Supply, install, testing and commissioning Vacuum Circuit Breaker (VCB) five panel board having 01 incomer + 04 outgoings each 11KV, 3 phase, 50 Hz, 800 Amps, 25A/3 Sec,having rupturing capacity 350 MVA, AC supply, indoor type, horizontal drawout type & horizontal isolation, free standing, floor mounted, compartmentrised, dust and vermin proof made out of 2mm thick CRCA sheet duly electro static powder coating paint and panel shall be suitable for degree of protection IP-4X, front hinged doors with industrial type locking arrangement and removable back covers with neoprene gaskets, gland plate, base frame with MS steel sections, lifting hooks, cable entry holes from bottom including copper bus bar of rating 1250 Amps with heat shrinkable sleeves duly colour code extendable to connect with existing VCBs, extension and connection complete, earthing terminals and internal control wiring with 1100 volts grade PVC insulated, flexible, copper conductor cables of suitable size and adequate length duly ferruled, crimped with lugs, control fuses, MCBs also including provision of PCC 1:2:4 type B1 (using contd to item No-1.01.....

20mm graded stone aggregate) as in foundation/platform etc as per manufacturer design complete including dismantling of old breakers and shifting to MES (E/M) Store Yard all as specified and directed and comprising of following:- INCOMING:- (01-Nos VCB) (i) VCB trolley with vacuum interrupters of rating 11KV, 3 Phase, 50Hz, 800 Amps 25A/3 Sec, mounted on common base segregated epoxy body for higher electrical insulation to maintain pole discrepancy as per IEC 56 as amended upto date and self aligned type isolating contacts, manual and motor operated spring charge mechanism with 230V, AC, closing coil and shunt trip coil with 24V, DC, auxiliary contact 4 NO+4 NC and all as per IEC 62271-200 as amended upto date, mechanical operation counter with inbuilt accessories. (ii) Resin cast current transformer, 11KV, dual ratio 200-100/5+5, 10VA burden, class 1.0 accuracy for metering and 10VA, 5P 10 for protection-03 Nos. (iii) Resin cast potential transformer ratio 11KV/110V, drawout type with fuses, 100 VA burden, class 1.0 accuracy - 03 Nos.(Top mounted). contd to item No-1.02.....

OUTGOING:-(04-Nos VCBs) (i) VCB trolley with vacuum interrupters of rating 11KV, 3 Phase, 50Hz, 800 Amps,25A/3 Sec 350 MVA, mounted on common base segregated epoxy body for higher electrical insulation to maintain pole discrepancy as per IEC 56 as amended upto date and self aligned type isolating contacts, manual and motor operated spring charge mechanism with 230V, AC, closing coil and triping coil with 24V, DC, auxiliary contact 4 NO+4 NC and all as per IEC 62271-200 as amended upto date, mechanical operation counter with inbuilt accessories. (ii) Resin cast current transformer, 11KV, dual ratio 100-50/5+5, 10VA burden, class 1.0 accuracy for metering and 15VA, 5P 10 for protection-03 Nos per each panel. (iii) 3 over current + 1 earth fault, IDMT, numerical relay-01 No, Master trip relay - 01 No and Auxiliary relay - 02 Nos. (iv) Digital Ammeter inbuilt VSS - 01 No (v) Control switches and accessories such as breaker control switch trip-neutral-close spring return type, push button for trip circuit healthy, Push button for emergency trip - 01 set contd to item No-1.04.....

(e) Any modification required to match the system with existing system/panels is deemed to be included in overall cost quoted by the contractor. (f) Pre despatch inspection of panels shall be carried out by rep of Accepting Officer at factory permises within overall cost quoted by the contractor. (g) Power pack duly fittted by firm suppling VCBs shall be supplied within overall cost quoted. (h) Panels should be suitable for lighting minimum impulse & power frequency of 38 KV /Nothing extra shall be payable on this account. (j) Necessary foundation bolts to be grounded in PCC fundation/iron angle as recommended by the manufacturer shall deemed to be included in overall quoted rates. (k) Joint box with suitable capacity of copper busbar reqd to coupled panel with old panel should be probided by the contractor & cost shall be deemed to be included in quoted rates.

Supply, laying, testing and commissioning of HT cable 11 KV grade, XLPE insulated (earthed) screened, PVC bedded, galvanized iron strip armoured with stranded aluminium conductor cable of cross sectional area 120 sqmm; 3 core, ISI marked with IS:7098 (part-II) as amended upto date in trenches/ ducts/ through pipes etc and making connection by providing suitable aluminium lugs with proper crimping, complete all as specified and directed

S&F cable jointing kit for 11 KV (earthed) grade cable for indoor termination heat shrink type joint complete with and including jointing material and accessories suitable for 3 core XLPE armoured aluminium cable of size 120 Sqmm, also including connecting with single thimbles complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for precast RCC (1:2:4) type B1 using 20 mm graded aggregate (factory made), smooth finish, flush handle, cover slabs cum including form work, laid dry in position, all as specified and directed. Note :- Reinforcement (TMT bars) will be measured and paid separately.

Material and labour for mild steel bars (TMT Bars) 10mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips all as specified and directed.

Excavation in trenches , not exceeding 1.5 mtr wide and not exc 1.5 mtr depth for laying of cables, pipe lines, protection pipes and foundations etc and getting out in any type of soil complete all as specified and directed.

Removing excavated soil not exceeding 50 mtr and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5 mtr above the starting point all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for brick work with sub class ‘B’ bricks, straight or curved on plan exc 6m mean radius, built in CM 1:6, complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for rendering 15 mm thick in CM 1:4 on surfaces of brick work or concrete, finished even and smooth without using extra cement all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for earthing complete with galvanised steel earth plate electrode 600mmX 600mmX 6mm thick buried directly in ground vertically ( earth pit not less than 2.25 metres deep below ground level) with top edge of plate not less than 1.5 metres below ground level, connected to and including galvanised iron strip of size 32x6 mm from earth electrode to test point or up-to 7.5mtr whichever is less by means of GI bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers all as per electrical plate No 3 of SSR Part-I provision of G I Pipe 40mm bore light grade for protection of GI strip and GI watering pipe of 20 mm bore medium grade,GI funnel with wire mesh,including char-coal, salt packed all around the earth electrode plate in layers,PCC earth pit chmaber of size 30cmx30cm made of 1:3:6 type C1, with suitable handle, angle iron made of frame out of angle iron of size 40x40x4 mm ,excavation,earth work in any strata and returning filling, removal of surplus soil and testing for required value complete all as specified and directed.
