Surface dressing of the ground including removing vegetation and inequalities not exceeding 15 cm deep and disposal of rubbish, lead up to 50 m and lift up to 1.5 m.

Dismantling and removing the existing rolling shuters of any size including removal of drum,springs, pipe shaft with brackets, side guide and all other fittings and stacking materials as per deptl.instructions

Cleaning the structural/other surface neatly at all heights, manually with suitable tools or with high pressure water jet spray (using suitable mechanical means), and scraping if required, to remove the whole accumulated dust, rust, dirt etc as per departmental instructions.

Applying water thinnable cement primer one coat for exterior and interi-or walls of approved brand and manufacture at all heights including cost of all labour, materials and scaffolding charges.

Wall painting with two coats of premium acrylic emulsion paint of interior grade, having VOC (Volatile Organic Compound) content less than 50 grams/ litre of approved brand and manufacture, including applying additional coats herever required to achieve even shade and colour.

Painting with two coats of acrylic emulslon exterior paint of approved brand and shade at all heights as per manufacturer's specificalion including cleaning the surface well.

Painting letters or figures 2.50 cm, 4 cm, and 5 cm ht. Block, Roman, Italic or Indian with any kind of paint.

Painting letters or figures 6.50 cm, 8 cm & 10 cm ht. Block, Roman, Italic or Indian with any kind of paint

Painting letters or figures above 10 cm & up to 20 cm ht. Block, Roman, Italic or Indian with any kind of paint

Providing 3 mm thick plain glass for glazed shutters partition etc with wooden fillet, putty etc. including dismantling broken glass etc.

Chipping & removing old cement plastered surface including racking out joints & clearing the surface for replastering & disposal of the debris as per directions within a distance of 150 m.

Cement plastering with CM 1:4,12 mm thick one coat floated hard and trowelled smooth at all levels,excluding cost of cement

Painting with one coat of zinc chromate yellow metal primer and two coats of synthetic enamel paint using approved brand & quality at all heights on structural surface including cost of all paint and materials, labour charges etc.complete as per deptl instructions

Supplying and fixing grilled rolling shutters of approved make and painted with two coats of chemical resistant enamel paint of approved quality and colour over two coats of zinc chromate primer, made of suitable dia MS bars inter locked together through their entire length and jointing together at the end by end locks mounted on a specially designed pipe shaft with brackets, side guide and arrangements for inside and outside locking arrangements with push and pull operation etc. complete as per the design approved by Engineer-in- Charge (Payment to be made for size of opening)

Supplying and fixing approved quality top cover for rolling shutter with two coats of chemical resistant enamel paint of approved quality and colour over two coats of zinc chromate primer.

Fencing with GI two strand four point barbed wire No.14 drawn through holes of RCC posts / Y angle already fixed (Post / Y angle excluding) including tightening to full rigidity without any sagging and grouting the holes with CM 1:4 if required etc. including painting with one coat of anti corrosive black bituminous paint as per departmental instructions.
