding of 1 No.socket & spigot 1 No. & collar by double layer welding from inside & outside to make the joint leak proof. Welding of window by double layer welding from outside and after completion of work. Testing of welding joints on operating pressure of line.
Transportation of old pipe/Scrap from site to Jeevan Park Store.
Transportation of T&P equipment, man & material including tools & tackles for labour. (to and fro)
Providing and laying C.C. pavement (7 Cum Approx.) of mix M-25 wit ready mixed concrete from batching plant. The ready mixed concrete shall be laid and finished with screed board vibrator, vacuum, dewatering process and finally finished by floating, booming with wire brush etc. complete as per specification and direction of Engineer-in-Charge. (The panel shuttering work & TMT bar Structure frame shall be included.)
