Excavating in trenches n exc 1.5 m wide & n exc 1.5 m depth and getting out soft/disintegrated complete all as specified.

Surface excavation n.exc (not exceeding) 30cm deep and averaging 15 deep and getting out in soft/loose soil complete all as specified and directed.

Excavation over areas. n.exc 1.5 m deep and getting out in soft/disintengrated rock complete all as specified and directed.

Excavating in post holes (or similar holes) each n exc 0.5 cu. m, getting out,in soft disintegrated rock and returning, filling in and ramming earth or broken rubble mixed with earth around, in layers not exceeding 25 cm, and getting out in soft/disintegrated soil complete all as specified and directed.

Returning, filling in, including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25cm as in soft/disintegrated rock complete all as specified and directed.

Removal of excavated soil exc. 1.5 Km but n.exc 5 Km and depositing where directed at level n exc. 1.5M above the starting point complete all as specified and directed.

Removal of excavated rocks exc. 1.5 Km but n.exc 5 Km and depositing where directed at level n exc. 1.5M above the starting point complete all as specified.

M&L for PCC 1:4:8 type D2 using 40mm graded stone aggregate as in foundation and mass concrete complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for cement concrete (1:2:4), type B-1, using 20mm graded mechanically crushed stone aggregate as in coping, bed block benching, kerbs, mud stop, rounded or chamferred on edges including necessary form work/moulds complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L Porbandar stone masonry, well bonded, bedded and solidly hearted built in CM 1:6 all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for rendering 15 mm thick on fair face of brick work or concrete surfaces in CM 1:4 finished even and smooth wiithout using extra cement complete all as specified.

Material & Labour for applying Two or more coats of 100% Premium acrylic emulsion paint having VOC less than 50 gm/litre and UV resistance as per IS 15489:2004, Alkali & fungal resistance, dirt resistance exterior paint of required shade (Company Depot Tinted) with silicon additives @ 1.43 litre/ 10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 0.90 litre/ 10 sqm over new surfaces. all as per the manufacturers instructions, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

S & F stone Ready made ornamental Precast reinforced cement concrete type B0 1:2:4 (12.5 mm graded aggregate) designer pillars (Size- 100 x 100 ) having groove on two faces, for fixing louvres and jallies, set in CM 1:4 on compound wall. all as approved and as directed by Engr-in-Charge. Note : The design of pillar, shall be got approved before bulk procurement . The tenders are advised to visit the site for sample.

M&L for 40 mm thick (measured solid) ready made reinforced precast cement concrete type B0 (1:2:4, 12.5 mm graded stone aggregate) louvres and jallies, set in CM 1:4, including all mouldings complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge. Note : Contractors are advised to visit the samples held in the office, before submitting tender.

M&L Pre cast cement concrete (1:2:4), type B-1, size of 125mm wide and 50mm thick using 20mm graded mechanically crushed stone aggregate as in coping incuding moulding rounded or chamferred on edges including necessary form work/moulds complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L Granules textured homogeneous wall finishing consisting of of a two component system of Dry Granules (25 Kgs per pack) made of 92% silica Particles coated with fade resisteant pigments, 100% acrylic polymer bonding agent (5 Kgs per pack) with the applied thickness of the coating between 0.8mm -1.2mm on a cured , smooth level plaster without keying, as per the shades/combinations approved, to be applied by and approved applicator of the manufacturer, as per the directions/supervision of the Engineer-in-Charge.The above textured coating should confirm to surface spread of flame class one of BS 476 : Part 7 : 1971 and pull off strength of the coating meet JISA 6909 on smooth plastered surface complete all as specified.

M&L for broken stone or boulders Hardcore of gauge exc 63 mm but n exc. 100 mm, deposited, spread and levelled in layers n exc. 15 cm thick, watered and rolled/rammed to a true surface complet all as specified.

M&L for 75 mm thick Plain Cement concrete type D-2, 1:4:8 (using 40mm graded aggregate) as in sub base of floors complete all as specified

M & L for 50mm thick Sand filling under floors or in foundation including watering and consolidation complete all as specified.

M & L for 60 mm thick M-35 Grade Machine pressed precast concrete paver block of any colour any shape and size confirming to IS 15658-2006 with grey cement and pigment complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Polished granite stone slab 16 to 18mm thick (table rubbed and polished) in steps, jambs, pillar, window cills, cooking platform and like in cement mortar 1:4 incl pointing in white cement 1:2 using marble dust with admixture pigment to match with shade of granite including moulding at front edge over screed bed of 15 mm thick 1:6 all as specified and as directed as in platforms Note : Quality of granite all as approved by GE .

S&F Stainless steel pipe of grade 304, as in framed work as in doors or gates of angles or other section with gusset plates, rails, braces, sheet sheeting for covering etc of any dia for gate, railling / balusters over existing parapet including base, collars, caps, head caps and anyother specials etc including necessary welding, polishing and drilling in masonary and filling with epoxy grout complete all as specified and directed .

M&L for approved fertile earth filling in floors or pavings, suitable for plantation incl watering maneovering of earth complete all as specified and as directed.

Supplying and Planting( dibbling) of high quality natural green carpet grass of approved quality at uniform spacing including levelling the land perfect , making the leveled soil free from debris, weeds, seeds, mixing it with base fertilizer and watering once complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F for mild steel screw bolts, (machine made ) with hexagonal or square heads at one end and screwed the other or screwed both ends each screwed ends, to be fitted with washers and one hexagonal or square nut n.exc. 30cm long complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F Plates (plain or chequered) , channels, square cut or notched ( ordinary and counter sunk) forming holes, without any attachment etc complete using Fe-410-W( Gde E-250) quality-A complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F mild steel Angle, Roof trusses (framed), trussed purlins crane gantries, rails and fastenings and heavy bracket framing (Beam, tee, angle channel or flat sections) including distance pieces, cleats and wind tie etc. GDE Fe 410-W ( Truss top portion is Round Shape)

S&F mild steel tube medium grade of tube including fittings, screwing, cutting, welding, soldering, drilling as required in any position and description in including special shaped washer etc. complete using ERW (electric run welded) or induction butt welded tubes conforming to IS 1161-1979 grade St-240 complete fabrication, erection and all as specified and directed factory moulded and fixed at height upto 10 m etc complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Providing and fixing Aluminum Composite panels in all colours of approved brand for external / internal wall cladding at all heights and elevations including necessary aluminium composite panel consist of 3mm thermoplastic core of anti oxidant LDPE sandwitched between two skin of 0.5 mm thick alloy sheet making a total sheet thickness of 4 mm. The surface shall be finished with PDVF base coating on the top side and service coating on the reverse side shall be with a polymer paint. The system to be fixed to the brick/stone/masonry/RCC walls/framed structure with necessary clamps, bracket and anchor fasteners fixed over and including base frame fabricated with aluminium square pipe of size 25mmx25mm with 1mm thickness in 600mmx600mm size grid including stainless steel screws, nut, bolts, washers, cleats, weather silicone sealent for groove filling, backer rods etc, complete all as per Manufacturer instruction and all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge. All Clamps and brackets shall be hot dip galvanised minimum 80 micron thick and confirmed to IS : 4759 - 1996. The extruded aluminium sections shall be anodised in approved colour with anodic coating minimum 20 microns. Note:- (i) include cost of aluminium frame, ACP , Cramps, weather sealent, gasket, foam, fixtures, scaffolding and making louvers in front face with ACP, all machineries and any other fastening streps, nuts, bolts, rivets, washers, etc complete). (ii) The manufacturer shall also give guarantee/warranty for ACP for a period of Five years. (iii) The Contractor should have working experience of similar nature of work for last three years. S & F pre-painted galvalume aluminium zinc coated GI based corrugated steel sheet 0.50 mm thick of any colour having tensile strength of 550Mpa as in roof covering/cladding to wall, (in factory moulded semi-circular shape at (varying height) upto a max height 8m) fixed with self tapping screws as complete all as specified and as directed.

S & F Pre-painted galvalume aluminium zinc coated GI based plain steel sheet 0.50mm thick of any colour having tensile strength of 550Mpa as in ceiling/to beam/ slab in cirucular/ rectangular shape factory moulded in semi-circularshape) at a max height 8m including cutting, notching, bending to shape as required, jointing with silicon gel of approved colour with & including aluminium square hollow section 25 x 25 mm not exceeding 600mm c/c on MS pipe purlin/rafter/column to hold plain galvalume sheet etc with self tapping screws all as specified & directed. Notes:- (i) Colour/pattern of plain galvalume sheet shall be as approved by GE. (ii) Quoted rate shall be inclusive the labour & material cost for fixing of aluminium grid to MS pipe/purlin with aluminium hollow section of required size or MS tubing etc in required shape as directed by GE etc complete.

M&L preparation of new steel surfaces of any description, over 10cm width or girth and applying two coats of epoxy paint over a coat of red oxide primer etc complete all as specified & directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Point wiring complete with 1.5 sqmm single core PVC insulated but unsheathed multistranded copper conductor FRLS cable 650/1100 Volts grade drawn through and including non metallic rigid PVC heavy duty concealed conduit (minimum 20 mm dia external) but shall be increased as per actual site requirement in accordance with clause 19.125 of SSR part- I ISI marked with wall thickness not less than 1.8 mm including conduit accessories like bends, tees, junction boxes etc fixed concealed/ recessed in wall or ceiling etc including 1.5 sqmm PVC insulated but unsheathed multistranded copper conductor FRLS cable as earth continuity wire including modular type metal flush box with cover plate and frame of required module for mounting of modular switches, sockets, switch sockets, fan regulators with required modules all as specified etc for the following:-

(a) One light/fan point controlled by one, one way switch

(c) One 3 pin 6 Amps socket outlet on independent board .
