Thoroughly Rackout the H.T. 2-Panel Switch gear along with busbar, risers and sockets contacts. 2 Nos. withdrawing, sectionwise megger (2.5KV) testing. Thorough checking of VCB’s with their mechanism. All the components of the switch board incld. spouts of the panel , P.T. plugging chamber .etc. thoroughly checking and cleaning as per direction of EIC.

Testing and resetting the overload and earth fault tripping coils of all the gears of 11KV H.T. 2-Panel switch Board by Paimary/secondary injection RelayTesting Set incld. making necessary calibration for proper tripping according to full load current of the transformers incld. carrying the Relay Testing set to and from site with own tools and tackles as per standard safety measure and as per direction of EIC.

Carrying out High Voltage Pressure Test, Insulation Registance test etc. of the 01 no. of 11KV 2 panel HT Gear and H.T.cables seperately at required D.C. voltges (rectified A.C.) for ONE minute for the transformer,VCB, and also per phase of the cable with own tools and tackles as per standard safety measure and as per direction of EIC.

Servicing of 1400KVA Dry Type Transformer with necessary testing checking Cleaning and tightening all visible components as per direction of EIC.

Servicing, testing, checking and repairing of 1010KVA AMF control panel connected with 1010KVA Diesel Generator automatic power back up in absence of raw power from 1400KVA Dry Type Transformer along with necessary testing checking Cleaning and tightening all visible components as per direction of EIC.
