Supply, installation, commissioning and testing of latching High mast made up of galvanised special steel conforming to IS, ASTM- A- 572/BN -EN -10025 continuously tapered 12 sided polygonal cross section suitable for lighting system. it shall be suitable for wind speed as per IS-875, Part- 3, 1987 double section of length approximately 16 meters to sustain as arising wind speed as per is 875 . An opening door shall be provided at the base that shall access to equipment installed in it in and including providing of double drum winch & cable Plug and socket, double lock paddle, raising & lowering mechanism, lantern carriage ring suitable to carry 06 Nos LED light of wattage above 100 to 200 watts, whinch head frame, torque motor, limitor switch, cable trailing whinch, aluminium Pulley, having three point suspension system with stainless steel wire rope AISI 316 grade, 6mm dia 97/19 construction in and including suitable terminal box shall be provided at base compartment of high mast for terminating incoming cables made up of special rubber trailing with EPR insulation and PVC sheathed & suitable power electrically driven tool shall couple with winch using sprocket motor mounted at base of mast with compartment one number heavy duty hot dip galvanised lighting finial shall be of 2 mtr in length shall provide centre of head frame, suitable earthing terminal at base minimum 12mm diameter GI nuts and bolts, base plate shall be not less than 570mm, 3mm thick, PCD -490mm, bottom of the high mast shall not be less than 410mm and top shall not be less than 150mm dia in and including providing foundation bolt manufactured from special steel and hot dip galvanised alongwith nuts and bolt fixing the same in PCC foundation and base plate of high mast complete all as specified and directed in and including the following :- (a) Excavation, returning and filling in excavated soil, removal of surplus soil from site and depositing upto meter in low laying area as directed by Engr-in-charge at site(b) M&L for construction of foundation for 15 meter high mast considering the soil load bearing capacity 10 ton/sqm at 2 meter depth, (the contractor shall submit the OEM foundation drawing with complete details for approval by the Engr-in-charge before progressing the work at site as per manufacturer proposal)(c) Providing of suitable size and length of cable from terminal block in base of High mast upto LED light with the provision of rolling winch which can be operatable at the time of taking down of light carriage from top to bottom.(d) LT Panel having incoming MCCB, outgoing MCCB/MCBs, time switch, contactor, indicator, voltmer suitable for controlling of electric supply of high Mast as per manufacturers design.(e) Aviation obstruction light, yellow painted die-cast aluminium alloy housing LED lights , heat resistent clear thick glass and accessories all as specified and directed connected electrically from LT feeder Pillar box to aviation lights of suitable length of size 2.5sqmm, 3 core industrial, copper flexible cable in and including providing of lightening protection spike complete all as specified.Note : 1. The contractor will make the High Mast functional in all respect, if anything missed out, the contractor shall provide the same without any extra cost or claim to the department 2. The contractor shall submit warranty of material for one year from the date of certified date of completion 3. Material & labour for earthing complete with galvanised steel earth plate electrode 600x600x6mm thick buried directly in ground. (earth pit not less than 2.25 mtr depth below ground level at any type of strata ) with top edge of the earth plate not less than 1.5mtr below normal ground level surrounded with adequate quantity of charcoal dust mixed with salt to a packed thickness of 15cm all around the plate. connected by 4 mm GI wire as earth lead by means of brass nuts and bolt, thimbles check nuts, washers including concrete chamber of PCC 1:3:6 type C-1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate with fair finish, internal surface of concrete chamber shall be given internal dia 300mm x300mm, 15mm thick plaster in CM 1:4 funnel with wire mesh, RCC pit cover of 320x320x80mm size (1:2:4) Type B1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate reinforced with XPM all as shown in electrical plate No 3 of MES SSR Part-1(2009) and specified including and provision of GI wire up to 7.5 mtrs long with 15 mm dia light grade GI pipe protection and watering pipe of GI 20 mm bore, medium grade, including all excavation and earth work and connecting the earthing wire to panel, including testing on completion complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge. Excavation in trenches, not exceeding 1.5 metre wide and not exceeding 1.5 metre in depth for poles, laying of electric cable and GI tubing (where provided for protection of cables) and getting out trimming the sides, forming bottom surface to required level in any type of soil complete all as specified and as directed.

Returning, filling in , including spreading, leveling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25 centimetre thick in any type of soil complete all as specified and as directed.

Removing excavated material not exceeding 50 metre and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5 metre above the starting point complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for sand for cushioning including spreading, levelling and hand punning to underground cable in trench all as specified and directed. Note : Punned thickness shall only be measured and paid.

Material and labour for cable protection with sub class ‘B’ bricks old size, laid dry, flat over sand cushining of cable, perpendicular across the cable in trenches complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply only GI tubing light grade 50mm bore, light grade as in sleeving etc laid in trenches/pole post/under culvert/under load etc for cable protection complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for cutting of road /hard standing/exisitng wall as required at site, not exceeding 20 cm width and not exceeding 90 cm in depth for laying of cable protection pipe including insert the cable inside pipe making good the disturbed road/hard standing by providing PCC (1:2:4) Type B-1 up to the existing surface level and make good complete all as directed.

Supply and laying , fixing or passing through pipe, laid in trenches or fixed to pole/wall or fixed to LT panel board, insulated, armoured heavy duty electric cable with aluminium conductor, XLPE , 1100 volts grade, cross-sectional area of size 16 Sqmm 2 core with all as specified and directed. by Engr-in-charge.
