Flat Filters section with Flat filters with efficiency of 80% down to 20 micron Approved Makes: Airprism/Luftek/ Thermoflex The AHU cost shall include 1set of commissioning filters, outlet Al. VCD etc.

Supply of Electrical sub panel wall/ floor mounted with 1no. Incoming power feeder provision and single/ mulitple outgoing feeders for DX condensing units including Switch Disconnecting Fuse(SDF), DOL starter for AHU motor , isolators, contactors, overload relays single phasing preventor etc.

UPS room- 3740CMH AHU-1no. + 5.5TR Condensing unit- 1no.

Supply of Power cabling and double earthing between the above panel to motors and control cabling/ double earthing from panel starter to the local on /off switch etc. with in AHU room/near AHU UPS room at 0.0Mtr Level

PRE-INSULATED CHILLED WATER PIPING: PRE-INSULATED CHILLED WATER PIPING Supply of Heavy quality Class "C" MS Pipes (Conforming to IS 1239) with necessary fittings like Elbows, Reducers, DIN Flanges, insulated with PUF insulation covered with GI spiral ducts in factory. Wherever, pre-insulated pipes are not possible such as AHU brach piping, equivalent thickness of PUF sections with GI cladding shall be considered.Wherever, pipe racks are not made available by clients, vendor shall provide structural supports from floor & wall which can be claimed in BOQ item dedicated for MS supports . However, please include the cost of required high density PUF saddles, U clamps, etc here. For all pipes to be supported in ceiling, the cost of factory facricated pipes supports with necessary rubber beadings shall be included here.The piping flange connection bolts and nuts should be of hot dipped galvanised.

BUTTERFLY VALVES (CHW PIPING) WITH FLANGES : Supply of Butterfly valves with 1000kPa working pressure,100 Deg C maximum operating temperature, Cast iron body for DN 50 to 300, Ductile iron body for DN 350 plus, EPDM Seal, Stainless Steel 416 Shaft material, Nylon coated ductile iron, extended stem, lever lock handle, and wafer style for installation between flanges and confirming to IS:13095. Use DIN Flanges for connections with GI bolt nuts.Insulation of valves shall be similar to Chilled water pipes.
