Taking down cement plaster from stone or brick wall or concrete surfaces of ceilling etc including raking out joints, hacking for key scrubbing down with water complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of unreinforced cement concrete in ground floors and pavings exc 15 cm thickness (below or above ground level) complete all as specified and directed.

M&L roughening surfaces of old concrete floor by picking, sweeping clean and washing down with water to remove dust, etc and brushing neat cement slurry with 3.0kg of cement per sq. metre complete all as specified and directed.

M&L providing, cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-0, using 12.5 mm graded crushed stone aggregate mixed with water proofing compound @ 3% by weight of cement in concrete floors including even and fair finishes without using extra cement in roof slab ,grooving at regular interval and filled with bitumen complete all as specified and directed. Note- WPC shall be measured and paid separately

M&L rendering 10mm thick plaster on fair faces of brick or roof concrete surfaces in CM 1:4 with WPC finished the surface even and fair complete all as specified and directed ( WPC shall be mixed at 3% by weight of cement ) Note- WPC shall be measured and paid separately

M&L providing, 25mm thick cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-0, using 12.5 mm graded stone aggregate mixed with water proofing compound @ 3% by weight of cement in roof kerbs or mud stops, rounded or chamfered on edges complete all as specified and directed. Note- WPC shall be measured and paid separately

M&L for forming grooving at regular intervals of 10mm deep X 10mm wide on green concrete and filled with bitumen sealent og grade-A and complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for cutting grooves in brick wall,75mm wide and 65mm deep and shaping horizonal face of groove with with cement mortar 1:3 complete all as specified and directed.

M&L bitumen primer for use in waterproofing and damp-proofing treatments at the rate of 0.5lit per Sqm over roof surfacecomplete all as specified and directed.
