Plastering 20mm thick in two coats with base coat of 16mm thick in CM (1:6) and top coat of 4mm thick in CM(1:4) with dubara sponge finishing including cost and conveyance of all materials like cement, sand, water etc., to site, including seigniorage charges, sales & other taxes on all materials, and all operational, incidental charges on materials and including cost of all labour charges for mixing mortar, finishing, scaffolding, lift charges, curing, including cutting grooves as directed by Engineer-in-charge etc., complete for finished item of work.

Dismantling, clearing away and carefully stacking useful materials for re-use and disposal of unserviceable materials with 100m lead as directed by Engineer-in-charge duly taking actual premeasurements before dismantling including all labour charges etc., complete.b) Unreinforced cement concrete up to 15cm thickness

Supply and fixing WPC door freame of Aerofit make of section 100mm x 65mm single shutter of 25mmx30mm thick WPC (wood polymer composite)shutter, comprisity of 70% virgin polymore 15% wood powder (fiber) and the remainging 15 additives comprising of virgin PVC Polymner of K value 58 to 60 calsium carbonate and naturals fibres and non toxic adhesive of KAKA Make door shutters and frame shall be water resistant, fire resistant and termite resistant with tesile strengh not less than 170kg sq/cm and the door shutters and frame surface finished deco paint etc., including supply and fixing 6 no's, ms Z fold fast 150mm long, 3 no's stain less steel, butt hinges 125mm long, and required full body threaded star screws 1 no alluminium aldrop 250mm long , 2no's alluminium tower bolts 200mm long, 2 no's alluminium handles 150mm long, including cost and convayance all materials to site, labour charges for fixing the frame in position, fixing the shutter to the frame fixtures etc., complete for finished item of work for all floors.

Labour charges for wrought and put-up including fixing in position for Teak wood Flush type door shutter including frame etc., complete for finished item of work

Granolithic Concrete flooring 20 mm thick with (1: 1 1/2 : 3), using 6mm to 12 mm size hard granite machine crushed metal laid over CC bed already laid or RCC roof slab, in alternate panels of size not exceeding 1.50 m x 1.50 m and finishing the top surface to required smoothness and slopes and thread lining including cost of all materials like cement, metal sand and water etc., complete for finished item of work.

Supplying and fixing European Water Closet of 1st quality conforming to IS:2556-Part-2-1973 of Hindustan / Neycer or Parryware make white glazed with 'S' trap,supplying and fixing best Indian make plastic seat and lid for European water closets with rubber or plastic Buffers as per IS 2548-1996 and 10 litres capacity single flush PVC low level cistern Parryware or equivalent with internal components and CP short bend and fixed using required size of nails and screws, 15mm PVC connections with brass union nuts of Khonoor/Royal make CP coated and Brass body CP finish Angle Cock of not less than 400 grams weight with quarter turn spindle including cost and conveyance of all materials to site, etc., complete for finished item of work for all floors.

Providing and laying of 3mm thick app modified bitumen membrane treatment to the terrace duly [1]removing of existing tar felt. [2]cleaning of the surface from dirt, dust and other contaminations. [3]application of one coat of Bitumen primer [4]providing and laying of 3mm thick APP Modified Bitumen Membrane with 100 mm overlap fixing with butane torch including cost and conveyance of all materials to site, etc., complete for finished item of work.

Supplying and fixing of SWR PVC pipes (Prince/Sudhakar) 4 Kg/Sq.cm. and fixing all special such as plain bends, off sets, door bends, single junctions, double junctions as per site requirement, fixing with PVC clamps if necessary with required number of Bombay nails including cost and conveyance of all materials to site, labour charges, complete for finished item of work at all floor levels. B) For 110mm dia.

Supplying and fixing 4" (101.6 mm ) Floor Trap - UPVC/SWR Pipe fittings etc., complete for finished item of work.

Supply of premium make CPVC Pipes of 15.90mm OD Pipe- SDR 11 including cost of pipe including cost and conveyance of all materials to site all operational incidental and labour charges , etc., complete for finished item of work

Providing impervious coat to exposed RCC Roof Slab surface with CM(1:3), 20mm thick with 1kg of water proof compound per bag of cement laid over roof when it is green finished smooth with a floating coat of neat cement and thread lining at regular intervals of 45cmx45cm where ever necessary including cost and conveyance of all materials like cement, sand, water proofing compound, water etc., to site, sales & other taxes on all materials and operational, incidental, and labour charges for mixing mortar, laying, lift charges, rendering smooth and thread lining, curing including rounding off junctions of wall and slab etc., complete for finished item of work.

Painting to Old walls with 2 coats Acrylic based Oil Bound washable Distemper ( Asian / Berger / Nerolac / Saicoat / Indocem ) as approved by Engineer-In-Charge to give an even shade after thourughly brushing the old surface to remove all dirt and remains of loose powdered materials including cost and conveyance of all materials to work site and all operational, incidental, labour charges etc., complete for finished item of work.

Painting with 2 coats with Acrylic Emulsion paint weather proof water-based, modified acrylic with silicon additives exterior grade having VOC (Volatile Organic Compound ) content less than 50 grams/ Lit. (Asian / Berger / Nerolac) to Exterior Faces of Walls with approved make / shade and colour including cost and conveyance of materials like Acrylic Exterior paint to site including cost of brushes, scaffolding charges, lift charges and labour charges such as preparing the wall and applying two coats of Acrylic Exterior emulsion etc., complete for finished item of work.

Painting 2 coats with Ready mixed Synthetic Enamel paints in all shades Grade - I having VOC (Volatile Organic Compound ) content less than 50 grams/ Lit. ( Asian / Berger / Nerolac / Indocem ) to Old Wood Work including cost and conveyance of all materials to site, sales & other taxes, incidental, operational and all labour charges etc., complete for finished item of work.
