Cutting in soil in all heights and depths, in all kind of soil including saturated soil comprising of pick, jumper, blasting work both in soft and hard rock with chiselling/wedging out of rock (where blasting is prohibited) and their intermediate classification of soil including, dewatering wherever required at site according to technical specifications sorting out useful/ un-useful materials and stacking the same in all leads and lift in proper stacks and transportation of un-useful materials for filling in undulations and neatly levelling to the required grade and then disposing of surplus excavated earth on approved dumping sites through all modes of transportation including head load, animal load or mechanical means along with its levelling fine dressing and all labour, machineries, materials, tools equipments and safety measures and incidentals necessary to complete the work by all means ( if required). Recovery of useful stone of 62.48 cum. @ 300/- per cum. amounting to Rs. 18744/- only shall be done on pro-rata basis for the quantity of cutting in earth work affected. Any loss to the public and private property during the course of execution shall be the absolute responsibility of the contractor, which shall have to be duly compensated by him in all respect including all leads and lift of materials or as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Excavation in foundation, trenches, etcetera in earth work in all kinds of classification, of soils such as pick work, jumper work, blasting work saturated soils including chiseling or any other mixed variety of soils, dewatering and / or removal of slush and other incidentals, lift up to any height stacking excavated soil up to all leads and lifts clear from the edge of excavation and then returning the stacked soil in 15cm (fifteen centimetre) thick layer when required into plinths, sides of foundation etcetera consolidating each deposited layers by ramming and watering and then disposing of all surplus excavated earth to the disposal point within all leads and lifts complete in all respect as per direction and satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Filling in plinth with sand under floors including watering, ramming, consolidating and dressing complete including carriage of material with in all leads, lifts and other incidental charges complete in all respect as per direction and satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge..

Providing form work with steel plates 3.15mm (Three point one five millimetre) thick welded with angle iron in frame 30x30x5mm (Thirty into thirty into five millimetre) so as to give a fair finish including centering, shuttering, strutting and propping etcetera with wooden battens and ballies for all heights of propping and centering below supporting floor to ceiling upto all height and removal of the same for in-situ reinforced concrete and plain concrete work in :

Foundation, footings, bases of columns etcetera and mass concrete including carriage of materials within all leads and lifts and other incidentals complete in all respect as per direction and satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Flat surface such as soffits of suspended floors, roofs, landings and the like upto any thickness including carriage of materials within all leads and lifts complete in all respect as per direction and satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Vertical surface such and soffites wall any thickness partition and the like including carriage of materials within all leads and lifts complete in all respect as per direction and satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Columns, pillars, posts and struts square, rectangular, polygonal in plan including carriage of materials within all leads and lifts complete in all respect as per direction and satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Stair cases with slopping or stepped soffits, excluding landing but including carriage of materials within all leads and lifts complete in all respect as per direction and satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Beam, cantilever, girders and lintels, sides and soffits of beam beams haunching cantilevers girders bressumers and lintels of any depth including carriage of materials within all leads and lifts complete in all respect as per direction and satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Edges of slabs and breaks in floors and walls of any width including carriage of materials within all leads and lifts complete in all respect as per direction and satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and laying cement concrete 1:6:12 ( one cement : six sand : twelve graded, crushed stone aggregate 40mm (forty millimetre) nominal size) curing complete excluding cost of centring and shuttering in foundation and plinth including carriage of materials within all leads and lifts complete in all respect as per direction and satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and laying cement concrete 1:4:8 ( one cement : four sand : eight graded, crushed stone aggregate 25mm (twenty five millimetre) nominal size) curing complete excluding cost of form work in foundation and plinth in breast walls and retaining walls including carriage of materials within all leads and lifts complete in all respect as per direction and satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and laying mechanically mixed and vibrated cement concrete 1:2:4 ( one cement : two sand : four graded, crushed stone aggregate 20mm (twenty millimetre) nominal size) and curing complete excluding cost of form work in foundation and plinth including carriage of materials within all leads and lifts complete in all respect as per direction and satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and laying M-20 grade of cement concrete mechanically mixed and vibrated with minimum cement contents of 320 Kg/cum (three hundred twenty kilogram per cubic metre) with graded, crushed stone aggregate 20mm (twenty millimetre) nominal size and including curing complete excluding cost of form work and reinforcement for reinforced concrete work in foundation footing, bases of columns and the like mass concrete upto floor all level including carriage of material within all leads, lifts and other incidental charges complete in all respect as per direction and satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and laying M-20 grade of cement concrete mechanically mixed and vibrated with minimum cement contents of 320 Kg/cum (three hundred twenty kilogram per cubic metre) with graded, crushed stone aggregate 20mm (twenty millimetre) nominal size and including curing complete excluding cost of form work and reinforcement for reinforced concrete work in stair cases (except spiral stair cases) excluding landing but including preparing of the surface and finishing of nosing upto all floor level including carriage of material within all leads, lifts and other incidental charges complete in all respect as per direction and satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and laying mechanically mixed and vibrated reinforced cement concrete of mix design to have characterstic strength of M-20 grade with crushed stone aggregate 20mm (Twenty millimetre) nominal size to give a smooth and even surface including centering and shuttering etcetera but excluding cost of reinforcement in mouldings cornices windows sill etcetra not exceeding 15cm (fifteen centremetre) in girth upto floor all level including curing complete and carriage of material within all leads, lifts and other incidental charges complete in all respect as per direction and satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing Tor steel reinforcement for RCC work including bending binding and placing in position including cost of binding wire complete in all floors including carriage of materials within all leads and lifts complete in all respect as per direction and satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Applying cement slurry on R.C.C. slab or cement concrete work using 2.75kg (two point seven five kilogram) of cement per square metre of floor area before laying cement concrete flooring including roughening cleaning of the concrete surface complete including carriage of materials within all leads and lifts complete in all respect as per direction and satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing throating or plaster drip and moulding to R.C.C. chajjas and walls including carriage of materials within all leads and lifts complete in all respect as per direction and satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Second class brick work using common burnt clay building bricks of approved kiln with rat trap bond in super structure upto all height and depth in cement mortar 1:6 (one cement : six sand) including curing, carriage of materials within all leads and lifts complete in all respect as per direction and satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and fixing anodized aluminum sliding door bolt 300x16mm (Three hundred into sixteen millimeter) anodized transparent or died to required colour and shade with bolts and nuts screws etcetra as approved by the Engineer-in-Charge complete including carriage of materials within all leads and lifts complete in all respect as per direction and satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and fixing aluminum tower bolts (Barrel type) 250x10mm (Two hundred fifty into ten millimeter) anodized transparent or dyed to required shade and colour with screws etcetra as approved by the Engineer-in-Charge complete in all respect including carriage of materials within all leads and lifts complete in all respect as per direction and satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge.

40mm (forty millimeter) thick cement concrete flooring 1:2:4 (one cement : two sand : four graded,crushed stone aggregate 20mm (twenty millimeter) nominal size) laid in one layer finished with a floating coat of neat cement including curing, carriage of materials within all leads and lifts complete in all respect as per direction and satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Making chequers of approved pattern on cement concrete of floors, steps, landing and pavements etcetrea as approved by the Engineer-in-Charge complete including carriage of materials within all leads and lifts complete in all respect as per direction and satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Cement plaster skriting 15mm (fifteen millimetre) thick (upto any height) with cement mortar 1:3 (one cement : three sand) finished with a floating of neat cement including rounding of junction with floor including carriage of materials within all leads and lifts complete in all respect as per direction and satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and fixing 0.60mm (zero point six zero millimetre) thick prepainted steel sheet in roofing with hot dipped metallic zinc coated sheet with top coat of regular modified polyster (RNP) organic coating of 20 (twenty) microns over 5 (five) microns primer coating to back coat of polyster 5 (five) microns over 5 (five) microns primer coating including fixing with screws prepainted iron J or L hooks, bolts and nuts 6mm (six millimetre) diametre with prepainted limpet and rubber washers complete with all accesoriees as required as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge complete as per specification including carriage of material within all leads, lifts and other incidental charges as per direction and satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and fixing ridges or hips 60cm (sixty centimetre) overall with 0.60mm (zero point six zero millimetre) thick prepainted steel sheet in roofing with hot dipped metallic zinc coated sheets with top coat of regular modified polyster organic coating of 20 (twenty) microns over 5 (five) microns primer coating plus back coat of polyster of 5 (five) microns over 5 (five) microns primer coating including fixing with screws prepainted iron J or L hooks, bolts and nuts 6mm (six millimetre) diametre with prepainted GI limpet and bitumen washers complete with all accesoriees as required as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge including carriage of material within all leads, lifts and other incidental charges as per direction and satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and fixing MS BP sheet 1.66mm to 2mm (one point six six millimetre to two millimetre) thick in eaves board/facia/soffits/ceiling including cutting, fixing and welding to steel roof members and applying a coat of red lead primer complete as per the instruction of Engineer-in-Charge (Base members of steel work shall be measured & paid separately) including carriage of materials within all leads and lifts complete in all respect as per direction and satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and fixing steel wire guage shutter in Z- section using galvainsed MS wire gauge of IS gauge designation 85g (eighty five gauge) with wire of diametre 0.56mm (zero point five six millimetre) for doors, windows and clearestory windows including metal beading of approved quality and shape section with necessary steel screws inluding applying a priming coat of red lead paint complete as per approved specification/design including carriage of materials within all leads, lifts and other incidental charges complete in all respect as per direction and satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and fixing M.S. fan clamp Type-1 of 16mm (sixteen millimetre) diametre bar bent to shape with hooked ends in R.C.C. slab during laying including painting the exposed portion of loop, all as per standard design including carriage of materials within all leads and lifts complete in all respect as per direction and satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and fixing 85cm (eighty five centimetre) height railing with MS rectangular hollow pipe 75x50mm (seventy five into fifty millimetre) of 14 (fourteen) gauge M.S.black sheet make hand rail and M.S. square bars 20mm (twenty millimetre) size ballusters at 30cm (thirty centimetre) centre to centre duly welded with to 2 Nos. (two numbers) MS flate 40x6mm (forty into six millimetre) size and 20mm (twenty millimetre) M.S. square bars lugs 10cm. (ten centimetre) long at lower end of ballusters embeded in reinforced cement concrete steps or waist slab including priming coat of steel primer and painting with steel enamal paint other than white as per design and instruction of Engineer-in-Charge including carriage of materials within all leads, lifts and other incidental charges complete in all respect.

Painting two coats (excluding priming coat) on new steel and other metal surfaces with enamel paint other than white brushing to give an even shade including cleaning the surface of all dirt, dust and other foreign matter including carriage of materials within all leads and lifts complete in all respect as per direction and satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Applying priming coat over new wood and wood based surface after and including preparing the surface by thoroughly cleaning oil, grease, dirt and other foreign matter, sand papering and knotting with ready mixed paint brushing wood primer pink including carriage of materials within all leads and lifts complete in all respect as per direction and satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Painting two coats (excluding priming coat) on new wood and wood based surfaces, with ready mixed paint other than white to give an even shade including cleaning the surface of all dirt, dust and other foreign matter, sand papering and stopping including carriage of materials within all leads and lifts complete in all respect as per direction and satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge.

6mm (six millimeter) thick cement plaster to ceiling with cement mortar 1:4 (one cement : four sand) including curing and carriage of materials within all leads and lifts complete in all respect as per direction and satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge.

15mm (fifteen millimetre) cement plaster in single coat on the rough side of brick/concrete/stone walls for interior plastering upto floor all level including arrises, internal rounded angles, chamfers and/or rounded angles not exceeding 80mm (eighty millimetre) in girth and finished even and smooth in cement mortar 1:6 (one cement : six sand) including curing and carriage of materials within all leads and lifts complete in all respect as per direction and satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge.

15mm (fifteen millimetre) cement plaster in single coat on the fair side of brick/concrete/stone walls for interior/exterior plastering upto floor all level including arrises, internal rounded angles, chamfers and/or rounded angles not exceeding 80mm (eighty millimetre) in girth and finished even and smooth in cement mortar 1:6 (one cement : six sand) including curing and carriage of materials within all leads and lifts complete in all respect as per direction and satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Applying Birla White wall care putty over plaster surface after throughly brushing the suface free from mortar drops, dust, loose materials and other foreign matters sand papered smooth to give final matter finish to the suface including carriage of materials within all leads and lifts complete in all respect as per direction and satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Distempering (Two coats) with oil bound washable distemper of approved brand and manufacture and of required shade on undecorated wall surfaces to give an even shade over and including a priming coat with distemper primer of approved brand and manufacture after throughly brushing the surface free from mortar droopings and other foreign matter and also including preparing the surface even and sand papered smooth on walls including carriage of materials within all leads and lifts complete in all respect as per direction and satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge.

White washing with lime on undecorated ceiling and/or slopping roofs (two coats) to give an even shade including thoroughly brooming the surface to remove all dirt, dust mortar dirt and other foreign matter including carriage of materials within all leads and lifts complete in all respect as per direction and satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing plinth protection 50mm (fifty millimeter) thick in cement concrete 1:3:6 (one cement : three sand : six graded, crushed stone aggregate 20mm (twenty millimeter) nominal size including finishing the top surface of concrete smooth including curing complete and carriage of materials within all leads and lifts complete in all respect as per direction and satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing under layer for plinth protection of 75mm (seventy five millimeter) thick (unconsolidated) bed of dry brick/stone aggregate 40mm (forty millimeter) nominal size well rammed and consolidated and grouted with fine sand including preparation of ground including carriage of materials within all leads and lifts complete in all respect as per direction and satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Constructing course rubble hammer dressed U-Shape open surface drain with side wall 15x22cm (fifteen into twenty two centimetre) in cement mortar 1:6 (one cement : six sand) and inside plastering with cement mortar 1:3 (one cement : three sand) including earth work and laying 10cm (ten centimetre) cement concrete in 1:5:10 (one cement : five sand : ten graded, crushed stone aggregate of 40mm (forty millimetre) nominal size) and 7.5cm (seven point five centimetre) cement concrete 1:2:4 (one cement : two sand : four graded, crushed stone aggregate of twenty millimetre nominal size) and finished with a floating coat of neat cement complete as per standard design including curing and carriage of materials within all leads and lifts complete in all respect as per direction and satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing weep holes in brick masonry/ stone masonry/ plain reinforced concrete abutments wing wall, return wall with 100mm (one hundred millimetre) dia PVC pipe extending through the full width of the structure with slope of 1 (V) : 20 (H) towards drawing face complete as per drawing and technical specifications clause 614, 709, 1203.3.7 including carriage of materials with in all leads, lifts and other incidentals as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.
