Eligibility Criteria

Bidders shall not be under a declaration of ineligibility for corrupt and fraudulent practices issued by Government of Karnataka

It shall be the responsibility of the Bidder to ensure credit of Tender Processing Fee and EMD into the respective receiving bank accounts of e-Procurement on or before the last date and time of bid submission.

EMD Payments through e-Payment mode shall be made as one single transaction and payments made in part are liable for rejection.

Validity-The Prices quoted are to be kept valid for 180 days from the date of opening of price bid for placement of order to be accepted

Payment terms-100% value of the Invoice shall be made within 60 days after submission of the documents - to be accepted

The Company should quote Rate/KM inclusive of Unloading, Toll Fees and other taxes and duties in each slab of KM - to be accepted

All other Terms and Conditions as per Tender Documents - to be accepted

The Bidders shall be ready provide Transport vehicle in time as desired by KAVIKA

The rates quoted shall be variable depending upon the diesel prices as per PV Clause and conditions - to be accepted

The rates are to be offered per load for Full Truck load basis of Full Truck load basis of 9 MT in respective Kilometer ranges as indicated in Part-III - to be accepted
