Cast in situ plum concrete work of nominal mix concrete M-10 grade (total mass of dry nallah aggregate 480kg(max excluding plums) and water 34Kg (max) per 50kg of cement) nominal max size of stone aggregate 20mm, volumetric batching using plum (size over 160mm, split nallah stone or quarry stone) @20% of gross volume upto plinth level including curing by excluding form work costs.complete job

Providing and laying in position specified grade of reinforced cement concrete,excluding the cost of centering, shuttering, finishing and reinforcement - All work up to plinth level : 1:1.5:3 (1 cement : 1.5 coarse sand (zone-III) derived from natural sources : 3graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size derived from natural sources)

Steel reinforcement for R.C.C. work including straightening, cutting, bending, placing in position and binding all complete

Centering and shuttering including strutting, propping etc. and removal of form work for:

Foundations, footings, bases of columns etc. for mass concrete.

Providing and fixing up to floor five level precast cement concrete solid block, including hoisting and setting in position with cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement : 3 coarse sand), cost of required centering, shuttering complete : 1:3:6 (1 Cement: 3 coarse sand(zone-III) : 6 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size

12mm thick Cement Plaster 1:4 mix (1cement: 4 Course Sand)

Providing and fixing Ornamental Steel Gate as per Direction of site Engineer in charage incld. Cutting welding Priming and Painting comlete.
