Excavation in foundation trenches etc. in earth work in all kinds of classification of soil such as pick work, jumper work, pick jumper work, blasting work in jumper blasting work soft and hard blasting and doing work in saturated soil, including chiseling or wedging out rock where blasting is prohibited, or any other mixed variety of soil including shoring, strutting, de-watering and pumping or bailing out water (surface and sub soil water) upto any depth or any quantum of water including slush which may arise during dewatering, removal of slush and stacking the excavated soil clear from the edge of excavation with in all leads, as directed by Engineer-in-Charge and then returning the stacked soil in 15cm (fifteen centimeters) layers when required into plinths, sides of foundations etc. consolidating each deposited layer by ramming watering and then disposing of all surplus excavated earth as directed by Engineer-in-Charge with in all leads and lifts, disposed earth to be levelled and neatly dressed including carriage of materials within all leads and lifts. The rate is including Royality, Malkhana, Octroi, Toll Tax, Sales tax, GST or any other taxes imposed by the Government.

Cutting in earth work in all classification of soil such as pick work, jumper work, pick jumper work, blasting work, jumper blasting work hard or soft blasing work conglomerates rocks, chiseling or wedging out of rock where blasting is prohibited or any other mixed variety of soil including removal of bushes etc including de-watering and pumping or bailing out water upto any height/depths complete filling dpressions where required including stacking the serviceable material and disposed of all un-serviceable material within all leads, lifts of material and other incidental. Any loss to the public property during the course of execution shall be the absolute responsibility of the contractor which shall have to the compensated by him in all cases.
