(A) SUPPLY:- Design, Manufacture, Supply, Packaging, fabricating, galvanising & Forwarding, Transportation, Delivery at site of 132 KV Transmission tower materials.

TOWER STRUCTURES

Designing, Fabrication, Testing and Supply of Lattice Type Hot Dip Galvanized Steel Towers including packing and forwarding, transportation charges etc for 132 KV D/C Transmission Line complete with all tower parts & Extensions including step bolts, hangers, D-shackles etc. complete in all respect as per scope & Technical specifications

Supply of Hot Dip Galvanised Nuts & Bolts of sizes as per the IS in vogue.

Fabrication, galvanisation and supply of stub legs (110x110x10x3500) with requisite cleats.

Fabrication, galvinisation and supply of anti climbing devices, Bird guard, Danger plates, phase plates, number plates , circuit plates and other allied accessories for 03 No. A+3 Kamani Type tower ( Complete 03 set for 03 No. A+3 Kamani type Tower)

Supply of earthing material for A+3 Kamani Type tower including all accessories ( Normal earthing)

CONDUCTOR AND HARDWARE FITTINGS SUITABLE FOR 0.2 ACSR CONDUCTOR

Vibration Dumpers 2no./phase/tower for panther conductor.

Vibration Dumpers 2no./tower for earthwire.

Disc Insulators 70 KN,Ball & Socket type, 145mm height and 255 mm dia. Creepage total 430 mm and 260 mm protected. 3 no. for S/C, 6 no. for D/C suspension strings per tower @ 10 discs per string

Single Suspension Fittings for panther shall have minimum failing load of 50% ultimate strength of bundle conductors with Forged Steel Hanger free center type without bolt only having slipping strength 15% of ultimate strength of conductor.The ball and socket designation must be 16 mm. (3 No,S/C 6NoD/C Per Sus. Tower)

Earthwire Tension Clamps comprise of compression type tension clamp with two ‘D’ shackles, jumper terminals, nuts & bolts and washers etc.slip strength shall not be less than 95% of the ultimate strength of the ground wire. Conductivity shall not be less than corresponding length of GSS ground wire

(C) Civil Works including Design, Supply, Execution/Laying of A-Type Tower foundation.

(A) Foundation work for 132 KV A-Type Tower structure foundation including Earthing of this tower structure etc. ( Complete Job)

Site clearance at tower foundation including removing of vegetation , thorns, shrubs , trees, Jungle clearance.

Surveying, Tower spotting , tower profiling and scheduling , pit marking including checking of alignments, framing of drawings and other allied design works for such 03 No. A -type Tower ( Complete Job for three no towers to be inserted at various locations)

Excavation in 30% dense/hard/muddy soil and 70% in diintegrated or soft rock for any section including all labour, POL, hire charges of equipments, dewatering of pits and T&Ps etc. including sheeting & shoring, dewatering, lifting, handling and stock piling of excavated materials, back filling with excavated or borrowed earth once foundation is laid and disposal of surplus excavated earth as directed for all leads & lifts complete as per specification, construction drawings and direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Stub setting using proper template as per approved design including its transportation and carriage.

Fixing and placing in position of stub legs including alignment of tower foundation.

High yield strength cold deformed steel reinforcement bars conforming to IS: 1786 for R.C.C. or any other work including the cost of all materials, binding wire, labour, hire charges of equipments and T&P, bending, binding, placing and tieing in position, POL etc. complete as per specification, construction drawings and direction of Engineer-in-charges.

Providing, transportation, laying of dry stone soling

Plain cement concrete of specified grade and strength conforming to IS: 456 placed as sub-base under structural concrete or as shown in approved construction drawings at all levels including cost of all materials, labour, hire charges of equipments and T&P, POL, shuttering etc complete for handling, transportation, batching, mixing, placing, vibrating, compacting, leveling, curing etc. as per specification, construction drawings and direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Concrete of M-10 grade having cube strength of 10 N / mm2 with 40 mm nominal size coarse aggregate for tower foundation.

Structural cement concrete ( plain/ reinforced) of specified 28 days strength (nominal size of coarse aggregate 20 mm) at all levels, including cost of all materials, labour, hire charges of equipments and T&P, POL, form work/shuttering, curing, etc complete for handling, transportation, batching, mixing, placing, vibrating, and rendering, cleaning and finishing /Coping the exposed over ground surfaces with cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement : 3 sand) to give smooth and even surface ( as applicable) but excluding the cost of reinforcement complete as per specification, construction drawings and direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Concrete of M-20 grade having cube strength of 25 N / mm2 with 20 mm nominal size coarse aggregate for Tower foundation

(D) DISMANTLING OF OLD CONDUCTOR AND RE-LAYING & STRINGING OF PANTHER CONDUCTOR AT 03 (THREE) TOWER INSERTION LOCATIONS OF Double Circuit 132kv Amargarh-Arampora Transmission Line.

Dismantling of existing conductor along with hardware fittings and placement of conductor on ground without damaging the trees and crops underneath ( Complete Job)

Stringing of panther condcutor 1 Km + 1.5% for sag for 6 phase including errection of insulator strings/fittings

Extra for laying / stringing of conductor through nallah P&T lines, LT/HT lines ( If applicable)

Erection/fixing of jumpers at tension towers.

( E) REPAIR AND RENOVATION OF STONE MASONRY PROTECTION WALL AROUND 132KV AMARGARH-KUPWARA TRANSMISSION LINE AT TOWER LOCATION NO'S. 89,91,94,95,96 and 98 .

Demolishing stone rubble masonary manually/by mechanical means including stacking of serviciable material and disposal of unserviceable material within 50 mtrs lead as per direction of Engineer in charge Approx of the existing structure = (10*5)+60 = 110 cum

(F) DESIGN, MANUFACTURE, SUPPLY, PACKAGING, HANDLING, STORAGE, PRESERVATION, WATCH AND WARD , ERECTION / INSTALLATION, TESTING AND COMMISSIONING OF 132 KV SF6 BREAKER AT GSS ARAMPORA INCLUDING DISMANTLING OF OLD BREAKERS, THEIR TRANSPORTATION AND SAFE STOCKING OR AS PER THE DIRECTIONS OF ENGINEER INCHARGE.

Supply, Installation, testing and commissioninig of 3 pole, SF6 gas filled, out door Circuit Breaker , including all accessories, auxiliaries ,marshalling boxes/Kiosks and any sort of modifications to the existing breaker foundations etc, (145KV, 1250 Amps of 3 phase, 50 c/s and 31.5KA for 1 second) Complete job.

Dismantling of these old 132 KV Breakers ( 04 No) spared after erection and commissioning of new breakers, their safe handling, dragging, loading at site, its transportation, unloading either at divisional / site store or as per the instructions of Engineer incharge.

(G) Supply, Fabrication, transportation, measurement and fixing of galvanised missing members of various sizes at various tower locations of 132kV Amargarh -Arampora transmission line.

Providing, fabricating,transportation, measurement and fixing of galvanised iron missing members of various sizes at various tower locations of 132kV Amargarh -Arampora transmission line( the missing members are to be fixed at different locations including fabricating, loading,unloading ,carriage and maesurements at site).
