Taking down of existing serviceable street light from RCC Pole and refixing on steel tubular pole bracket after cleaning and connecting PVC wire till looping box complete all as specified and directed. Note:-PVC wire for connection will be measured and paid separately

Supply and fixing LED street light fitting 70 Watt 230 V AC outdoor type with high pressure die cast aluminum hosing and heat resistant complete with driver, lamp bracket with impact and corrosion resistant including thermal management in multiple optics complete with IP 65/66 protection complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling concrete pole/struts any size carefully to avoid any damage to nearby objects complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and errecting steel tubular pole in replacement of RCC poles with cast iron base plate, finial taper plug, bolts, nuts & screws as specified type 410 SP-31 (9.0 metres long) duly painted internally complete and externally painted with two coat of aluminium paint complete all as specified and directed. Note: Earth work /excavation / PCC shall be measured and paid separately.

S&F in replacement of mounting bracket forming Cap type having an interior angle of 120 degree made out of GI pipe light grade 40/50 mm dia as per LED light required for fixing to street light fittings on the poles not less than 1.5 meter long duly painted with aluminium paint two coats complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repair PVC wire 1.5 sqmm 3 Core PVC insulated cable copper drawn from looping box to street light fitting terminal complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for Writing letters or figures (Block.Roman, Italic or Indian) n exc. 30 cm high complete all as specified and directed.

S & F Radium sticker red colour water proof 80 mm wide around the poles complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repair of looping box (enclosures) of size 280 x 170 x 130 mm made of PVC comprising of 02 Nos aluminium bus bar 100 Amps rating fixed on porcelain insulators, earthing terminal and one MCB SP 6 Amp including MS bracket, nut an bolts complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for excavation in trenches, not exceeding 1.5m wide and not exceeding 1.5m in depth for foundation, etc. and getting out soft/ loose soil complete all as specified and directed.

Returning, filling in including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layer not exceeding 25cm complete all as specified and directed.

Taking up/down of old unserviceable UG LT cable up to 16 Sqmm, 2 core of any type from trenches etc complete all as specified and directed.

S&F 40 mm bore GI tubing, light grade galvanized with all fitting and laid in trenches complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for boring of holes up to 80 mm dia under road pavement, hard standing, etc by trench- less technology using ultra sound technique complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in- charge. Note:- Pipe for protection of cable shall be measured and paid separately.

Supply and fixing GI pipe Light grade 50 mm bore (ISI marked) laid in trenches/ path /road crossings/ fixed to poles/ceiling/ along walls/ path /drain/floors with and including all necessary clamps, nuts, bolts, washers etc and all fittings as required, complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. (Note:- Necessary excavation and earth work shall be measured and paid for separately)

M & L PCC 1:3:6 type C2 using 40 mm graded stone aggregate in foundation of pole complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in replacement Nature Switch complete pole mounted enclosure consisting of MCBs, Power Contactor and SMC Enclosure conforming to IP 54) for encasing full 1- phase circuit board along with Nature Switch-01, Model No SWADEEP – 02EC 3kW1P (for 3-5kW load equally distributed over 1-phase) complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.
