Notes : (a) Supply only Engine Oil and coolant shall be measured and paid separetely. M&L for opening the fuel tank of 300KVA/ 725 KVA DG set, thoroughly cleaning internal surfaces, scraping the surfaces and applying two spray coats of synthetic enamel paint and reassembling the tank complete all as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for opening the fuel tank of 100 KVA DG set to 300 KVA DG Set, thoroughly cleaning internal surfaces, scraping the surfaces and applying two spray coats of synthetic enamel paint and reassembling the tank complete all as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Supply and fixiing in replacement of demage AVR (Automatic Voltage Regulator) of DG Set capacity 725 KVA of make Caterpiller all as specified and directed by Engr - in - Charge.

Supply and laying in replacement synthetic rubber insulated mats 2 mm thick for voltage upto 3.3 KV for electrical purpose as per IS 15652 - 2006, suitable for electrical shock safety of sizes 2 m x 1 m all as specified and directed by Engr - in - Charge.

Supply and laying in replacement synthetic rubber insulated mats 2.5 mm thick for voltage upto 11 KV for electrical purpose as per IS 15652 - 2006, suitable for electrical shock safety of sizes 2 m x 1 m all as specified and directed by Engr - in - Charge.

Dis-connecting the ACB ( Air Circuit Breaker) panel capacity ranging from 600 to 2000 Amp of Make : CG/ABB /L&T /Simens /Schnider, Over hauling of complete bearker panel by taking out the trolley of the breaker, opening the total mechanism of breaker checking its contact, baffle plates and other minor parts, cleaning the complete accessories carefully. Minor repairs shall be rectified, Parts/accessories shall be cleaned, the tank, baffle plates, rotating contact, upper supports, lower supports, drive assembies and all other spare parts all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Reassembled Breaker after repair/ replacement of the faulty parts, testing and calibration of ACB realy settings complete all as specified and directed by Engr - in - Charge.

Supply, lay, connect, test and commissioning of LT XLPE insulated, screened, PVC bedded, galvanized steel strip or wire armoured electric power cables (heavy duty) with aluminium conductor 1100 volts grade of size 3.5 Core 25 Sq.mm complete all as specified and directed.

Excavating in trenches n. exc. 1.5m wide and n. exc. 1.5m in depth for foundation etc. or for shafts, wells, cesspits, manholes, pier holes etc. n. exc. 10sq.m. on plan and n. exc. 1.5m in depth and getting out in hard/ dense soil.

Returning, filling in including spreading leveling watering and well ramming in layers not exc 25cm in any type of soil.

Removing excavated materials to a distance not exc. 50m and depositing where directed at a level n.exc 1.50m above the starting point.

Supply & lay precast cable cover class LV, type 1, flat of size 250 x 150 x 40mm for cable protection all as specified

Supply and spread river sand as in cushioning for UG cable all as specified in clause 19.75 of SSR Part I. [Note: Punned down thickness shall be considered for payment]
