Schedule ‘A’ Part I : design and Construction of Regimental Shop complete all specified and shown in drawing Note No (i). Plan, elevation, section, Schedule of finishes and connected TD drawing is attached herewith. (ii) Schedule A Part-I not pre-price by MES and bidder shall be insert their lump-sum amount in the green color field under column 6 only. (iii) Structure design of building, Structural drawing and complete estimate prepared by the contractor based on architectural Plan, elevation, section, Schedule of finishes and connected TD drawing (iv) For designing the foundation conducting structure is designed based on considered SBC of 30 T/SQM at depth of 1.50m below natural ground level as per soil investigation report.

INTERNAL ELECTRIFICATION

Supply and fix distribution board made of sheet metal powder coated, factory made, enclosure double door type TPN 4 way vertical type with 200 Amps rated copper bus bar, neutral bar, earth bar, TP 43 protection including provision of housing of incomer MCCB 63 Amps, triple pole and neutral, 415 V, 16 KA breaking capacity including fixing of DB flush to wall surface complete all as specified and directed

Supply and fix RCCB, 2 pole SPN, as per IS 12640-1, IEC 61008-1 with rated sensitivity of 32A, 30mA for protection against earth leakage current for domestic use to fix in MCB DB complete along with necessary accesories including connection and testing complete all as specified and directed.

EXTERNAL ELECTRIFICATION

Supply and fix bracket made out of GI light grade pipe of 40mm dia 1.5 metre long bend to an angle of 120 degree with 02 nos MS clamp 50 mm x 500 and 04 set of nuts, bolts and water painting with two coats of synthetic enamel power paint over a coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix junction box of size 195 mm x 135 mm x 90 mm, outdoor type, weather proof, factory made out of PVC sheet 1.8 mm thick with front side hinged opening having locking arrangement with nuts and bolts and arrangement for incoming and outgoing cable/ wire complete comprising with the following all as specified and directed: (a) Bus bar with two aluminium strips, 100 Amps cap, insulated with insulators, including colour coding, including PVC cable of suitable size from bus bar to MCB. (b) MCB SPN 5 to 30 AMps - 01 No. (c) Clamp made out of 25 mm x 3 mm flat iron duly welded with nuts and bolts

Supply and fixing or passing through pipe from junction box to street light, 1.5 sqmm 1100 volts grade heavy duty cable with PVC insulated multistranded copper conductor cable, flame retardant low smoke and halogen complete all as specified and directed.

DEMOLITION/ DISMANTLING

Taking down 2.5/ 4.0 sqmm copper submain wiring complete including fixtures and fittings such as DBs, MCBs, industrial sockets etc. and removing the materials for taking credit complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down earthing with galvanised iron earth plate electrode 600 mm x 600 mm x 6 mm thick buried directly in ground and removing for taking credit complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down single phase energy meter and depositing to MES store yard for keeping in safe custody and re-fixing the same after completion of building work complete all as specified and directed.

FIRE FIGHTING SYSTEM

Supply and fix 4 kg capacity dry chemical powder (ABC) type fire extinguisher conforming to IS 15683: 2006, with initial filling in brand new cylinder with powder coated finish, fitted in gunmetal union, high pressure CO2 gas cartridge, discharge hose, wall mounting bracket/ floor trolley mounting accessories along with suitable signage, etc. complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix 3 kg light-weight squeeze grip CO2 type fire extinguisher, conforming to IS 15683: 2006, with CO2 gas filled in brand new seamless cylinder with powder coated finish, made out of Manganese steel with wheel type valve, discharge nozzle, bend and horn, wall mounting bracket/ floor trolley mounting accessories along with suitable signage complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix 9 litre mechanical foam type fire extinguisher, conforming to IS 15683: 2006, with initial filling in brand new cylinder with powder coated finish, fitted with gunmetal union, high pressure CO2 gas cartridge, hose and ABS type branch pipe and wall mounting bracket/ floor trolley mounting accessories along with suitable signage complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix 9 kg capacity dry chemical powder (ABC) type fire extinguisher (1 No. at entry/ exit), conforming to IS 15683: 2006, with initial filling in brand new cylinder with powder coated finish, fitted in gunmetal union, high pressure CO2 gas cartridge, discharge hose, wall mounting bracket/ floor trolley mounting accessories along with suitable signage, etc. complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix galvanized mild steel fire bucket (filled with dry sand) conforming to IS 2546: 1974 round bottom type enamel painted, white inside and red outside and letters "FIRE" in black outside and handle with mounting bracket complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix signage made out of 3 mm thick opaque PVC foam board with computer cut, PVC non-reflective self adhesive vinyl painted foam board with mirror fasteners complete of size 300 mm X 150 mm reading "EXIT" in 12.5 mm block letters in green and white background, properly spaced to provide good legibility located directly in corridor near to each staircase and squarely attached to the wall or partition in a way that the top of the sign is not above 2 m from the finished floor level complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix signage made out of 3 mm thick opaque PVC foam board with computer cut, PVC non-reflective self adhesive vinyl painted foam board with mirror fasteners complete of size 450 mm X 150 mm reading "FIRE EXTINGUISHER" in 12.5 mm block letters in white and red background, , properly spaced to provide good legibility located directly in corridor near to each Manual call point/ Fire Extinguisher and squarely attached to the wall or partition in a way that the top of the sign is not above 2 m from the finished floor level complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix CL#150 rated three-piece design 25 mm NB cast steel (CS) straight pattern ball valve, conforming to IS 9890: 1981 and tested as per BS 6755-1, having cast iron body, stainless steel AISI 304 ball, renewable PTFE seat and gland packing, CS fastners and lever having screwed/ socket weld end connection with accessories complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for 1100 Volts grade 3 core, 6 mm² copper conductor, XLPE armoured cable conforming to IS 7098-1: 1988, having stranded aluminium compact shaped conductors as per CI. 2 of IS 8130: 1984, PVC inner sheath, single armouring of galvanised steel strip/ wire and PVC Type ST-2 outer sheath conforming to IS 5831-1984, icluding necessary clamping/ dressing with cable ties and termination complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix PN 1.6 rated air vent valve having brass body, cover, adopter, disc assembly and cap, stainless steel strainer, plastic float and 25 mm screwed threaded ends suitable for maximum operating temperature 100 ˚C installed on all high points in the water piping system to automatically remove the trapped air with necessary accesories complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix orifice plate made out of 6 mm thick SS 304 with orifice of required size to be fitted between flange and landing valve of external and internal hydrants to reduce pressure at the outlet to the level of 3.5 kg/cm2 complete all as specified and directed.

REFRIGERATION

Supply, installation and commissioning of water cooler, fully stainless steel, electric driven single phase having approx storage capacity of 120/150 Ltrs with connected accessories complete all as specified and directed.

NOTE : Amount of credit of Rs. 1,52,342.40 for retrieved materials is mentioned in schedule of credit on Srl Page No. 52 of tender documents in pdf form which will be deducted offline while acceptance of tender.
