Dismantling floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing), removing rubbish off the premises complete all as directed.

M&L for non skid coloured ceramic joint free tiles 7 to 8mm thick (square/ rectangular) area of each tile n.exc. 0.11sq.m, in floors etc., set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in coloured cement to match laid over and including 15mm thick screed bed in CM (1:4) complete all as specified.

M&L for non skid coloured ceramic joint free tiles 7 to 8mm thick (square/ rectangular) area of each tile exc. 0.18sq.m but n.exc. 0.38sq.m, in floors etc., set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in coloured cement to match laid over and including 15mm thick screed bed in CM (1:4) complete all as specified.

M&L for glazed digitally printed ceramic tiles of size 300x450mm, 6 to 7mm thick in vertical surfaces of wall, set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in coloured cement to match laid over and including 10mm thick backing coat in CM 1:3 complete all as specified.

M&L for double charged, vitrified tiles, coloured, first quality of size 600x600mm, 9 to 10mm thick as in Floors, set and jointed in cement slurry, finished with flush pointing in coloured cement to match including screed bed or bedding layer of mortar 15 mm thick in Cement Mortar 1:4 complete all as specified and as directed. [Note: The colour / shade / design of tiles shall be as approved by GE.]

M&L for double charged, vitrified tiles, coloured, first quality for skirting cut from tiles of size 600x600mm, 9 to 10mm thick, to suit the size of floor tile, set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or colour cement to match the shade of tiles over and including backing coat of 10mm thick in cement mortar 1:3 complete all as specified and as directed. Note: The colour / shade / design of tiles shall be as approved by GE.

Taking down shutters of any description, not exc. 1.0 sq.m each including easing and adjusting and refixing the shutters in same opening including renewal of unserviceable screws, etc complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down shutters of any description, exc. 1.0 sq.m but not exc. 2.0 sq.m each including easing and adjusting and refixing the shutters in same opening including renewal of unserviceable screws, etc complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of brickwork or stone/ boulder masonry, built in cement mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars, etc, but excluding ashlar facings, dressed stonework and precast concrete articles all as specified and as directed.

M&L for brick work with fly ash bricks straight or curved on plan exc. 6m mean radius using modular bricks built in cement mortar (1:6) all as specified.

M&L for rendering 15mm thick in CM 1:4 on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces, finished even and smooth without using extra cement all as specified and as directed

Demolition of cement concrete (un reinforced) of any description as in sunken floors or in any position not otherwise specifically provided for

M&L for PCC 100mm thick type C1 (1:3:6) using 20mm graded aggregate as in sub base for flooring complete all as specified.

M&L for river sand cushion for laying interlocking paver blocks spread, levelled and compacted all asdirected.

Supply and laying 60mm thick Machine Pressed Precast Concrete M-35 Grade, Interlocking Paver Blocks, PVC mould reflective type conforming to IS - 15658 of any shape and size with Grey cement and pigment complete laid on and including 50mm compacted thick sand bed all as specified and as directed.
