M & L for plain cement concrete (1:3:6) type C-2 using 40mm graded stone aggregate as in foundation filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for cross arms, bracing, supports, clamps and back plate fabricated from structural steel section including nut, bolts, washers, welding, bending, cold or hot, drilling holes for bolts in any shape or size as indicated or directed and inclusive of one primer coat, one under coat and one finishing coat of aluminium paint complete all as specified and as directed.

Supplying and laying un-reinforced precast concrete cable cover, class LV, type 2 with , size of 300mm x 180mm x 40mm complete all as specified and as directed.

S & F 32 X 6 mm GI strip earth continuity conductor or main earthing lead fixed to wall on batten or recess or chases or buried in ground or drawn in conduit/pipe complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply, install, testing and commissioning of Transformer floor mounted capacity 500 KVA step down, outdoor type 11/0.433 KV, 50 Hz, AC double wound core type copper wound, oil immersed, ONAN type cooling with external cooling tubes, transformer delta connection on HT side and star connection on LV side in accordance with vector symbol DyN-11 (vector group 4) and having tapping of ± 7.5% in equal step of 2.5% .The voltage regulation shall be as per IS including first fill of transformer oil as per IS-335 and including all fittings/accessories as specified in SSR Part-1 and IS-2026 the transformer should have cable box on LT side and bras bushing on HT side. The limit of temp rise after continuous full load run as specified in SSR Part-1 and shall be suitably adjusted to suit the maximum ambient temp prevailing at site all as specified comprising with and including the following specifications :- i) 01 No Cable box on LT side consisting lof 03 Nos porcelain bushing with bushing brass rods and nuts washers and cable glands of suitable for reception of cable LT 1100 Volt grade XLPE insulated heavy duty including gland joint complete. ii) HV bushing with arching horn on 11 KV side. iii) Oil conservator with filter type drain valve and oil level guage. iv) Explosion Vent. v) Thermometer Pocket. vi) Two Earthing Terminal on tank body. vii) One No Thermometer Dail Type vapour pressure type having range 0-120 degree centigrade with maximum temperature indidator and re-setting device to maximum temperature including needle of temperature gauge : Max reading painted terminal. viii) Rating plate with terminal marking plate. ix) Oil level guage. x) Oil drain filter valve. xi) Oil filling port on top cover with plug. xii) Air release valve/plug. xiii) 4 Nos plain solid cast steel detachable rollers. xiv) First fill of transformer oil conforming to relevant IS and tested upto 60 KV dielectric strength. xv) Inspection cover. xvi) Lifting lugs and jack lifting pad support. xvii) Explosion vent with duble diaphragm and sight glass. xviii) Silica gel breather or with connecting pipe, first fill of dehydrating agent. xix) Hand hole of sufficient size to assess the interior of the tank. xx) Cover lifting eyes. xxi) Oil temp indicator / winding temp indicator of approved range, including shut off valve between conservator and main tank. xxii) Extra bushing for neutral out side the LV side. Note:- a. The transformer shall be tested as routine test as per IS 2026 in presence of GE/ his rep. b. The contractor shall submit QAP (qualilty assurance programme) within 15 days after placement of order for transformer tesing at factory. Transformer shall be dispatch only after inspection clearance by inspecting officer. c. The contractor/ manufacturer shall furnish original MILL certificate (paid voucher and test certificate) of the CRGO manufacaturer. d. The manufacaturer / contractor shall furnish the diameter of LV and HV copper winding and its total resistance. The stray losses shall be specified in percentage terms. The percentage of NO load and full load losses shall be as per IS 2026. e. The contractor shall get the approval of GE for the make of the transformer they plan to procure. f. Prior to manufacturing the general arrangement drawing desighn details of the transformer shall be got approved by GE. g. Separate neutral bushing shall be brought out for earthing.

Supply, installed, testing and commissioning of outdoor type automatic power factor correction LT capacitor bank panel board , duly powder coated RAL 7035, 200 KVAR 6 stages (2 x 12.5 +1 x25 + 3 x 50) for 3 phase, 415 V & 50 Hz System having following accessories including controlled wiring with HR/FRLS copper wire and suitable foundation / plateform work complete all as specified and directed:- (i) Compact modular bolted desigened, removable side and back panel with option of top and bottom cable entry. (ii) Capacitor installed in removable assemblies for ease of operation and maintenance. (iii) Suitable capacity of MCCB as Incomming of APFC Panel with high electralyte grade Bus Bar of suitable rating, (iv) MDXL/LTXL capacitor of 12.5 KVAR-02 Nos, 25 KVAR-01 Nos, 50 KVAR-03 Nos with heavy duty capacitor duty contactor with coil voltage 230 V, 50 Hz and branch protection MCCB's/ MCB's of suitable rating to each capacitor.
